Bears Of Beauville #3

Magnificent Mess

Rate this book
Laurel Riley, the newest and most newsworthy Beauville resident, has finally arrived. Except he wants nothing more than to be left alone...

After nearly two years on tour, I’m desperate to vanish from the public eye. A quiet month in the secluded bear-shifter town of Beauville is my last chance to avoid the burnout I can feel looming.

When a construction mishap leaves my brand new chalet unlivable. I’m stuck at a local B&B and seething.

Montgomery Wolf is determined to be the host of the century. Bubbling with all that golden-retriever energy, he is, admittedly, cute. Fine. Maybe I can survive a few days.

Monty’s tenant, Orson Jordan, poses a different kind of challenge. Broody and unimpressed by my fame, Jordy gets under my skin… and eventually under my clothes.

I’m supposed to be hiking, healing, and keeping to myself. Instead, I end up in bed with two bear shifters. As soon as my chalet is ready, I need to run before things get complicated.

Is solitude really what I want, though?

---

Magnificent Mess is a standalone MMM omegaverse romance featuring two alpha bear shifters, one jaded superstar omega, intense heat, and a slightly unusual fated bond.

My goodness, my dreams last night...
I would say read the second half of the book right in bed if you want to have amusing hot dreams.
And maybe on the weekend? In the middle of the work week, the forced awakening was less pleasant.
Omegaverse in the style of Roe Horvat... I think anyone who has read one of the books knows what they're getting into.
Apart from the excessive heat-sex scenes, I really enjoyed the book.
I've been excited about Laurel since the first book in this series, and the story here is perhaps a little weak. But the whole series is like that, so I didn't expect anything else. Still, I like it a lot.
I think I've said it before, but I love the small town of Beauville and its community of bears.
And Laurel gets two bears all to himself.
Awwww.
I really like that we get to see the three of them interact before Laurel goes into heat, and with so many sex scenes, I'm also glad that the three of them were able to sexual explore each other beforehand and that not everything is overshadowed by the heat.
Plot? Well... I wasn't expecting one.
Drama? Hmmm, I hoped I'd be spared that, and I was lucky.
So, yes, this may be pretty boring for some readers. But I need and love this kind of story, and I read it in one go, so there must be something right about it.
I'm going to read something else now to free my brain from these three hot guys.

What he took out of those pants was a freaking masterpiece of a dick.
Monty’s erection was more than long enough—a solid seven inches at least. And the girth…
My asshole twitched, as if it got scared.
🫣🫣🫣

Laurel was finally getting it, wasn’t he? Montgomery Wolf was the real deal, the diamond in the mud, and there were a hundred reasons why shifters around here loved the hell out of him, despite the shit that occasionally came out of his mouth. Monty wouldn’t hurt a fly, and with everything he had, he tried to give back. 🫠🫠🫠

“Do you think you’d want to try?”
Laurel’s insides clenched around me one last time and he sighed. “I want both of you. I’ll be loose during the heat, right? I want it.”
Jordy pressed his lips to mine, then kissed Laurel.
“We’re going to make you scream, superstar.”

The theme here is Two Alpha Dicks Are Better Than One.

Predictably, the sex begins a few chapters in and never lets up. There's heat, but no mpreg, because Laurel is not ready for a kid. I skimmed most of the sex scenes, but experience will vary.

Laurel's a bit of a brat, but he grew on me. I fell for alpha bear shifters Monty and Jordy, who've been hooking up for ages, and felt more chemistry between the two of them than between them and Laurel. Honestly, Jordy was my favorite.

Magnificent Mess is a cute enough story with a successful ménage à trois.

I miss the Roe Horvat who wrote The Layover and Vanilla Clouds. Roe is such a talented writer, but he's reduced himself to writing PWP. Obviously, authors are free to write or not write whatever strikes their fancy, but I don't have to be happy about it.

I'm honestly not sure why I even tried this. None of Roe's new stuff has worked for me. I guess I'm just hopeful that one day that will change. Sadly, today is not that day 😔

As I've mentioned before, I'm always very wary about MMM books, as I get worried that somebody is going to feel left out. Thankfully this wasn't the case with this story.
So sweet and super hot.

I've really enjoyed this series so far.
I'm looking forward to Hunters story being released.

