Atrocious
What a joke this book is.
The refractory period of the MMC needs to be studied.
"My girl is a wildcat, a strong, independent woman, yet today in school, she became a terrified girl who needed her man to step up for her. They both needed me".
Uh, excuse me? She's the very definition of a wet noodle. Bj Alpha is incapable of writing a wild cat FMC and a mature non rapey MMC.
The 1st time he & his biker buddy break into her apt he orders her on her knees & makes her give him a bj while biker bro stands there & watches.
The 2nd time he breaks into her apt, he orders her on her knees again & forces a 2nd bj out of her & then orders her to lick his boots. The only reason he doesnt drag that out is because her kid interrupts them again.
Not even the thought of her severely traumatized child is enough for her to fight or somehow resist the commands of the MMC. That's how much of a wet noodle the fmc is- she thanked the MMC after licking his boots- because he didnt draw out the humiliation.
The MMC is supremely immature, so small & insecure that everything he does is OTT stupud. He gets,mad cause she's wearing lacey underwear - cause she MUST be wearing them for someone.
The call to the school because the kid was being bullied- how did they get home? Mmc drove FMC to the school on his "hog" so how did the 3 make it back to her apartment then? Not all 3 could rise on the motorcycle & nothing is even mentioned.
Mmc bathes the kid when they get home (he peed himself at school) because fmc was asleep..so the fmc was so distraught at the bullying her son endured, so she went home, let the guy who has been breaking into her apt near every night & non conning her, bathe her son while she went to bed?? Huh?
For someone who is straight up desperate to find out about his sister, he BARELY ever asks the FMC anything.

WOW. This book had me in a chokehold from the very first chapter and did NOT let go.
If you love dark MC romance with enemies-to-lovers, obsession, and that gritty, emotional edge… this one delivers HARD. Killa is everything I love in a morally gray MMC possessive, ruthless, a little unhinged, and completely addictive. And Cassidy? She’s not weak at all. She’s layered, strong, and carrying so much that you can’t help but feel for her.
The tension between these two?? INSANE. It’s toxic, it’s messy, it’s emotional, and the chemistry is absolutely explosive. You can literally feel the push and pull between hate and desire the entire time.
And the storyline?? Revenge, secrets, trauma, and twists that keep you locked in. I was completely invested in both of their pasts and how everything was going to unfold.
Also… can we talk about the emotional damage?? Because this book will put you THROUGH it.
And that ending?! Yeah… I’m not okay. I need book two immediately.

Killa absolutely delivers everything I want in the start of a new MC series: grit, tension, emotional depth, and a romance that feels as dangerous as it does addictive.
Killa is such a compelling love interest because his internal conflict drives the entire story in the best way. He’s torn between his need for revenge and his growing pull toward Cassidy. Knowing that her brother, Benjamin, is responsible for his sister’s disappearance creates this constant tension; he wants answers, he wants justice, and part of him wants to hate Cassidy for it. But he can’t. And that push-and-pull? It’s brutal and addictive to read. You can feel how much it costs him to let his guard down, even a little.

•I loved Killa I thought he was a jerk sometimes but then I also saw the possessive caring conflicted man that he is because of his drama and because of essentially the grief and guilty feels for his sister.
•Cassidy is very misunderstood in a way and I feel like everybody thinks she's this gilded princess who just knows everything but in reality she is none of those things and reading this I constantly had little notes that I was sending because this girl has a lot on her plate like a lot and you almost feel her pain and her inner turmoil to not fall in love with this man.
•I can say that you do start to see Cassidy essentially put on her big girl pants and like stand up to this man but it's done in a way that is so sexy I mean he is so degrading and so in love with this woman that it's a hate to love relationship and I love that about both of them.
•Watching Killa with Cassidy's son is like seeing through whole new eyes and that's another entire role in dynamic that is grown so beautifully by the end of book one.
• I would say read your Trigger Warnings because, they both go through so much mentally that you just need to like check yourself in between chapters.

