I’m first gonna start of this review with my official statement that this book should be on the New York Times Bestseller List and that this is hands down Laura’s best book yet!
When I read worth the hurt back in April and then reread at the end of July she ripped my heart to pieces with Lukas and Magnolia’s story and I knew she was gonna write the very best redemption series for my babies and boy did she deliver.
This book had some of the very best groveling that I’ve ever read and seeing Lukas win back his soulmate was some of my favorite parts. I think my favorite part is he didn’t just win her back with words he also backed it up with his actions.
This had so many of my favorite tropes but I think my favorite was seeing Lukas as a single dad and his relationship with Ivy.
This book does have some serious topics such as sobriety, and PTSD and always Laura handled them so well .
The spice was some of her best yet and it literally just makes me foam at the mouth.
I can’t wait to reread this book over and over and I’m literally so obsessed!

I want to start off saying I love Laura she is one of my favorite authors but this book was a miss for me.
This one falls in a range of 2.5-3 stars for me.
I will say I loved Lukas and I loved how much growth he had in this book. Honestly, a man that goes to therapy to be a better version of himself will always get major points for me.
But with that said, I struggled....
First off, this is a second chance, single dad romance where they are pretty much long-distance for the majority of the book. I struggled with that because I know everything they went through in the first book, and I really wanted to see them together in person, rebuilding their relationship and actually working through everything they needed to work through as a couple. I think seeing more of that would have made their second chance feel more impactful for me.
I also wish we had gotten more of Lukas with his daughter, as well as more of Lukas and Magnolia building a relationship with Ivy. I would have loved more scenes of Lukas and Ivy together, or Magnolia spending time with Ivy one-on-one. Those moments would have really added to the single-dad and family aspect of the story for me.
I also struggled with Magnolia and her personality. I had some of the same struggles with her in the first book, so unfortunately, those feelings carried over into this one.
I often felt like she wasn't as supportive of Lukas as he was of her. It sometimes felt like she was most supportive when he was playing baseball or when his future aligned with the life she envisioned for him being a rancher while she pursued her dream of being a ballerina in Paris. I know she wasn't supportive of him joining the military, and I felt like the way she handled that continued to sit with me throughout this book. Lukas was so supportive of her dreams, and I wanted to feel that same level of support from her toward him, especially when he was trying to find something that made him feel fulfilled and like he was doing something meaningful with his life.
The other thing I struggled with and this is definitely more of a personal reaction for me, was the way Lukas's military experience was portrayed. At times, I felt like the book focused so heavily on the negative and traumatic aspects that it gave me the impression that most of his memories from his time in the military were tied to trauma or difficult experiences.
Obviously, those experiences are very real, and I completely understand why they would be a significant part of his story. But for me personally, I also think there can be so many positive memories that come from someone's time in the military, such as the friendships, the bonds, the found family, and the experiences that stay with you in a good way. I found myself wishing we had gotten to see more of that side of his experience as well. Even the gift that focused on his time playing baseball reinforced that feeling for me.
Overall, while this part of the duet was a miss for me, I still love Laura and will absolutely continue reading her books. I'm a huge believer that you can love an author and still recognize that not every single book they write will be a book for you.
Thank you, Laura, for the ARC in exchange for my honest review. ❤️

