Lena Moore is an Australian based author who writes multiple genres such as Dark Romance, Erotic Romance, Romantic Suspense and Paranormal Romance just to name a few.

Lena is also a loving and annoying wife and a mother of three boys with her qualification in Counselling, and is a certified birth and postnatal doula. She loves listening, singing and headbanging to metal music and spending time with her family.

When not writing you'll find her brainstorming more sinfully twisted stories with inked up alphas or in the downward dog position getting her yoga on, reading or cooking for the village.

"I try and focus my writing on deep, dark and all things taboo, because hey, we all have a little darkness lurking.”

“Some minds don’t break….They Fracture”

If you want a sweet, loved up romance, you ain’t getting that here hunny. So suggestion, don’t read it.
BUT, if you are like me… a little f**ked up and get horny at the drop of a sentence, “you should have heard her deep throat a protein bar”. Then this book is 100% for you. So stay around for some info.

The fractured is a dark, psychological dystopian romance, with heavy obsession, manipulation and that kind of love that makes you rethink you’re life choices, but then think f**k it, there is a red head, a bloke with muscles and tattoos that can give our FMC a good dickin. Yeah, it’s that kinda book baby! It will f**k you up and make you rethink reading it, but it continues to draw you in.

I was confused for a period of time reading it but then it had me wanting more, I had so many questions! What is a Malady? I had to google it. Why the hell has majority of the city lost their mind? Why does the FMC description make her sound like a crazy HOT red head that I would dive into! Like literally, straight into her vagene!

Yeah, actually LENA! The characters, I’ll take one of each thank you very much! Even the 3 or 4 male character will be fine, fractured or in fractured is fine. All I kept reading was “lean, athletic, curves in all the right places, muscles, tats and tits for days” please tell me, are they real people in your daily life? If so, when can we meet? Hahaha

Anyways, if you are into the hot, chaotic, complex, controlling energy, forced proximity, confusing, traumatic, graphic and power imbalances (I’m into it clearly) style book. You must read this book. Like
You need to.

Like I said, although I was confused in some parts (I get distracted and confused easily) this was genuinely a good read and I can’t wait for book two.

4 stars ( I edited, deserves a solid 4!)

This was a very interesting read for me. This was my first Dark Dystopian Romance that I have read, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I will admit I was a little confused when I first started reading, it felt like everything was happening very fast and I didnt know what was going on, but through out the books, things slowly start coming together and getting explained.

This was an ARC read for me, and I was so torn with the rating on this one, I honestly did really enjoy this book, when I got to a certain point, I didnt want to put it down. I dont know what it was, just certain parts of this book between the MMC and FMC just felt kind of forced to me? I dont know, how to explain it, but certain points I just thought, okay why did they just do that? But I did come to realise throughout the book that, each character has their own differences due to the outcome of the beginning of the book. Which i am assuming will get explained more as the series continues and everything comes together.

This was honestly a good read, and I am very intrigued by this storyline and I did enjoy reading this ! The ending of this one, definitely left me with questions and had me a tad shook, so I absolutely will continue with the series.

PLEASE CHECK TRIGGER WARNINGS BEFORE READING BECAUSE THIS MAY NOT BE FOR EVERYONE WITH THE DISCUSSIONS ON PAGE ETC... SO KNOW YOUR LIMITS AND HAPPY READING!!

Oh my gosh that ending !!! I did not see that one coming. Kept you guessing all the way to the end. I am a criminal minds girlies and I love a good murder mystery so this one hit all my boxes. It was definitely a fun twist on the idea of getting into the mind of murderer I will say that. I also loved the vigilante side of it, a strong willed black widow fmc was so freaking fun and I can’t wait to see more of Artemis. Herc was also an amazing coupling with her, someone with the dark and depraved cravings like hers but can also care the damaged and vulnerable side to her. I am obsessed with their banter, the back and forth between them was fantastic. There was a lot of fun teasing between them but also so much love/hate banter that made for some amazing chemistry. In terms of the spice, it’s about a 3/5, so there was a bunch of scenes throughout but not all scenes were between the fmc and mmc as there is another player there as well. Overall, I’m so obsessed and with that ending I absolutely cannot wait for book 2 because oh my lord that ending !! The cliffhanger !! It’s a 5 star read 110% check it out.

The Fractured- Lena Moore
Thank you Lena for letting me ARC read this for you! I am so grateful I stumble across your book!
This was a wild ride!!
I’m not actually sure I can put my feelings into words here!
Don’t read it if you can’t handle a cliff hanger because I am currently sitting writing this review contemplating throwing my kindle at the wall because I’m desperate to know what happens next!! And who knows how long before I find out 😭
This book has it all! Angst, want, longing, hate, touch her and 💀 and so so so much more!
I feel like Lena packed so much info into this and I cannot wait to see where the next book takes me!
The FMC is a bad ass who doesn’t take anyone’s shit and the MMC is a man not afraid to wear his obsession on his sleeve!

Bring on book two 😍

A very interesting, original book. Dystopian but make it dark with some gore and a morally grey MMC and FMC.

I liked that it felt like reading something new and different, the world was interesting and the story line kind of had me thinking well where will this go next.
It kind of gave "warm bodies" vibes in that the people were told the Fractured were to be feared and then you kind of start to think, well are they actually? Or is there hope for them?

Part 1 of a trilogy, cant wait to see where this story goes.

Obsessed with this book! I forgot how much I love reading dystopian stories! Except this time it wasn’t a YA, this one is for the adults with its dark themes. It’s hot, it’s spicy, it’s plot twisting. I think this is a book that neeeds to be added to so many people’s TBR’s! I can’t wait for more in this series 😍

ARC REVIEW!!!
The Fractured pulled me in and I was unable to leave😜 and truthfully I didnt want to.
What an insane book..I've never read a book like The Fractured before... The FMC is bad ass, MMF is just as unhinged. Incredible plot with twist and turns that left my jaw on the floor.
Can't wait to see what happens next.

I devoured this book in a day! The storyline was unique and hard-hitting. There were such gruesome and gory details, I loved it!!
I love how badass the FMC is, and how unhinged and obsessed the MMC is. There were some VERY spicy scenes in this book.
The cliffhanger got me and I cannot wait for book 2!

I need the next one! The main characters were both as unhinged as the other, which made it such fun to read, but the overall plot was just intriguing.
Artemis was an interesting character, one I both loved and felt for. She was stuck in a horrible situation, while also trying to do her job - solving murders. She uncovered some truths about what's really happening in her city, and I can't wait to see where to story goes from there.
This was a dark, spicy, twisty ride, and I need more!

This book is amazing. Couldn't put it down. I read this last year as a Beta reader and I still think about it. Often.
And that cliff hanger! Cannot wait to see what Lena has installed for the next book.

When I started this book, I could not put it down! I was completely hooked and addicted from the first few pages, messaging friends telling them how badly they had to add it to their TBR because I’m so obsessed. Don’t forget to check your trigger warnings.

I can say the Author Lena Moore got me when things took a twist throughout the book, and then, just a heads up, she did leave me wanting to throw my Kindle at a wall, hating the world.

Can’t recommend this book enough!

I am really enjoying dystopian at the moment. This one was on the darker side to others I have read but I still really enjoyed it. Following Artemis as she unravels what's happening and dealing with her Captain was an interesting adventure.
Has plenty of spicy moments for the girlies who enjoy some spice with their books lol.
The Fractured as they call them are infected but maybe not as simple and deranged as some first thought.