I said this and I will say it again till the end of time. BJ Alpha can really write a book. You feel a lot of emotions reading Killa. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time reading it and I read this in one siting. I was informed that this book ends in a cliffhanger and I thought "I can handle it". I was wrong, cause I need answers NOW! I really can't wait to dive to the next book which is a torture cause we need to release this book first then maybe we can move on to the next book LOL.
From the first chapter, I was hooked! I keep on reading it and realized I was already 90% in. I know, I know, the kids are eating pizza for dinner that night cause Mama need to finish this book. Lol. But damn, what a way to start a story! I was only supposed to read a couple of pages – you know, just to peek at what this is about – and suddenly I realized it was way too late and I was repeating the classic “just one more chapter” lie while devouring the story. You simply cannot put this down.
BJ, do you know what it’s like to read a book whose story you’re afraid of at the same time? When you know that the more you read, the sadder the unraveling thread becomes? I read this with my heart in my throat, following Killa’s justified hunger for truth and revenge – but constantly terrified that revenge would break everything even worse.
I don’t even know what to say – I’m completely empty, hollow, and at the same time sad and so damn angry at the story – which means it’s the perfect emotional rollercoaster.
I absolutely cannot wait for the second book, especially after that sneak peek. I want it now.

Holy Freaking Cliffhanger!!!!! OMFG I am still not ok!!!!! BJ Alpha is literally amazing. Her books just draw you in and keep you wanting more. I could devour her books any day of the week. This new series was no different. I am a lover of MC Romances and when I heard she was going to be doing a MC series I was stoked. I was also not disappointed in the start of this series. I seriously cannot wait to delve more into this world of one percenters. I can already tell this series is going to be fantastic. Killa is chefs kiss. He is the definition of a walking red flag. He takes charge and he never lets go. He is holding a grudge because he thinks that the sister of man who has wronged his sister is hiding information. He is on a mission to break her and get the information about his missing sister. He thinks that Cassidy knows something and is protecting her brother. Little does he know she has some hidden trauma that he has yet to uncover. I cannot say anything more because it will give way too much information on the book. Lets just say that this book is going to leave you wanting more. I am already dying for the next installment of Killa. I cannot wait to see what our girl Cassidy has in store for him once he gets what is coming to him. I will say that Killa's devotion to her boy is chefs kiss. If this book isn't on your TBR it needs to be, just add it right at the top. When I heard BJ Alpha was writing a MC Dark Romance, I knew it was a book I definitely needed to read. She's a must read author for me and every book she's written has been added to my top reads list.
Killa is our MMC, he's the Road Captain for the Unholy Savages MC. We first meet him at the courthouse where the suspect in his sister's disappearance is on trial for other crimes as well. He notices a women on the suspects side of the court and finds out its the suspects sister Cassidy.
Cassidy gets a iob at a diner in the town where the Unholy Savages live. She bumps into Killa while she's working at the diner and it gives Killa the perfect time to plot his revenge now that she's within his reach.
What he doesn't count on is the way his body is at war with his mind. Although his mind wants revenge, his body craves Cassidy.
Killa is is ruthless, morally grey and possessive. He doesn't just to break Cassidy, he also wants to control her in every way. Their dark pasts seem to call to each other.
Even though for most of the book we see Killas ruthless dark side, we get his softer side as well when he's with Noah, Cassidys son.
The cliffhanger at the end of this book had me screaming and wanting to throw my kindle because I needed more. I cant wait until book two.

I just finished this and devoured it and was left on the edge waiting for more after that cliffhanger left me excited and feeling really excited for the next one but most importantly this was another amazing read by BJ Alpha that left me dying for the conclusion!
Cassidy, was a woman who faced trauma from her past and started a relationship based on hate turned into obsession for her but most importantly the way Killa was unapologetic about the actions he took was one of my favourite parts.
I really the way Killa destroyed everything in his past and took what he wanted and what he wanted was Cassidy but I was sitting ready in my seat seeing the chemistry blur between the lines for each other.
I really enjoyed the way she fell for him and how their worlds ignited once they both saw each other it was really beautiful to see how hate turned into full blown obsession for each other and how they both opened up to each other.

I've been looking forward to this new series! I picked it up and immediately got into the Unholy Savages MC world. I so enjoyed this first book!
This first installment in Killa and Cassidy's journey captured my attention quickly! Killa is the the road captain of the Unholy Savages MC and is on a mission for revenge after losing his sister. Cassidy is the sister of the man that took Killa's sister's life. As it has their two worlds colliding, will Cassidy pay the price and Killa get his revenge?
Right from the get go I got into Cassidy and Killa's story and the world of the Unholy Savages MC. It's far from easy for these two. From revenge to igniting feelings, I didn't know how everything would play out Killa and Cassidy in this first book.
I hated that Killa lost his sister. I really felt for Cassidy as well. Both Killa and Cassidy were going through things in their lives. From hate and their chemistry to everything in between, These two had me feeling so much with them!

