Back in Action

Rate this book
"Back in Action" offers advice on all aspects of back pain and treatments that are available for it in an easy-to-read question-and-answer format. Clear line illustrations make explanations even easier to understand. Contrary to popular opinion, well-known physiotherapist Sarah Key maintains that most back pain is not caused by disc problems, but simply by joint stiffness. Manual manipulation reactivates the joints and improves flexibility, according to Key, which means that treatment using the hands is the most successful in relieving pain. Key's 'hands-on' method has put thousands of grateful patients back in action.

I bought this book while staying in Cymbran, Wales, UK.
I recommend this book for people with permanent back pain. Some back pain can be cured by exercises and good posture without taking any medications.
