“I dare you to stay in this pool, no matter what happens, until the game is over.”
It was supposed to be a Spring Break of partying with my boyfriend and our friends. Instead, my step Cameron and I were the only ones left at our lake house after my boyfriend left with my friends in our only ride home.

Secrets begin coming out when a harmless game of truth or dare results in me baring my true feelings for my step. Imagine my surprise when I discover he feels the same way—and that he wants to be my first!

A 7400-word short story featuring a Happy-For-Now (and hard and unprotected) ending!

This is Book 1 in the Stepbrother Games Series. Each story is a standalone short tale of forbidden romance.

Game of Truth or Dare

Candice goes to her family's lake house with some friends, her boyfriend and her step brother, Cameron. After Candice's boyfriend tries to force her to kiss him, Cameron comes to her rescue. After the two boys get into a fight, everyone leaves the lake house except Cameron and Candice. As they spend some of their Spring Break alone, they play their own game of truth or dare. Cameron and Candice admit their feelings for each other. The game takes a steamy and naughty turn very quickly. Yum. There is romance, hot sex scenes and a little kink. Cue the fan.

ARC Review

This book is okay. Not sure why I do not like it better though because Claudia is a very talented writer & I always get lost in her books. This book is well written. The characters have a lot of depth & are likable & are relatable. It was good in that it showed how the steps felt about each other & that when younger they were close friends & just fell in love. I liked how they took up for each other when someone would be nasty or ugly to them. I will definitely read more of Claudia's books.

A game of truth or dare turns a stay at a cabin into a forbidden exploration of desire for Cameron and Candace.

It was fun to read about the teenager game among friends that ends up with just the two of them. I liked that he taunted her a bit, but only went further when she showed him she felt something for him.

The best part was the game of questions and the steamy scenes were sexy.

Though regarding the writing style, it tended to mix past and present tenses with no sense. A quick and satisfying way to sate an appetite for the wrong side of love.

Steamy naughty truth or dare...

Good quick read that was quite steamy and naughty...I don't know that I cared for the impregnated aspect of the torrid affair...but it was definitely hot!!