This was one of my anticipated releases this year, so I'm sad to say I feel disappointed. I'm at 40% and I was so bored that it made me sleepy mid-reading. That happens very rarely to me. There's also the fact that this is MMM, which is good, but I thought it'd be poly-V for some reason, the focus being Laurel. I'm not into the actual dynamic and I got tired of waiting for the story to get interesting so I'm dropping it. It's a shame because I was interested in Laurel since book one, but I can't sense chemistry with the other guys at all, despite being able to feel it a bit in the other books. Strange.

I didn’t love it, but I didn’t hate it either. It just felt like a filler episode before the one episode you really want to see, which is when the doctor finally finds his mate!!!!!! I’m looking forward to that one, and I hope Roe blows me away with it. This was just a little boring to me. I’m sorry to all.

We finally get Laurel’s story and this was an easy five stars for me.

Laurel is a famous singer completely burned out from two years on tour, escaping to Beauville hoping to breathe again. Instead, he walks straight into Monty and Jordy, two bear shifters who are very much not solid at the start of this. They’re friends with benefits. Hooking up. Dancing around something deeper but never fully claiming it.

And then Laurel enters the picture and everything shifts.

What I loved most is that this didn’t feel messy in a jealous way. It felt selfless. Monty and Jordy love each other in their own complicated way, but they were both willing to let the other go if Laurel was meant to be with only one of them. That kind of quiet sacrifice? That did something to me.

And then finding out the three of them are true mates?

Perfection.

It made every ache, every moment of hesitation, every bit of yearning make sense. Nothing felt accidental. It felt inevitable.

I loved that this had emotional patience. Laurel isn’t just jumping into something. He’s exhausted. He’s trying to take care of himself for once. He’s figuring out who he is outside of fame and pressure and people constantly pulling at him. And Monty and Jordy give him space while still very clearly wanting him. The longing was so good.

Monty is still the golden retriever heart of Beauville. Jordy carries that darker edge and protective intensity. And watching their friends-with-benefits dynamic slowly deepen while Laurel settles right between them was everything.

We also get to see the couples from books one and two, which I will never complain about. I love sneaking back into their lives.

And yes. The heat? Exactly what you expect from Roe. Filthy, tender, intimate, intense. But underneath it all, there’s real emotional depth. The mating bond, the devotion, the way they choose each other fully. It was scorching and soft at the same time.

Low angst. High heat. True mates. Big bear energy.

This was immersive, emotional, and just genuinely feel good for me.

Five stars. Chef’s kiss.

I could copy and paste a review from any Roe Horvat book I've ever read here. Other than having a menage element in a fated mates shifter romance, which is little unusual, this book is just exactly what you would expect from this author. It's a sweet smutfest with little to no plot. And I'm not mad about it.

I loved this! I'm very happy Jordy and Monty got their HEA with Laurel.
Reading that both of them were resigned to lost each other when they would have found their fated mates broke my heart, Jordy and Monty were really made for each other.
And Laurel is just the missing piece, the person who could bond the three of them together.

Hunter's HEA can't come soon enough, the poor man deserve all the love.

Paranormal Shifter Romance
MMM
Alpha x Alpha x Omega
Fated Mates
Forced Proximity
Small Town
Multiple POV's

Laurel has moved to Beauville for a break but while his chalet is getting finished he stays at the town B&B. Monty has been obsessed with Laurel since he first visited Calvin from book 1 and having him at his B&B has presented him the opportunity to spend time with the guy he has heart eyes for... But then there is Jordy. He is Monty's best friend (with benefits) and also lives at the B&B and also kinda likes Laurel too... It's the perfect storm.
I am invested in this series now and when book 4 is released I will definitely be reading it too. Everyone is just so likeable and the small town vibe along with big cuddly shifter alpha bears make for an unusually pleasant setting for these heartening stories about Fated Mates and love.

I could give this book a 6 ⭐️ easily. Roe Horvat you did it again. Can I have a minute please where I wish there were bear shifters for real. My god, I wished we lived in a universe we’re all this was allowed. Now back to the book at hand, it took halfway to spice. I hate that, spice in some books should be allowed from page one, but that’s me and my I guess horny nature at the time. I loved this throple. I really did. I loved Monty such a softy that guy and I loved Jordy, because all bad boys need redemption story. And finally Roe Horvat can write the filthiest novel, I don’t care, I want, no I need to read it. Absolute blast if you are an omegaverse fan.

I haven’t read a Roe book that I haven’t loved. I was eagerly waiting on this book and Laurel’s story. This is MMM- what’s not to love about that? 🤣 I love Beauville and all the bears in it! The chemistry between these 3 was sizzling and I loved Monty’s character and his heart. 5 star read for me!