🌻BOOK REVIEW🌻
Worth The Fight By Laura Beth
WHAT A BOOK! I literally set it down, bawled my eyes out and just said out loud, omg, what an absolutely amazing book! I read it in hours! This was book three in the Copper Ridge series, the duet to Worth The Hurt. This destroyed me in the best way possible! It was the most beautiful, messy, emotional, REAL second chance story! Lukas and Magnolia were everything!
After the heartbreak of the last book, I desperately needed to know if these two could find their way back to each other and Laura Beth absolutely DELIVERED. This wasn’t an easy second chance. It was messy, painful, emotional, and REAL. It was so raw and vulnerable. It was about healing, accountability, forgiveness, and proving that love means nothing without the actions to back it up. Watching Lukas fight to win back his soulmate was everything. This man took accountability and fought to become the man Magnolia deserved. She slowly began to heal. She knew her worth and made Lukas prove he was worthy of her trust. And it was so real how that is so not easy! To finally believe someone again and that they will protect your heart, not break it! Their journey back to each other was absolutely beautiful. They rebuilt their relationship from the ground into something new, stronger and even more deeper. And Lukas as a single dad! His relationship with Ivy completely stole my heart. And the minute Mags met her, I knew, they would one day be a little family. It’s a slowww burn, but it's exactly what this story needed and when they finally do give in to every passion that's built so high, it is pure hot fire!
I also love this family. Siblings that are there period. The banter is hysterical but also so caring and real. Can this please be a real town?!
This duet gave me every single emotion. Laura handled sobriety, mental health and PTSD so beautifully. The healing, the forgiveness, every single thing was absolutely perfect! This book, this is an infinity star book, this book deserves all the hype possible. PLEASE go read this book and series! Laura, YOU ARE AMAZING!

📚 IMPORTANT: Worth the Hurt must be read first, and I highly recommend Worth the Fall too for the full emotional experience.
My thoughts:
If Worth the Hurt broke my heart, Worth the Fight put it back together again. And honestly… I loved this book so much.
After everything Lukas and Magnolia went through, I desperately needed to know if they could find their way back to each other. But what I loved most is that Laura Beth didn't make their second chance easy. This isn't a simple "we're still in love, so everything is magically fixed" story. It's about healing, accountability, forgiveness, and learning how to love each other better.
I struggled with Lukas in the first book. I understood why he became the man he was, but understanding him didn't make his choices any less frustrating. Here, though? I absolutely loved watching him fight for Magnolia. He finally understands simply loving her isn't enough. He has to show her, through his actions, that he's worthy of her trust and capable of becoming the man, partner, and father he wants to be. Seeing pieces of the Lukas I adored from the beginning slowly emerge again was everything.
And Magnolia? I loved her even more in this book. After everything she carried before, she knows what she deserves now. She doesn't simply erase the past or forgive without reason. She gives Lukas the opportunity to prove himself, while still protecting her own heart. Watching them rebuild their friendship, their communication, and eventually their relationship felt so much more meaningful than simply watching them fall back into old habits.
Their journey reminded me why I loved them in the first place. The chemistry is still there, but there's something deeper now. More maturity. More understanding. More intention. They aren't trying to recreate what they had. They're figuring out how to build something stronger from everything they've been through.
Lukas as a single dad was another absolute highlight. And his co-parenting relationship with Candi? I loved the maturity and respect between them.
And then there are all the little things that made this story feel like home: the family dynamics, Gran's meddling, the brothers giving Lukas hell, the farmhouse, ballet, Paris, and all those tiny moments that made me smile, swoon, hurt, and just whole heartedly root for these two.
Worth the Hurt left me asking whether love could really be enough for these two. Worth the Fight gave me the answer.
This duet took me through heartbreak, frustration, hope, and finally that overwhelming feeling of YES, THIS IS WHAT I WANTED FOR THEM. And while I adored the first book, book two completely stole my heart. I wasn't ready to say goodbye to Lukas and Magnolia.
Favorite quotes:
“That time when we were apart was lonely. Not just because we broke up and I lost my girlfriend, but…you’re my best friend, Mags. You always have been. I missed our friendship as much as I missed your love, if that makes sense.”
“I missed my friend.”
“I missed that too, Lukas. I missed having my person.”

