The Billionaire's Desire #8

The Billionaire's Best Friend

Rate this book
Unlucky in love, Becca Smith always preferred getting her romance fix by following the private lives of the rich and famous in her favorite tabloids. After her most recent breakup, Becca locked her heart away and retreated into the safe distance that following other people’s relationships afforded her. Then, at her best friend’s wedding, she meets Tristan Blackwell. A tabloid fixture for his bad boy ways, Becca thinks she knows all about him, but after one perfect night together, she realizes there might be more to him than meets the camera’s eye. Can she trust her heart with the one person who seems most likely to break it? Tristan Blackwell has a long-standing reputation for being a hard-partying, irresponsible, fun-loving playboy. His life is pretty great, and he doesn’t see the point in trying to fix something that isn’t broken. But the weight of his family’s legacy is weighing on him, and he’s getting pressure from his family to get serious with his life and settle down into a job and a relationship. Uninterested in more than a one-night stand with the socialites he meets at nightclubs and parties, meeting Becca Smith is like a breath of fresh air. She sees the parts of him that no one else has bothered to look at, and it scares the hell out of him. When Tristan’s well-meaning, meddling mother invites Becca for a weekend at the family home in Connecticut, Tristan nervously agrees. He finds himself falling deeper for Becca and wondering if the life he’s living is enough anymore when the unimaginable happens. Will the prospect of losing everything they never knew they wanted finally push Tristan and Becca to take a chance on love and each other? * Reading The Billionaire's The Complete Series prior to reading this book is recommended.*

Sooo cute!!

Best friends marrying each other best friends. That’s so cute!! So glad to see cameos from Abby and Cole! In this story, you get to see more of Tristan and him trying to live up to the Blackwell name. Becca has abandonment issues, especially after what Tristan did the night of her bff’s wedding.

Tristan was lost in what he wanted. He had no sense of direction, involved in meaningless relationships and then he met Becca. He began changing for the better, wanting more for himself, and finding something he’s passionate about.

The naughty scenes were delicious and the climax had me breathless!! Cassie! You rock!

Everyone Needs A Friend

I loved it. I loved the whole series. This was great because Abby and Cole tried to hook Becca up with Tristan a few times. It never happened and when Becca and Tristan meet, sparks fly. Tristan is still immature and he doesn't know how to handle his feelings so he runs. He runs from Becca right into her and she becomes a great friend to him. Tristan has struggled with his parents and Becca helps him want to do and be better. The question is, can be for himself and for Becca?

Continuation with best friend

So this book is the third book in the series and it was a good follow up. It lets us back into the love of the main characters while delving into the world's of the supporting characters. Not a series that I am dying to re-read but glad I read.

Terribly sweet and romantic

Tristan finally finds a love that will change his crazy, irresponsible ways and give him purpose. Becca has loved him from the moment she met him. Him, not his money nor his looks, just his soul.

Both Becca Smith and Tristan Blackwell have been unlucky in love. They served as Maid of Honor and Best Man at their best friends Abbey and Cole's wedding. Although the honor attendants spent an incredible time together after the wedding Tristan was spoofed and left without saying good bye. Tristan and his father don't see eye to eye on business. Months later after a meeting with his dad a drunken Tristan runs into Becca. She makes sure he gets home safely. After spending more time with Becca, Tristan gives up his playboy life style and settles down into a stable relationship with her. A serious car accident leads to some life changing events in their life. This would be a great beach read.

I wanted more..

I loved loved the first 7 books. This one however left my lacking
I'm not sure why .. I didn't like how the style changed and the characters were sometimes talking sometimes it was 1st person sometimes 3rd. And I felt like I knew nothing about them. In the first 7 the characters were their own people and a couple. This was just them together.. want to read more by this author though.

Billionaires best friend

Another great story, so very much loved Becca, she's so feisty when she confronts Tristan dad, I was shouting you go girl!!!
Tristan didn't take long to fall for Becca, his upbringing wasn't anything like Becca's but now tristan's father has come round. It leaves him to finally put a ring on her finger yay great story but I want a follow-up on both of theses gorgeous couple's!!!

Completely Amazing

Now this is the perfect romance book. It's make you happy, sad, and mad. This shows you that even the rich kids don't always come from the perfect families and maybe many of them are like this always trying to appease their parents by giving up their dreams. Even love the curve ball that made me cry.

Until Next Time.....Tabi

Yet another incredible addictive story from Caddie Cross. I loved the way Cassidy makes her love stories with such passion. The characters go through a journey with the reader along for the ride. They grow together, hitting the bumps in the road and coming out step her. She writes the kind of love that we all want to have. Certainly one of my favourite writers

Very good

I read all of the previous books about Cole and Abby but I like Tristan and Becca more. It's probably from getting to know them from the other books. I really enjoyed reading this book. It's sweet and romantic.

Another sweet story

This is a follow on book from another story. It is very sweet about a couple who slowly fall in love and there is a background story around class & family dynamics. It's a story that mostly makes you smile. Part of Kindle Unlimited.

Very sweet

Just a nice and sweet romance. There's very little angst. It's predictable but so good. This book is the perfect length, not too long or short.

Tense

I didn't like the voice this book was written in. It just didn't do it for me. The story was sweet but just couldn't get past the presentation of it.