Magnificent Mess indeed. This book was EVERYTHING, EVERYONE. Am I dramatic? Maybe. Was it still magnificent and everything I needed and more? Absolutely yes.

I don't want to part ways with Laurel, Monty and Jordy. Can I stay with them forever? Maybe in one of the guest cottages... just saying.

Ugh, Roe did it AGAIN. This book was so hot and sweet, omg. When I started it I didn't know where it was going and once I figured it out I didn't know how we'd get there, but Roe did it and I am HAPPY.

Monty and Jordy are something, but not, but yes, and Lauren... ah, he is Monty's celebrity crush, but not, but yes, but more.

This is not an established couple adding a thirt situation, but it isn't three people meeting and starting from scratch either. You will have to read the book for this one cuz I don't wanna spoil it for you.

This is the first time I read about bear shifters and I am surprised by how much I liked it. But let's be honest, Monty for sure couldn't be anything else BUT a bread, Jordy too.

What I loved the most about this book, besides the fated mates trope that is my absolute favorite EVER, was how these three made space for each other in their hearts and how they always made sure to never let anyone feel left out. Them ending up together was inevitable, and even those moments when one of them was insecure were so sweet. I swear I could never choose between them. All of them are so precious and sweet in their own way that it would be IMPOSSIBLE to say "Yeah, I love him the most."

The whole friend group seems to be so close, and since I started with book 3 ( oh, no... what a surprise... not really ) I will have to go back and read the first books in the series soon and meet them properly.

The emotional parts of this book were what I needed at the moment, and it made me so happy to read a trouple so well written. In this book I feel like the spice is so intertwined with the emotional part that one without the other would not make so much sense. It has quite a bit of spice, but I never felt like it was taking away from anything since, as I said, I feel like the emotional side was there too, always.

I swear I want a book 2 about these three magnificent messes. I would love to read more about them managing Lauren's career and their day to day life, about them becoming parent and being dad's, ugh, can we have that pretty please? I am not ready to part ways with them and I feel like they still have things to say to us. Anywho, I'll keep my fingers crossed or idk, manifest or something...

Overall, I think it is safe to say I LOVED this book. I've read it in one sitting even though I am in a reading slump, and I am happy I got to pick it up. I needed something sweet, but also spicy, but also emotional. With great characters and a beautiful love story. 5 stars, 5 freaking stars, baby.

Spice: 4🌶

Vibes:
-MMM
-Fated mates
-Unexpected heat
-Size difference
-Rockstar/Two Bear Shifters

Magnificent Mess by Roe Horvat is an addictive, high‑heat MMM omegaverse romance that delivers everything I love about the Bears of Beauville series and then some. Laurel, the overworked rockstar looking for a place to breathe, ends up tangled with Monty and Jordy, two alpha bear shifters already in a secret relationship of convenience. The setup alone is delicious, but the twist on the fated‑mates trope takes it to another level.

What starts as a casual arrangement quickly becomes something deeper when Laurel’s sudden heat pulls all three men into a bond none of them were prepared for. The dynamic between two alphas and their omega is intense, tender, and full of unexpected emotional beats. The size difference, the tension, the way their relationship shifts from convenience to inevitability, it all works beautifully.

And the spice? Spectacular!!! Roe Horvat ALWAYS delivers, but adding a second alpha into the mix elevates every scene. I tore through this book because putting it down simply wasn’t an option.

This series keeps getting better, and now I’m counting down the days until we finally get our favourite doctor’s story!

This is definitely a new one for me. I actually did not enjoy this book as much. I was left wanting Jordy and Monty to have a heart to heart. I loved those two; specially Jordy. But they balanced each other out so beautifully. I would like to read now a story with MCs like them. Their background and evolution is a story on itself. Laurel, I did not care much for and the whole story could have been done without him. I also liked the town a lot.

Magnificent Mess is the third book in the ‘Bears of Beauville’ series. It stars Laurel Riley, human omega and famous singer, and Monty and Jordy, two Alpha bear shifters. This is told in first person from Monty, Jordy, and Laurel’s pov.

The blurb doesn’t give much info about the plot, so I’ll add a bit more. Laurel is rich, famous, and burnt out. He wants a place to live where people won’t bother him, so he decides to build a home and music complex in Beauville where his best friend Calvin also lives. The contractor who worked on Laurel’s chalet left an incomplete mess, so Laurel can’t live there and must move into Monty’s B & B. Laurel isn’t thrilled since he knows Monty will hover when all Laurel wants is to be left alone. The plot turns into a sort of forced proximity with Laurel going into heat and all that entails.