I’m a big B.J. Alpha fan but her books on vengeance are truly her top tier books. She is able to have her MMC do and say the most awful things and yet the redemption at the end is just so sweet. It’s probably not the groveling everyone would want but it’s usually fitting for the dominant, possessive morally black man who doesn’t apologize for who he is or what he does, but the MFC understands that he loves and needs her.
This book focuses on Killa and Cassidy. Killa is the road captain of a MC club. Killa is a tough guy, he’s jaded in many ways but he loved his sister even with all her struggles. Killa’s sister was allegedly killed by Cassidy’s brother. As Killa sat in the courtroom he watched Cassidy (little demon) and he was determined to get his revenge. Two key things to note on this book: 1 - this is a wild ride and it’s pretty dark in places 2- it’s a duet! It has a cliffhanger- but the good news is that part two comes middle of May so not too long.
If you have not read BJ Alpha before then buckle up - the MMCs are generally unhinged and obsessive and Killa is all of that. Cassidy is a mystery and has a past that’s clearly dark and you see glimpses of this. In trying to hide away after the court case - she’s runs right into Killa who remembers her. He thinks she knows what happened to his missing sister and stalks her. He is rough and relentless but to his annoyance drawn to this woman and her son and he wrestles with this. No spoilers but it ends abruptly leaving you wondering what Killa will do next.
I am not usually a fan of motorcycle gang stories but I did enjoy this and although you swing between liking Killa and wanting to hit him - the story really does draw you in. It’s very fast paced, easy to read and has a great story. So many things are unsaid and not all the truths are out…. I will read the next part as keen to find out what happens.

I know I always say BJ Alpha can do no wrong but truly this particular book may be her best one yet! Killa is book one in her new Unholy Savages MC series, and I am here for this departure from the mafia stories! I will say that I thought this would tie into her Mafia Daddies series since one of the sons is in a club but if it does we don’t find it out yet. This took me less than 24 hours to read as I could not put it down! It is a shorter book overall but I think that’s because this one is part of a duet with the 2nd part coming very soon. But I really want it now!!

There are so many unanswered questions surrounding his sister’s death and he is convinced Cassidy has the answers. Unfortunately everything that he finds out about her just leads to more questions and more mysteries. Who is Cassidy? What happened to her in her past? Does she know what her brother was doing or is she innocent? Where is Killa’s sister?
Overall this was a really good balance of plot and scorching spice! Lots of fun tropes - some mild degradation and blood play makes an appearance!

I was not ready. Killa was everything I didn't know I needed.
The single parent trope always gets me right to the heart. Cassidy is such a good mom. I was crying for her for most of the book. She's going through life doing her best and putting her son first, even though she's gone through so much and has her own trauma.
The way Killa steps up for this child. Let me tell you, this is a solid enemies to lovers, and the way he folded for this little boy was unexpected and had me falling in love. I think even Killa wasn't expecting to get so involved with the child.
Killa really tried to hold on to his hatred for Callie. And he has valid reasons. But the attraction and tension between the two is so intense.
I loved every second of this book. It's a BJ Alpha book, so you know the spice is spicing hard. He's the perfect mmc. Mean, arrogant, intelligent, hot. And Cassie is such a strong fmc. She's damaged, but she is not weak. She keeps him on his toes, and their dynamic had me reading this book in a day.
If you love enemies to lovers, damaged characters, single parent, forced proximity, revenge... this is DEFINITELY the book for you!

OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG I NEED THE HEA!! There is very few times I come close to throwing my kindle in frustration, and this is one of those times.
I already am a huge fan of BJ Alpha's writing, and this new MC series (did I mention I am in my MC era) came in like a wrecking ball, and I absolutely loved it.
Cassidy and Killa share something they make's them an unlikely match. Cassidy's brother has been jailed for killing his sister, so of course he wants revenge on everyone associated with him. And, he wants answers. But what starts out as revenge against Cassidy, becomes something much deeper.
Cassidy has secrets, secrets she is hell bent on holding on too, and I need to know!! And no I have not been able to guess. Cassidy is also a single Mum and Noah, her son, has Killa see the 'human' behind the darkness and her existence as the sister of the killer whom he wish he could reap vengeance on.
The complexity to these two, and finding calm in amongst the chaos and unlikeliness of these two well I am beyond excited to read book 2. Loved this, edge of the seat, could not put it down.
