This was another charming read in this series. I thought it was interesting how the FMC had parents who did not like magic, since they live in a magical town and have magical ancestors. Im glad she stood up for herself as she knew who she is - a witch. Her love story was also sweet and cute. I do wish there had been just a little more of the romance part of the story at the end, but getting more of Runa’s story was also nice as that story has me quite intrigued. Plus, after that ending Im even more excited to read the next book.
This is book three of the series and touches a little bit on Runa's story but mostly is focused on Dawn and Otis. A few people from book one and two make an appearance. These are cute novellas and have a good story flow. Dawn starts out as a bit of a pushover and finally finds herself and her voice by the end. Bruce is definitely a favorite. Interested in where book four takes us in the little town and how much more of Runa's story we get to know
This third installment of Runa's story was just as charming as the first two. Filled with enjoyable characters, each book fills in a teeny bit more of the mystery surrounding Runa's mom and their magic alongside the beginning of a love story. Dawn and Otis were sweet, and I love her teeny bat familiar - can't wait for the next book!