The perfect conclusion to Magnolia and Lukas’ love story!!
Thank you so much Laura Beth for my review copy. These are my thoughts:
This was everything I wanted and more! Not only did Laura Beth heal our very mangled hearts after the heartbreaking emotional roller coaster that was Worth the Hurt, but she delivers a Lukas that is on the mend, going to therapy and making good decisions. His healing journey is a profound one. He holds true to his promises, he and Magnolia improve their communication skills and once again, find the space to be each other’s person.
Of course, the tether that once held them together, in what was supposed to have been an unshakable love, was still there. I appreciated that they took their time getting to know the new versions of each other. That they put rebuilding their friendship and establishing a new, healthier emotional connection before anything else. But don’t be fooled: they still had “it”. They were hot. The chemistry and attraction between them did not go away with time and distance. It intensified and matured.
I loved how Lukas also mended his relationships with his family. How he learned to appreciate his parents and his siblings and we got to see more of them together. He also proved to be a loving and dedicated father, which was heartwarming, after all he’d been through.
I cannot not mention the mental health and therapy positivity rep that Laura Beth brought to this book. Lukas was living with PTSD and had turned to substance abuse (mainly alcohol and weed) to numb his pain. Though not explored too deeply, we get a perspective of someone who, once realising they needed help, committed to turning his life around. His healing journey involved going to therapy and taking antidepressants and non of it made him weak. It made him someone who had gone through a rough patch but wanted to come back into the light and to live.
Lukas and Magnolia were true better halves that through pain and heartache, so much sacrifice, love and work, found their way back to each other.
This was one of the most satisfying books I’ve read in a while, especially since I had to wait for the MCs to find their HEA.
There is so much more I could say about this book, but I’d rather you read this duet.

Wow what can I say?! This is my favorite Laura Beth book! After Worth the Hurt we needed Lukas and Magnolia’s HEA and it most certainly didn’t disappoint! I absolutely loved everything about this book! I’m truly so excited for the rest of the Hart siblings to get their story!
The emotions and maturity is seen from the first chapter. The vulnerability, the love, the forgiveness was written so beautifully. Laura captured all the emotions of second chance romance. The growth these two characters go through is just so good.
Lukas and all his groveling had me squealing. This man knows who owns his heart and he would do anything to get a second chance. The brokenness and him admitting that he’s a work in progress had me wishing I could give him the biggest hug.
Magnolia sweet Mags, what can I say? She handled the roller coaster of emotions with grace. Worth the Hurt had us feeling all the feelings with Magnolia and Worth the Fight continues that. Mags knows what she truly wants but this time she isn’t the only one fighting and putting in the work!
Laura breaks your heart but don’t worry she’ll put it back together and have you rooting for Magnolia and Lukas. Worth the Fight was the perfect HEA for these two! If you haven’t started this series what are you waiting for go read about the Hart family now, you won’t be disappointed! I can’t wait for the rest of the series!
Thank you to Laura for the arc.

This, this is the Lukas I know. The sweet boy I’ve always loved. The one who was my greatest support, my biggest fan, my absolute best friend.
Naw, this version of Lukas doesn’t keep secrets anymore. I know what I want and I’m not afraid to say it…
“Life is short, honey. And if you find someone who you love, who loves you so much it makes them crazy, why would you accept anything less? Why would you waste time with anything less than obsessive, gut-wrenching love?”

✨️ARC REVIEW✨️
I have never needed a happy ending for two people more in my life than Lukas and Magnolia, and Laura Beth delivered! After she really put us through the ringer in Worth the Hurt, she healed my heart fully with Worth the Fight.
You must read Worth the Hurt first or you will lack context and knowledge of the strong tie these characters have. While they relive some of the hurtful moments, you will not have the full effect. I recommend Worth the Fall as well (I read it between this duet) as you get more insight into Lukas there.
Beautiful. Satisfied. Heart-happy. I don't know how to explain the overall feeling of this book but something like that.
Lukas and Magnolia, childhood friends to lovers (really more than that), have been living life separately for a while now after a vicious breakup. And Lukas has really gone through it!
Laura handles Lukas's PTSD and sobriety/recovery so well. Throughout the book, we see him continue to have episodes of anxiety and self doubt. But we also see him repairing relationships with his family, becoming a wonderful father, and the renewed friendship and more with Magnolia.
At times I would feel like things were happening quickly but in reality, months were going by with each chapter. These two work hard on their relationshp. They learn to communicate again. They are open and honest, even when it opens old wounds. And they brought me to tears on more than one occasion as they worked through those feelings. Beneath it all though, the love between them was never fully extinguished.
I thoroughly enjoy Laura's storytelling. She writes in a way that includes small details without them weighing down the story or pulling you from the story. She develops even side characters fully and weaves them through the main story effortlessly. I definitely hope there is more to come in the Copper Ridge series.

