I gave shot to a new author, new author to me. I'm anxious to see what else she's written. And I'm definitely interested in the next installment.

This was a tiny taste of taboo seduction. If you're looking for a quickie, this one is for you. I needed so much more though, the blurb says serial, I can't really complain too much.

Step-siblings battling it out. Cannot say much more, except they need to get it on, in a bad way. There's some secret billionaire club that's got my interest piqued. Like I said, this was just a taste, I'm hoping I get more from the characters in the next one, I have no idea what the true motives are, or if there really is any. Maybe they just need to hash it out in bed. That's what Step-siblings do now-a-days.

When's the next one coming out??

Had this been more developed, I think my rating would've been different.

A little twisted trouble...

A little twisted trouble from her step brother has April in trouble...I didn't care for the malicious way he twisted lies and her confidence...cruelly and maliciously wrong and wrenched. I don't think I will be picking up book two. Just not for me...if you liked dark twisted and cruel, then you would enjoy this start to the series.

April's mother died of cancer when she was a young girl, shortly after her father moves them into his girlfriend, Connie's house. April is 12 & Connie's son, Jared is 16. The book starts off 6 yrs later at their parents wedding & Jared has been nothing but cruel & abusive to April & she can't wait to leave for college soon. Her father is going on his honeymoon for 4 weeks & April will be left alone with Jared in the house. This book, no sorry I can't really call it that it's a novella cause it's very short but it wasn't bad. It does end with a very steamy cliffy.

Weird Boring and riddled with errors

I thought this would be a cute weird romance but really it was trying to do too much. A sex club conspiracy? Really? This made no sense because April goes from believing that her stepmother is eventually going to rape her and no one is going to believe her, just like they don't believe he is cruel to her, to wanting Jared to seduce her? Leap much? And the next "book" is $2.99 yeah not even thinking about buying that.

Hot sadistic and she is in trouble. The first is a tease it just gets you wound up in to it when it is over and you have to get the next one because you have to find out what is going to happen next.

This was supposed to be free but I was charged $2.99. It is only like 30 pages. I regretted getting it when I thought it was free. I am really mad now that I know it cost me money.

Dark read

This is a good dark read that is twisted but a really good read. It's well written and very enjoyable