I was really looking forward to this story after reading the other books in the series and was not disappointed. I loved this. The author did a great job of creating a trouple that felt natural without force. Monty and Laurel never pushed, they offered to help Laurel. Laurel wanted distraction to help him sleep and possibly help unblock his creative inspiration. The progression of the relationship felt slow, even though it wasn’t, yet thorough. And for those of you who like a lot of sex in their books, never fear, the author delivers as always.

Monty and Laurel were already buddies that appeared in previous books, Laurel gets added into their relationship. Monty is the golden retriever of the three, an absolute sweetheart and my favorite character. Jordy is the bad boy with tattoos, piercings, and a guarded personality until Laurel comes along. Laurel is overworked, depressed, and snappy. He starts to question himself if he’s a nice person.

I’m so glad the author didn’t have Laurel get pregnant immediately from his heat. There are so few mpreg books out there that have the omega wait to get pregnant. I’m almost at the point of not reading mpreg because none of the omegas know how to say, ‘not yet.’ So yeah, I’m happy this was a story where the trouple could be happy without children, at least for a while longer.

Another thing I liked, was how the author had Laurel rediscover his love of music again, and how he created his music. It felt real, and the title, ‘Magnificent Mess,’ fit perfectly with the music and the title of the book.

I really enjoyed Magnificent Mess, and recommend it to readers who love trouples, omega verse, and omegas who decide to postpone their pregnancy until the future. I give this book 5 Stars and can’t wait until the next book in the series is released.

I received an ARC from the author. This is my honest and unbiased opinion.

3.5/5. Laurel was such an unlikable character. I just… nope. “I know I’m an asshole, but working on myself is hard and I don’t wanna. I think I’ll use two guys instead! 🤡” I mean, clearly they were going to be mated, as it’s a poly book, but there really just wasn’t much to Laurel in particular to make him worthy of the two mates he was given. Fate did those dudes dirty asf, but I guess at least they got the chalet out of the grift. Makes me preemptively upset for Hunter. I’ll be so sad if he gets saddled with an “L”, too, after we all had to watch him get left out for three books.

This was adorable and hit that slick, filthy heat spot I always expect from Roe’s books.

I loved their dynamic. We’ve got two alphas, Monty & Jordy, who hook up from time to time (hoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooot), and then enter omega rockstar Laurel, on a burnout retreat in Beauville… and BOOM. Fated mates bond explodes.

Underneath the wave of slick, messy sex, there’s also a lot of emotional depth here. All three of them have such beautiful personalities, and they fit together perfectly. I loved how their bond evolved, how blinded and needy they became, and the eventual realisation of why—if you read omegaverse with sudden mate heat, you already know. If you don’t… please beware of extra filthy, wet heat 4–5 days.

Now. I have a minor MAJOR issue.
Monty and Jordy hook up, and Monty loves to bottom for him, so in my filthy mind I was imagining all those acrobatic possibilities with Laurel in the middle. Sadly, besides Laurel being sandwiched and loaded many, many times, we never actually got that… and I was disappointed. Roe, I am begging for a bonus scene to fulfil my fantasy. Pretty pleeeeease 😭🙏

Overall: a delicious omegaverse read, low angst, high heat. Three amazing characters and a perfect HEA in bear-shifter heaven, Beauville.

“His beard brushed my neck. Open-mouthed kisses rained down my spine all the way to the top of my ass. Jordy palmed my ass cheeks, spreading my crease, and I buried my face in the crook of his neck and shoulder. I gorged myself on the rich scent coming off his skin.

Monty kissed my pucker. Just a tender peck, and I yelped.
“How about I make you come, and we cuddle?” he whispered.
Cuddle?
Jordy hummed, massaging my ass, and I melted against him. I felt so tiny in his arms.
“Uh-huh.”
Yeah, we could cuddle, all three of us.”

“My mind reeling, body buzzing, I breathed through the aftershocks of pleasure coursing through us.
I’d knotted Laurel. Laurel! He lay between us, covered in sweat and heat cum, his flesh cradling my swollen cock, and Monty’s knot was in my hand.
Never in a million years would it have occurred to me that something like this could happen.
Yet here we were.
My teddy bear and I, with our omega between us.
This was way too good to be true.”