Worth the Fight is the emotional second half of the romance between Lukas and Magnolia – you must read Worth the Hurt first as this doesn’t stand alone.
Lukas is back from the military and Magnolia is still dancing in Paris. This book is about their relationship of course, and it’s also about Lukas getting himself together. Lukas returned from his time in the military as a broken man, with alcohol and anger issues and PTSD. A short relationship means he is also becoming a father. Magnolia has built a life in Paris with good friends and she’s achieved a principal dancer role at age twenty-eight, but she is still in love with Lukas. His letters and voice messages to Magnolia are wonderful – they feel raw and unfiltered. There are many emotional moments and Laura has done so well to maintain the momentum without throwing in more plot twists.
Worth the Fight is not as eviscerating emotionally as Worth the Hurt – it’s as if everyone has been through the wringer and this book is kinder to the reader – and to Magnolia and Lukas. Both are supported and cared for by good people, especially Lukas’ family. How nice to see Holly and Grayson together!
The novel spans a year or so and Lukas becomes a dad. Little Ivy’s mum is not a villain – she and her new partner are good people and they all work hard for Ivy. At times I worried about Lukas’ connection to Ivy, given how messy her parentage is, but I was persuaded that this blended co-parenting family will work well. Emotional and heart warming, this is a wonderful second chance small town romance 💕
Thank you so much Laura Beth for the ARC. Opinions are my own.

Thank you Laura Beth and Afterword for an eARC. The below thoughts and honest review are my own.
Part 2 of a Duet for Lukas and Mags in the Copper Ridge series. You need to read Worth the Hurt first (and while you don't *need* to read Worth the Fall before this one, I still highly recommend). Lukas and Magnolia went through a serious rough patch in their relationship in the first book that carries into this one, and Lukas himself really hit rock bottom. However, now Lukas is working on healing and that includes his relationship.
This series just has my whole heart. I absolutely loved Lukas and Magnolia finding themselves and finding each other again. One of my favorite traits to see in a romance book is healing and communicating. Because everyone is always dealing with something, maybe some are more intense than others, but I do feel like everyone has things to work through. And this book was just filled with so much emotional healing. And while it was still satisfying the whole book through, Laura Beth still took her time with it and made it realistic. These two were clearly meant to be together, but they still had some forgiveness that needed to be done and it was done really well. I loved it. THE AIRPORT SCENE (IYKYK). I already knew these characters deeply, so I was already emotionally invested. Loved getting to know the side characters coming up in future books better. And I loved being back on the farm. I already can't wait for the next one!
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Heads up before you start this book: this is the HEA book for Lukas and Mags in their duology. If you haven't read Worth the Hurt, this book isn't going to make any sense. And the timing of their books in the series is interesting. You could almost read the books as Worth the Hurt, Worth the Fall, and then this one. I highly recommend reading Worth the Fall before you read this, too... you could read it in publication order or the order I just mentioned, but you need to read the first book in the series because there's an important scene in there for Lukas. Regardless, you can't read this book as a stand alone.
The first half of this book was emotionally difficult to read (not as much as their first book, but still not happy). It doesn't pick up immediately after Worth the Hurt ends, so there's a little time in there that you lose, but it mostly gets filled in throughout the story. The second half of the book was much happier, and their story ends with an HEA in all aspects. She makes you work for the spice on this book, so even though they were a couple before, this book is much more of a slow burn while they build the trust back. I do wish that we would have actually seen him do some work in therapy, but at least you know that he has mental health support.
I'm looking forward to Theo's story next! Or maybe Harper's! Or perhaps Dean?
Thank you for the ARC, Laura!

