Husk's Property delivers exactly the kind of dark, possessive MC romance that grabs hold from the very first page and never loosens its grip. Between the motorcycle club tension, the brutal danger surrounding Whitney, and Husk’s terrifying devotion once he finally claims her, this story was impossible to put down.
Whitney’s mother never signed the marriage contract with the MC out of cruelty—it was desperation. After escaping Whitney’s abusive father, she knew he would never truly stop hunting them. The agreement with the Kings of Darkness was meant to give Whitney protection and a future where her father could never reach her again. But when the time comes, no one steps forward to claim her, and after everything she’s already survived, the idea of being suddenly turned loose and unprotected sends Whitney spiraling into panic. She knows exactly what waits for her outside the club’s protection.
And that’s when Husk finally wakes up to what’s standing right in front of him.
Husk is cold, lethal, and completely convinced he’s incapable of feeling anything real. They call him Husk because he believes there’s nothing left inside him except violence. Her mother made a deal with the local MC for protection. She is to become one of the officers brides however it doesn’t seem like anyone wants to claim her until he steps forward. He wasn’t going to make a claim because he didn’t think he deserved her, but there was no way he was going to leave her vulnerable and when he goes all in, he goes all in there is danger and rival MC drama that he has to protect her from, but he absolutely will. He is the unconventional hero the one that never wanted to be one, however, when he claims his girl, he will burn everything down to protect her. She might have thought she was last choice, but he quickly makes her realize that she was the only choice for him . He is dark and dangerous, but not to her their spice is steamy and he folds only for her.. this was a short read, but a good and satisfying read.

I liked the characters - Husk seems a bit misunderstood and he lets Whitney in... Whitney was looking for a way to get away from home, so their arrangement works well.
It's definitely an instalove situation... but there's also some suspense and it ends in a HEA!

This is the first book I have read from this author and I was totally blown away. I could not even get up to refresh my coffee as that would mean putting down this book!! It was sooo good and well-written. I loved that there was so much emotion to overcome and past for these two to heal from to come together and these two were so made for one another. They were each other's strength. Husk walking into certain death for this woman without hesitation just blew me away and his woman returns the favour and blows him totally away. I loved every moment of this story and I am anxiously waiting for the rest. I will be hitting the bookstore to get the beginning of this series as writing like this has to be enjoyed!!!

This biker romance had some well-developed characters, and their personalities stayed fairly consistent throughout the story. However, the plot itself felt very hard to believe. The story starts with the female lead basically being traded over territorial claims, nobody wanting her, and then suddenly the VP steps in claiming he wanted her all along—which didn’t feel convincing at all. Things only get stranger when she’s kidnapped again within hours and traded once more.
The age-gap dynamic and relationship development also didn’t fully work for me. While the characters themselves were decent, the overall storyline felt messy and unrealistic.

Whitney knew her fate was to be an arranged bride to a member of the MC but before she gets claimed chaos erupts as the clubs attacked and the brides to be are kidnapped, but once the MC rescues over the prez releases her from the arrangement, until Husk claims her, he saw the panic she felt at leaving with no were to go, but its more than that, he felt something stir to life within him when shes around, he sees her strength and resiliance despite what happened, but when Whitney is kidnapped for a third time, Husk unleases his inner demons with lethal force Husk wont lost any more. Well written engaging steamy, desires, action, violence, past trauma and more

This is my first book by this author and it won't be my last. It is a novella length but it packs a lot of actions and romance. Since this is book 3 of the series, I presume it starts off where the previous book finished. Kidnappings feature heavily in the book (past and present). The book is written well and I liked the author's writing style. I wish Logan (Husk) explained more about what happened in his past. I thought that scene was too brief.

Husk really surprised me; despite being a soul scarred by the loss of his first love, he still retains the capacity to love, and he didn’t even realise it himself. Like him, Whitney has been through some terrible things, and yet she is surprised to discover that she still has the capacity to love that she thought she had lost. I’m so glad I stumbled across this series; I’m going to buy the first two books. I love the wonder they both feel at realising they’ve found each other and that they know that if they choose to love, they’ll do so with everything they’ve got.

Whitney is used to no one wanting her, but when the Prez releases her from the arraigned marriage she is devastated, she has no where to go. Until Husk speaks up claiming her as his, this was not just because the look on her face, she stirs something in him. I love how these two find their way to what works for them. When she is kidnapped a third time, Huck is ready to scorch the earth for her. The pair are perfect for each other.

OHMYGAWD!!!! I just totally fell in love with Husk!!! This dark MC romance completely swept me away! Whitney is totally fierce…Not every woman can survive being kidnapped….repeatedly…within days…. And not turn into a blubbering mess…. This was beautiful, find family, gritty, hot and sexy, there’s trauma…and there’s healing…. And beautiful beautiful love😍😍😍😍😍.

I love a great MC romance and this one fit the bill. The characters are spicy hot and you can feel the chemistry between them as you read this quick read. Before you know it, you are pulled in and have a hard time putting the book down. Fantastic read!.

Really good, quick, MC read. When you know, you know. Husk knew. Whitney knew. Once together, that was everything. Good plot and drama for a quick read. Good steam as well.

This is a really good fast paced MC story. I loved Husk’s character. He’s so protective of her. I recommend checking this one out.