“The kiss they shared, the tender smile on Jordy’s face, the stroke of Monty’s hand over Jordy’s pec… I was so in love with how they were together.
My first heat wave had brought fear and pain. My alphas had soothed me, but some of the tension and uneasiness lingered. The second had erased it entirely. I really did need them both, and now that I had both of their knots imprinted inside me, the omega in me, the primitive creature who seemed to only live from one climax to another, was content.”

I received a copy of this book from Roe, and this is my honest review.

This was so hot!

Once again Roe Horvat brought the heat and all the feels. I have enjoyed every book from this series but I think this one is my favorite.

I loved the whole grumpy, bad boy and literal teddy bear vibe. Laurel was such a jerk but that didn’t stop Monty from crushing on him, and Jordy was such a bad boy that he had both Monty and Laurel drooling over him. Can’t say I blame them, Jordy was all kinds of broody hotness🥵

When Laurel decided to get some deserving quiet rest, he never expected that would mean having to stay at the town’s B&B not at his luxurious chalet. Or that he would have not one, but two bear shifters tending to his every need.

Monty was the no filter, always happy bear everyone loved. While Jordy was the new town’s resident and bartender who mostly kept to himself. Something that in the beginning irked Laurel.

What the rest of the town didn’t know was that Jordy and Monty had their own little secret. A secret that Laurel discovered and couldn’t stay away from.

Spending time with the two became Laurel’s favorite pastime. Whenever he was with his shifters, he felt seen. Not like the superstar he was, but the man behind the glitz and glamour. The man who yearned to be loved for who he was not for what he had.

When Laurel came into town, Jordy felt like he was losing Monty. After all, it wasn’t a secret how much Monty wanted Laurel. He knew it was only a matter of time before what he and Monty had came to an end. But things take a turn when the three of them start feeling more than just desire for each other. Now Laurel was part of the mix and Jordy couldn’t keep away from him.

The three of them find something they always wanted but didn’t think they’d get. Laurel found two men who loved him for him, Jordy for his chance with Monty and Monty found his omega. Doesn’t get any better than that 🥰

I loved how Roe focused on each character individually, giving them their own development but also focusing on their relationship together. It’s not easy to write a poly romance and hit all the important parts equally. But Roe nailed it with this one.

The best of the series so far, Magnificent Mess was indeed magnificent. (couldn't resist! LOL)

Laurel Riley, world famous singer and songwriter, is burned out. After purchasing land near his old friend in Beauville, Laurel is looking forward to completion of his isolated chalet for much needed R&R but when he arrives, he finds a disaster interior that requires a new contractor so he books the local B&B until it's done.

There, he meets the owner, Monty Wolf, a sweetheart and big bear of a man with a heart of gold. And later, he meets Jordy, also a big bear but with a bad boy vibe, including piercings and tattoos. Both intrigue him and his human omega side recognizes the alpha bear shifters and his type. Too bad he doesn't have the energy to go after them. The three hang out together, becoming friends, and when Laurel's heat comes on suddenly, he realizes they are more to him and calls them for help. And that's when the erotica begins. And those who read Roe Horvat's work know very well that he can be kinky and very descriptive with scenes between an omega and his lover(s).

However, what I liked best about this story were the personalities of each man, fully developed before any heat wave struck. I liked the dynamic between Monty and Jordy first and then the ergonomic way they enfolded Laurel into their lives. Each man had issues, emotional scars from the past for Jordy, Monty's big heart with no omega to shower his love on, and Laurel's burnout. And each man was able to work on those issues with emotional support from the others.

I also liked the fact that Laurel chose birth control so no mpeg here, but plenty of thoughts of being dads in the future. I also loved that Laurel picked up his music again after being with the guys. Burnout lifting, he just wanted to hold the guitar and instead he composed a beautiful love song about his men. Though we can't hear the tune on page, as he composed, readers are treated to a variety of lyrics that paid tribute to them. The story was sweet and flowed well and left me feeling good. Those are my clues to give this one the full five stars.

Magnificent Mess (Bears of Beauville 3)
By Roe Horvat
Published by the author, 2026

The real-world gay subculture of tops and bottoms becomes reality in the omegaverse, in which there are no females at all, but half the population are omegas—men who can get pregnant. This can be an unsettling mental leap in the hands of an ordinary author. Roe Horvat is no ordinary author, and is in fact the sole writer I know who can make the intense sexuality of his omegaverse novels feel both plausible and, indeed, essential. I have enjoyed his Bears of Beauville series (oh, yes, half the characters are also bear shifters). I loved this book, and honestly found myself in tears by the ending. Horvat knows how to make spicy romance emotionally powerful. It makes all the difference in a book like this.