First I want to state that this book touches on PTSD and it was handled so beautifully that as a person who has PTSD I cannot find a single thing to say that will cause harm, trigger, or cause setbacks.
This book was tragically hard to read though. Lukas and Magnolia had A LOT of trauma and heartbreak to work though and reading how beautifully and heartbreaking they did it was exactly how the title of this book reflects their story Worth the Fight.
Mental health is no joke. And this book show the deep struggles someone faces and the harm it causes not only the person directly involved with the trauma but those around them who love them and care about them or try to care about them. The ripple effect is real and this book shows you how far and wide that ripple goes and how many lives it touches.
It also helped me reflect on my own inner demons and helped me heal and learn from some of the setbacks I have in my own healing.
While the journey was rough seeing Lukas and Magnolia heal and accept one another again was beautiful. I am so glad Magnolia didn’t treat Ivy any differently than an innocent baby and loved her for being a part of Lukas.
I can’t wait to see what Hart siblings falls next and if Dean gets a story as well.

My heart was absolutely ripped to shreds reading part one in this duet, Worth the Hurt, but goodness did Laura Beth heal everything inside me with Worth the Fight. Magnolia and Lukas have both continued to live half lives without each other, doing their best to move on but still reeling from the crumbling of their relationship. Lukas has taken the time to handle his addiction and anger, and has become the best dad to a little girl. Magnolia has continued to live out her prima ballerina dreams in Paris. But eventually they start to cautiously communicate again and Lukas puts in the goddamn WORK to fix everything that he broke. This broken, traumatized boy becomes a man before our eyes. I probably went through an entire box of tissues reading Worth the Hurt and sobbed like a repeat of reading Dear John for the first time. Thankfully the tears from Worth the Fight were healing happy tears for Magnolia and Lukas, who deserve every second of their happily ever after.
Thank you so much to Laura Beth for the ARC <3

ARC REVIEW: Thank you to Laura Beth for the advanced copy of this book!
I think this might be my favourite of Laura’s books so far. The conclusion to Lukas and Magnolia’s story is filled with deep emotion and, ultimately, healing.
These characters are complex as individuals, and their relationship has more layers than I think even they realize. If you read the first book in this duo, you know that Lukas and Magnolia met as children and went from best friends to lovers as they grew into their teens. But their relationship couldn’t survive long-term separation and a military deployment.
This book picks up as Lukas begins healing from the PTSD and depression that resulted from his time in the military, while Magnolia deals with the deep sadness of losing her true love and being half a world away from her family. I think Laura handled these mental health topics with understanding and dignity. It wasn’t always easy to read the journey these two go on, but you won’t be able to stop.
With the support of their friends and family, and a few missteps and unexpected turns along the way, these two thankfully find their way to their happy ending. It’s a gut-wrenching but ultimately satisfying conclusion to their love story.

Straight up, this is some of Laura's best work 👏🏼
I mean we get some of the best character growth. We got such complexity and depth within Lukas and Magnolia. We get some really big and emotional moments. We got such delicious fucking spice. We got groveling and second chances. We got a pretty damn good book.
I was emotional for about 90% of this book. Genuinely could not put this book down. I really wanted to take my time reading this book, let it all soak in, but I needed more. I did not want this to end. I'm kind of OBSESSED with Lukas and Mags. Like...Laura wrote their story to PERFECTION 🥲
I really love how she wrote this. Laura's writing is always incredible but she took it to new heights here. I loved the months passing. I loved the time frame. I loved how hard these two worked to come back to one another. It just made me all emo and shit and I just could not get enough.
I don't know how Laura is gonna top this one but I'm so fucking excited for this series!!
Thank you SO much to my beautiful friend Laura Beth for the arc copy, ily and this book 💕

I absolutely loved this book and I can't wait til everyone gets the chance to read it!
This is the Second book in a 2 part story! I highly recommend you read book 1 Worth The Hurt first to really understand this book!
I won't give away no spoilers but I absolutely love Lukas and Magnolia's story; which I did in book 1 but book 2 just solidified it!
This book definitely had me on the verge of tears! Lukas as a single dad is amazing. His sobriety was huge in this book and I love how much it showed in his growth and him getting better for himself, his daughter and one day Magnolia! Magnolia hurt to me felt like I could physically picture it. And I think that's why I love these 2 books so much because Laura has a way of writing where I felt like I personally was there with Lukas and Magnolia in their hurt, love and growth!
I'm extremely happy I was able to be an ARC reader for this book and I hope y'all love this book as much as I did.
Also check out the playlist Laura Beth put in this book because it fits this book to a T!

