Happy Mind, Happy Life came into my possession at just the right time. How seldom that happens, and what a gift!
Exactly as advertised; a presentation of 10 simple ways to feel great everyday. I shall not claim this to be true, but it is hopeful. Succinct and personal, Chatterjee demonstrates the small things that enhance happiness. To redefine success, eliminate choice, treat yourself with respect, value time over money, seek out friction, talk to strangers, treat your phone like a person, have genuine conversations, step outside your everyday, and give to others.
There are a number of exercises throughout Happy Mind, Happy Life, and I'm eager to dedicate the time to completing them. Perhaps I will update with more thoughts then. Even without that, Chatterjee's presentation has my warmest recommendation.
