OMG! This book blew my mind. I did not see the plot twist. This book has a psychological thriller vibe with intense scenes. I ate it up. I love Ace but at the same time, I am scared of him. Sadie on the other hand is a bad a$$. I need book 3.

This book delivers the perfect blend of psychological thriller suspense, stalker vibes, and just the right touch of dark romance. I was completely hooked from beginning to end. What surprised me most was how the author managed to completely change my feelings about the MMC in this second installment. While he’s still undeniably morally gray, his character development and redemption arc had me rooting for him in ways I never expected.

The tension, twists, and emotional depth kept me turning pages vigorously and I genuinely couldn’t put it down. Every chapter left me wanting more, and I loved every minute of the journey. This series just keeps getting better, and now I’m counting down the days until I can get my hands on book three!

I can't with this redemption arc. You are not trying to tell me he's the good guy... Or is he?
L. Novick has a way with words like none other. Her descriptive prose instills all the feelings and imagery a book needs.
Make Me Burn had me at the edge of my seat and made me gasp out loud more than once.
The fusion of psychological thriller and dark romance is such a unique concept that makes the Ace of Hearts Series "unputdownable".
I can't wait for Book 3 to be released.

I had the opportunity to read this book and I thought the first one had me with emotions and everything that happened but book two more characters come into play the one spice scene had me whoah what and she left it on a cliff hangar on what was going to happen so I need to know this is book 2 and you do see ace having episodes of talking to dead people now you do need to read about what happens