Thank you Laura Beth and AfterWorld PA for this ARC copy of Worth the Fight, this book was WORTH THE HURT that turned into being WORTH THE FIGHT‼️
Worth the Hurt, HURT SO BAD! My heart was aching, I was desperately waiting for what came next in this duet with Worth the Fight! This book healed every single heart break/crack that Worth the Hurt caused, but it also showcased a truly beautiful second chance romance with love, passion and devotion that these characters held on to.
Laura Beth knows how to bring the emption, the longing and the loss, with the feeling of being lost and finding yourself again! The heart of this duet between these two characters, Lukas and Magnolia, was unlike anything thing I have ever felt.
It was beautiful destruction meets the healing power of two characters that fought threw any/everything that life through at them, and the result was this beautiful masterpiece!

“Can you love yourself as much as you love me?”
I have so many feelings about this story, and I don't know how to put them into words. Lukas and Mags are everything.
Lukas and Mags's story is so real, and raw, and painful, and healing, and beautiful. And I just love them so much. I think this just became my favorite Laura Beth book, and trust me, I didn't think anyone would surpass Meg and Charlie Boy.
This was the ultimate second chance story, and I absolutely loved how Laura didn't skirt around difficult topics like how much they hurt each other in the past, or how much it hurts Mags seeing Lukas have a baby with another woman. And the healing—there's so much healing done in this story, and it was so beautifully depicted.
I honestly can't wait to see what Laura is going to give us next in this series.
Quote: “Love looks different once you know what it’s like to cry together, to fight together, to shed tears over making a relationship work. Because even when it’s hard, I can’t imagine trying to make it work with anyone else.”

This is part two of Lukas & Magnolia's story. You must read Worth the Hurt first, and for the best reading experience I highly recommend reading Worth the Fall as well (there is an important scene in Worth the Fall that is referenced in Worth the Fight).
It's no secret that Laura Beth is one of my favorite authors. The way that she writes & the depth of her characters is truly spectacular. I always leave feeling like I just got a big hug from an old friend, and am craving the next one.
I loved the way our main characters worked through their own challenges, and how they were able to find their way back to each other stronger because of it. The mental health journey that both characters experience is so well done, and I really appreciate how Laura doesn't shy away from tough topics.
If you haven't picked up a Laura Beth book yet, what are you even doing?

This was the ending to Lukas and Magnolia’s story we were all hoping for!
Worth the Fight is book two in a duet, so I would definitely recommend reading Worth the Hurt first.
Worth the Fight is all about forgiving yourself for past mistakes and learning to see yourself for the person you are now. We watched these high school sweethearts fall in love and then fall apart in book one. This time around, Lukas is ready to do whatever it takes to get the woman he loves most back, and let me tell you… the groveling was 🥵.
There’s something about watching two people who have loved each other practically their entire lives grow and change through the years and STILL only have eyes for each other. After everything Lukas and Magnolia went through, this was the satisfying conclusion their story needed. ❤️

Luke and Magnolia’s story continues. In book two, the first part of their duet, we watched a teenage love that felt written in the stars slowly burn to ashes, leaving everything that felt permanent shattered into pieces.
Now, we get to witness Luke rebuild his life after hitting rock bottom. The boy who left for war never really came back. The man who returned, carrying deep physical and emotional scars, slowly finds his way again, the joy of living, and the love that first sparked in their youth.
The author wrote Magnolia so brilliantly and believably that after closing the book, I found myself wondering if I’d ever be able to forgive like that. But her version of Magnolia simply couldn't have acted any other way.
Such a beautiful and touching story.

Luke and Magnolia’s journey continues in the second installment of their duet. In the first book, we witnessed a teenage love story that seemed destined for greatness, only to crumble under the weight of reality.
Now, we dive into Luke's struggle to rebuild his life after hitting rock bottom. The boy who left for war never truly returned; instead, he came back a man marked by deep physical and emotional scars. As he navigates his path to healing, he begins to rediscover the joy of living and the love that first ignited in their youth.
The author crafted Magnolia so beautifully and authentically that, after finishing the book, I found myself questioning if I could ever forgive like she does.Yet, Magnolia's actions are entirely understandable in this poignant narrative.
This story is a heartfelt exploration of love, loss, and resilience.

