This is spicy, cringe worthy and so good! What happens when you complain about terms used in romance books, the authors say WATCH THIS! Some are hilarious, some are gut turning and some are just delicious! Do you have an ICK when reading romance, 100% guaranteed its in this book. For the authors with a sense of humor I ABSOLUTELY LOVED this book!!
Cringe is definitely a cringy collection of stories that include the following: Hydrated and Horny Cringe Game The Arrangement by Eva Dresden-A hot and interesting tale of a woman who tries to hide and her boss who sees her. Cringy due to word choice and some activity. Top This by K. Rose-The story of a questionable combination. Cringy due to the odd analogy and word choices. Hard Drive and Hot Buns by Samantha Morgan-Hot story of a baker and the IT pro her dad sent to fix her laptop. Cringy due to many bakery and IT puns. The Moistening by Ivy Penn-A girl goes out to get some at a club. This one is questionable by all cringy euphemisms and cringy talk. Witch Way West by S. R. Griffith-This is a hot paranormal romance. It is mostly cringy by word choices. Daddy's Drippage by Stacy Rush-This is an MMF romance. It has cringy acts, word choices, and euphemisms. Oversized by Penny Heart-This is a hot romance that is a spin-off of the Booked for Lust series. It is cringy because of word choices and euphemisms. The Cat's Meow by Vivian Murdoch-A woman who works at a sex club and her boss from her temp job. It is cringy due to acts, word choices, and euphemisms. Each story has its own incredibly long list of trigger warnings. It is not for people who have triggers or an inability to handle cringe of any form. I have never heard so many odd euphemisms for body parts or acts but over all enjoyable and funny book. My favorites are The Arrangement, Hard Drive and Hot Buns, Witch Way West, and Oversized.
Newly released hope you're ready... 🫣Prepare your gag reflex...
The anthology you never knew you wanted but can't look away from.
Ivy Penn has taken a walk on the cringe side with a few other phenomenal authors.
Top This is K. Rose's addition.
👀 Between a divorce and menopause, I wanted a one-night stand that would help me get my mojo back. I should've propositioned my hot as hell neighbor instead of heading to one of the hottest clubs downtown. Because what I ended up with was one for the books.
From the watery bowels of your deepest icks comes a collection of stories so shameless you might have to read them through your fingers.
We told our authors one thing: Make it cringe.
The result?
Love stories that shouldn't work.
Dialogue that makes you wheeze.
Phrases your group chat will roast you for highlighting.
Whew be ready for some spice, be ready for alllllll the euphamisms. They had me laughing out loud. Favorite stories in this one, Vivian Murdoch will also be a favorite, and The Cat's Meow has some amazing moments, and a lot of omegaverse themed spice. Top This by K Rose is the written form of one of those clock app food dramas, so if you love those, you'll enjoy this forbidden pairing. And Daddy's Drippage by Stacy Rush, I'll just say this MMF romance was "oh my". Each story has trigger warnings before you dive in so you can double check before driving in. Best of luck to you all diving into the authors best use of literatures most cringy descriptions of all the things.
This book does exactly what it set out to do. It's just a good bit of tongue-in-cheek fun. If you've ever had the ick about something in romance, then be prepared to get the ick again.