Laurel Riley is a young rock superstar. He is building a chalet on a large piece of land in Beauville, and plans to retreat to his new house to recover and rest after a successful and grueling world tour. He is feeling burned out and suffering from creative block. The constant exposure to crowds has made him snappish and reclusive. Beauville’s open and friendly atmosphere is, frankly, off-putting for Laurel, especially Monty Wolf, the proprietor of the B&B where he’s staying while his house is being finished. The dark, tatted and almost menacing bartender, Orson Jordan, who also lives at the B&B, is in equal parts intriguing and scary.

What Horvat does so well is to pull the reader into the minds of his characters. They are not just stereotypes trying to have as much physical intimacy as possible. Horvat’s skilled pen brings his characters to life, and illuminates the secrets that give heft and substance to them. Of course, the unique reality of the omegaverse colors everything, but the author guides us carefully into this reality until it feels almost – real.

Although a stand-alone book, characters recur throughout the Bears of Beauville series, giving the reader a nice sense of the overall community and its distinctive, nurturing culture.

Laurel Riley, a famous singer desperate for a break from the spotlight, retreats to the secluded bear‑shifter town of Beauville to recover from burnout. But when a construction accident leaves his new chalet uninhabitable, he’s forced to stay at a local B&B run by the endlessly cheerful Monty Wolf. Monty’s tenant, the broody and unimpressed Orson “Jordy” Jordan, complicates things further — especially when the tension between them turns into something far more intimate. Laurel came to Beauville for solitude, healing, and quiet hikes, but instead finds himself tangled up with two bear shifters and questioning whether being alone is really what he wants after all.

This was such a warm, comforting story, and the connection between Laurel, Monty, and Jordy absolutely shines. Each of them carries their own kind of exhaustion or loneliness, but it’s Laurel’s deep burnout that really sets the emotional tone — and the way Monty and Jordy give him the kind of rest, grounding, and affection he didn’t even know he needed is genuinely lovely. Their bond formed quickly but naturally, built on care, curiosity, and an easy chemistry that grows into something tender and real. Watching the three of them find solace in each other made me smile throughout, and I couldn’t help cheering them on as that spark deepened into love. A sweet, feel‑good romance with a trio you can’t help rooting for. This was an MMM story with mature content and set in the the omegaverse.

This is Book 3 in the Bears of Beauville Series. They do not need to be read in order they are stand alones but I would at least read book 1 because all these guys pop up in there first so you can get a little background.

🌶🌶🌶🌶

Laurel has been on tour for a solid TWO YEARS! He is in need of a getaway and has actually been building that getaway in Beauville, but when he goes to check on his chalet in the woods what he walks into is a mess. While it's getting fixed Laurel will have to hold up with Monty and Jordy at the B&B. Monty has not so subtly been crushing on Laurel since well forever so is all to happy to help him out. Monty is just the golden retriever of Beauville always there to help everyone and that's how he actually met Jordy 🥹 Jordy has a secret dark past that we finally get the answers to and oh my gosh I just wanted to squeeze this Giant bear man. I know Laurel really needed a safe space to land after always being in the spotlight and people just taking from him but Jordy needed that safe space just as much and here is Monty with his giant heart just taking these two guys and giving them allllllll the love 🖤 This was just so heart warming but please don't get it twisted it was HAWWWT 🥵🥵 Love me two big bear men 🔥 and Laurel just accepting them and then just jumping right in the middle to get spoiled was perfect!

Wonderful, well-written poly shifter romance! Roe Horvat’s bear shifter series is just amazing! I love that the two alphas in this mmm story are not just head over heels for their omega but also for each other. I’ve been a Monty fan from the first, and I’m really glad that he and Laurel end up together, as Monty was clearly infatuated with Laurel from the very first book in this series. And not only that, but Monty gets the best of both worlds, gaining two fated mates! Jordy and Monty’s “arrangement” caught me by surprise but in the best way. The yearning is intense, and I loved them together so much. I also liked that we finally gained more insight into Monty’s and mysterious Jordy’s past. It’s always clear, at least for the reader, that the attraction and (budding) love are equal between all three of them, even when there’s the tiniest bit of angst for the MCs to go through. They’re very different characters, and when they come together, the pieces of the puzzle just click beautifully. I loved that we see them grow closer one-on-one as well as all three of them together. There’s plenty of steam and a heat and emotional closeness and also lighter, funny scenes. All in all, a great read!
