This review is long 😅💕
The character and relationship development top tier , the mmcs are all mature (well mabye not always riven 😂) but emotionally mature and emotionally intelligent they truely provide thayla a stable and safe love and it’s been so beautiful watching it blossom from the first book. The world building and magic systems Willa creates is always beautiful and I knew it would be the same for this series !!
I loved willows men but these men take the cake for me especially Amick 😍, the complex trauma each of them have and how it has been handled and showed real true to the trauma itself healing , like it’s not been rushed or brushed over why they feel the way they do and why they react the way they do it’s been a progress and a realistic one
How thayla completes them and how each of them complete thayla aaaaaah I love it 🌸💕
Like I’ve rarely ever read of mmcs that show this much care and devotion to their women !!
Her emotional physical needs are all met and they have stood by her through everything and same with her standing by them too 💕
The way sexual trauma was handled in this book was really accurate how SA and Rape can cause the person to be in denial , and how thayla felt like she had to have sex with Jeremiah to stop him from hurting her and to keep the peace , it showed the complexity of it all and that SA can happen in lots of different ways !
When this was explored I got very emotional
Thaylas character really resonates with me , her healing was realistic and seeing her try to find who she is without the trauma and learning to grow into herself brought tears to my eyes 🦋
Just honestly in awe of this author she has clearly done her research on how trauma affects people and I feel like parts of me have healed through reading this series and I just related so much 💕
It’s very refreshing to see books without misogynistic men that actually care for their women ( minus Jeremiah and melcolm )
I have theory that Mara and Gladian are true valture members and they mabye weren’t actually real bonds with Jeremiah and melcolm like those two weren’t proper matches
I saw melcolm working with seductions like last book and I’m glad I was right !
I’m so glad Jeremiah is dead but I wish he suffered more
I love V seismet and verlot
I love all of yemi and her valture especially Doreen and sevryn
I thought it was a good take to see Gladian try to make amends and her becoming friends with Mara aswell 👏
Kira and seduction and creation can go die in a hole !
I recommend reading willows nexus series if you haven’t yet !! It’s amazing too 🦋

Willa and her cliffhangers.
Ugh this book was so good, I laughed, cried, and simply loved the characters more and more. I loved adding Willow and the Vito men in the mix wish it was a little more but that’s because I love them. There is a lot more spice so buckle up. The found family is everything in this book. Thayla is definitely a bit of complainer but with everything stacked against her and not choosing this life it makes sense, she really is opening up and expressing her emotions so much better I loved her growth in this book. The men are so in love with her and truly support her that it just makes you melt.
My only real complaint is I wish there was more of cleaning up that’s going wrong in the realm in this book we only get little bit of answers, so apparently all of that is going to be in the next book. That’s really the only thing that bugs me so many problems and only 2 was solved. So i believe it’s going to be one thing after another in the next book final book. It still deserves five stars because it truly is an amazing book.

LITERALLY OBSESSED WITH THIS SERIES!!!!
Absolutely loving the trajectory of this story.
Each book is as good as the last, they’re so compelling, well paced and honestly suck you in from page one.
This book was excellent. The group continues to grow and settle into a formidable selection of gods and goddesses, continually seeking the answers the need to set Godsden and their realm right again.
They continue to have to face the Beginning Gods and all their bullshit, we finally meet the brother’s mothers. We get to see Yemi’s valtrue in action, and friendships solidify in this book.
Thayla and many of the characters finally start to process their trauma’s in a healthy way (what??who knew this could actually happen in books) and on the whole, their relationships are also so healing and healthy for all the characters. There’s no skullduggery within the group which is refreshing.
For those that are interested, this is the spiciest of the books thus far, but it’s definitely not what the plot is focused on.
Again, it’s just a great story and I’m obsessed with everything. Cannot wait for the last book, which should be out in September this year.

Soooo good
I am utterly stunned by the beautiful writing of all your books and this one is no different.
So good and really warms your heart and makes you feel included in these series. I have to admit that the "tissue" part you will need really is sad and makes it soooo much worse because of the person who caused it.
I was hoping I had this person wrong but there is no coming back from that and what is so much worse is what they think is owed to them 😡.
I like the growth that our girl is doing but wish she wouldn't be so hard on our chaos God because its hurting my heart. I really feel sorry for him and for her to keep snubbing him is heartbreaking 💔. Hopefully the last book will give him a happy ending as he REALLY deserves it 🙏.

Good Read
The cliffhanger at the end of this book has me frustrated and September can’t come quick enough but I think that’s what makes these books fantastic, the fact they draw you in so much that you can’t believe you’ve already finished the book. The story was amazing as always and I absolutely loved the characters. The first part of this book had me giddy with excitement after the conclusion of the previous instalment and I really can’t wait to see what happens in the final book of the series. I love Willa Raes’ books and I would highly recommend stepping into the world she has created and give them a read.

a fantastic installment
Honestly, every book should have a crossover event! Starting with Willow Vito and her men?! FANTASTIC!! The first 70 pages are so fun!!
I kept waiting for them to take Willow’s and V’s words to heart and when they finally did! I was so happy!!
Ding, dong! One of the witches is gone!!! I have so many questions!!!
This is one of the best of the series! It’s paced well. Thayla has really come into her own! It was amazing to watch!
I was not prepared for the death in this one, but I hope nothing so sad happens again!
I cannot wait to see what happens in book 5!! An HEA is promised too!!

Ahhh this next installment of the Valorian Veil was amazing! That ending has me biting my nails with theories !! I love how close all the characters have gotten and am so happy to finally have some answers about a certain terrible person! Cannot wait for the final book in this series!

The best book of this series

Another absolutely captivating book from Willa. I really don’t think I will ever get over her writing. The complexity in not only the main characters but in the side characters and world is so well done, you are sucked right in and can’t put it down. I read ALOT of why choose and fantasy, Willa remains at the top. There was so much growth and depth in this one - I can not wait for book 5.

A Lot of Growth
There was a lot of growth with our main characters and co-characters in this book. It also gave us answers to some of our questions, especially with her crazy brother, but man, that ending was a complete butt kicker! I can't wait until September comes around, so I can finally see if the person at the end of this book is who I think it is. Happy Reading Everyone😇
