Phil M. Williams is the author of twenty-five books primarily in the thriller genre. His thrillers span many subgenres, such as: murder mysteries, political, domestic, dystopian, legal, psychological, and technothrillers. His stories often feature regular Joes and Janes in extraordinary situations that are ripped from today’s headlines.
Williams lives in central Pennsylvania with his wife, Denise. When not writing, he can be found tending their permaculture farm.

Phil M. Williams has introduced us to an amazing cast of characters who work together to solve crimes the police departments haven't prioritized or are ignoring. With his writing he brings them to life showing not only their best sides but an occasional flaw. This is a novel and a series for middle school kids up to senior citizens. This is a perfect time for all the English teachers to add Evil Intentions to next year's curriculum.
Third book in series and even darker than previously. Paedophiles, child psychopaths, murder and attempted murder from start to finish. No room for the humour of the earlier books and the young investigators have well and truly grown up. Well observed and well written thriller but definitely one to file under "Adult Themes".
Once again Mr. Williams cut the cake of thriller crimes until one can't put the story down (without thinking about calories). I got very little sleeping time: I was running for the next chapter, and the next, and the next, until I felt out to this review. Thank you Mr. Williams for this hair-rising novel.
Phil M. Williams writes novels that grip you from beginning to end. Ashes to Ashes is no exception and I hope there are more in the Evil Intentions Crime Thriller Series. Good characters and intriguing story lines will keep you turning the pages. Another twist at the end of the story, not expected, but a welcome finish. Highly recommended.
I felt this novel should have been targeted to Young Readers rather than adults. The vocabulary and writing style reminded me of Nancy Drew mysteries that I read in preteen years. The plot was very thin and amateurish, and the explosions in the end were unexplained and disconnected from the plot. There wasn't much substance to recommend it to other readers.
This third book in the Evil Intentions series is a compelling crime thriller. The young team of international investigators follows a twisted path to solve the disappearance of a young boy.
As expected with Novels by this author, you’ll find the best writing and character development.
Phil M. Williams writes not only some of the very best books I've read, but also some of the most thought provoking. Though this book is brutal on my emotions, I couldn't put it down. The plot is thrilling but it's the honesty of the characters and situations that had me hooked on this series from the start. If I had to give my top pick of the year so far from all genres, it would be the Evil Intentions series.