After the massive cliffhanger at the end of worth the hurt, this final installment of lukas and magnolias story to a beautiful emotional close.
Lukas story was especially moving, watching him navigate his PTSD, rebuild his life with his family and quietly hope that magnolia may forgive him one day.
Meanwhile magnolia, living her glamorous life in paris, yet fully unable to let go of lukas added such an ache to the story. That connection never stopped tugging at her and you can feel it in the pages.
The ending is tender and beautiful. Maybe the book could have been a touch shorter, but honestly? I adored the whole thing. Im so happy with how the story ended its exactly the one they deserved.
Thank you laura for the arc copy I am always so grateful.

This book is beautiful! An emotional, vulnerable, tug at your heartstrings, true romance! I’ve longed for the time when Lukas could get his second chance, and loved how hard he worked for his redemption, how he worked on himself, and for Mags. How their time apart gave both of them the opportunity to recognized their growth, see the light at the end of the tunnel, recognize their love again. Their story gave me chill bumps, it made me cry, it gave me hope, but most of all, it made me believe in concrete foundation and strength of true love. Just stunning!—from the relatable characters, to the natural writing, to the vulnerable and tender plot.
Cheers to those who love happily ever afters, this one is for us. All the stars!

I've been impatiently waiting for part two since I finished ARC reading part one. I couldn't have asked for a better ending for Lukas and Magnolia.
The story is told once again in such a way that you're just aching to keep going. (Seriously I knocked this out in one sitting!)
Lukas grows so much as a person, as a survivor, as a dad, a friend, etc. He's healing himself while still not giving up the fight for Mags even if he doesn't know how it'll end.
Mags is so strong and has overcome so much. The love she has for Lukas just can't be beat. Their story is incredible.
I cannnnnnot wait for book 4!

This is the book we all needed after Worth the Hurt. It's the continuation of Magnolia and Lucas' story. It shows us that when things matter, it's worth it to fight for it. Watching Lucas make the effort to heal himself and his relationship with Mags was so incredibly moving. He never gave up and did everything he possibly could to make things right between them.
Before the HEA, there's work. Lots of it and it is definitely worth it when love can be restored, renewed, and rekindled. There were lots of tears while reading this and lots of laughter too. I just know that the rest of the series is going to be as incredible as the start.

This is my most perfect hard fought happily ever after and truly everything I’ve ever wanted from a love story! The visceral impact this had on my heart is truly unlike any romance I’ve read before. And I loved every second.
I love so much that it took two books to get their HEA. I love so much that it wasn’t easy. That it was gritty and messy and painful and raw.
I genuinely don’t think I will ever forget Lukas and Magnolia’s story.
Laura Beth is a phenomenal writer. This book (and Worth the Hurt) were so beautifully written. And I will be recommending it to anyone and everyone.
Is it too early for a reread?!

Real & raw. Tender. Beautiful. Part two of a duet is always cathartic. None more so than Worth the Fight which truly made Worth the Hurt worth it. This is also such a distinct take on single dad, second chance and long distance. How Laura Beth made 300+ pages pass in the blink of an eye, I'm not sure but this book was so easy to become immersed in. I continue to obsess over all supporting characters, idolize the setting, and I just love Lukas and Mags and who they become together.
I read an early copy of this book and highly recommend it!

I don’t have words. This was the perfect sequel to Worth The Hurt. Lukas and Mags are everything. It’s emotional and gripping and gorgeous. I love a character who puts in the work to grow. It’s packed with all the things I love about second chance. The yearning and emotions. I cried so so many times. Infinity stars

I really can’t get past the telling us vs showing us issue. It’s just as prevalent in this book as it was in the last. It would be so much more impactful if we got the entire story, but the lack of emotional depth really does come from missing a lot of those moments.
It’s still well written and the author has a lot of potential, it’s just not as amazing as it could have been.
