I’d never been with a man. Until I got locked inside a private jet with my new silver-fox boss, and I found myself in his lap instead of my seat.
I should’ve run the other way. Instead, I let him teach me. And once he started... I realized I wanted so much more.
But Dane isn’t my only boss or my only temptation.
There’s Nico, with his wicked smile and sinful promises, like he can’t wait for his turn. And Cole, quiet and intense, watching me like he’s studying every reaction I can’t hide.
They’re all used to getting exactly what they want. And now? They all want me.
If my family ever found out, they’d drag me back home and pretend none of this ever happened. Pretend I’m still a good girl. But I’m not that girl anymore.
Because I don’t just want one of them. I want all three. And if wanting them makes me reckless… If it makes me ruined… Then maybe I was never meant to be good in the first place.
Bossy Silver Foxes is a red-hot why-choose standalone filled with a pulse-pounding HEA, and chemistry so intense it practically crackles—no cheating, no swords crossed.
The story started off strong. Characters were developed and the plot seemed like it would be great. It wasn’t. So much time was spent on smexy time that the plot fell flat, There was so much potential for work drama and family shenanigans. The fact that she got stuck in different places THREE times with each of the guys was unrealistic. Elevator, airplane, room, this girl gets stuck in places with hot guys. I wish!! The backstory on some of the characters was very heartfelt. I enjoyed that aspect of the book.

Bossy Silver Foxes by Roxy Monroe is the third title in the author's Bosses With Benefits series and was an entertaining read. It is a why choose reverse harem romance following Lucy and her three men, Dane, Nico and Cole with an interesting plot and storyline that had me hooked quickly. All four characters were depicted through individual POVs throughout the book and each came across with distinctive personalities. Dane, Nico and Cole have a long established friendship that was formed at university and has only strengthened through the years as they worked together and it was interesting to see each man develop their own emotional connection to Lucy whilst they explored the new group dynamic. These connections in part due to Lucy's background and innocence was lovely to read as it was also an opportunity for them to open up to her with their own vulnerabilities. The dynamic between the men was strong and positively Lucy centric, which proved to be something Lucy could lean on for strength and protectiveness when drama hits with her family. Overall the group dynamic throughout was a pleasure to read and only got stronger through the story with the care, devotion and encouragement Dane, Cole and Nico showered Lucy with which made them navigating a potential long term relationship a real possibility. The heart warming found family moments, spice, chemistry and steamy scenes between Lucy and her men ensured I kept turning the pages to see how their HEA comes about.

I swear every book in the Bosses with Benefits series somehow pulls me in deeper, and this one might actually be my favourite yet. The chemistry? INSANE. The tension? Immediate. The spice? Let’s just say I was blushing and kicking my feet more than once.
What I loved most though was that underneath all the heat, Lucy’s story genuinely hit emotionally too. Meeting her family and seeing the pressure and expectations she’s lived under made it so easy to understand why these relationships changed her so much. You really root for her finding confidence and freedom in who she wants to be.
And the bosses? Completely different personalities, which made the whole dynamic so addictive. Dane’s silver fox energy had me weak from the start, Nico is pure temptation wrapped in charm and chaos, and Cole being quieter and more intense somehow made him even hotter. I fully understood Lucy’s dilemma because honestly, same girl.
If you love possessive energy, multiple love interests, emotional growth, found confidence, filthy tension and men obsessed with one woman, this absolutely delivers. I devoured it.
Her Unexpected Chance to Explore her Fantasies - Lucy felt like her body was on fire the moment she laid eyes on Dane, but she never expected anything to come of it, as he was her boss, but circumstances changed when they found themselves in a forced proximity situation. Lucy and Dane’s relationship became awkward after their encounter, but then she ended up in another complex situation with Cole and then with Nico. Even though Lucy was intensely attracted to Dane, Cole and Nico, she didn’t think they would be prepared to be with her together.
However, Lucy was proven wrong after she made her request to Dane, Cole and Nico when a misunderstanding led to angry words between them. From the moment Lucy, Dane, Cole and Nico acknowledged their connection, the sparks between them ignited into an inferno, where they just couldn’t keep their hands off each other. Unfortunately, not long after Lucy, Dane, Cole and Nico got together, there was a rift with her family because of her relationship, which made her really sad.
Nevertheless, Dane, Cole and Nico did everything possible to make her feel better, so she didn’t have to feel dejected, but her happiness didn’t last long, as she received news from her family that made her sad. As luck would have it, Lucy found the courage to stand up to her family, as she had Dane, Cole and Nico supporting, which turned out to be a great opportunity, as it ended up healing the rift, whilst giving them a chance to finally acknowledge their true feelings and build the life that they wanted together.
This was a beautifully written romance story with interesting characters and an exciting storyline, that pulled me in quickly with the intrigue, drama and steamy scenes. The great dynamics between the characters contributed to strengthening their bond and enhanced the story, which kept me eagerly turning the pages until I finished reading the book. There is no doubt you will definitely enjoy reading this book, so grab a copy now.

Bossy Silver Foxes by Roxy Monroe was a joyous, fun, burning heat book and I loved every page of it. We meet FMC, Lucy, at her interview for Ember, an adult luxury toy company. Lucy is very Midwest for NYC: “…eagerness isn’t chic—an idea that the whole of NYC has been clubbing me over the head with since I stepped off the plane.” She knows her parents would disapprove of the kind of company Ember is; but, it’s her last shot to stay in NYC. After interviewing with CEO Dane Rourke, Lucy, surprisingly, gets the job and starts on her way to becoming an Executive Assistant for Dane & two other billionaires: Nico Hawthorne and Cole Davenport. Three men who have known each other since college and have started multiple companies with much financial success. The men are closer than brothers and have varied personalities that all mesh to make them extremely accomplished. Monroe brings us along as Lucy gets to know each man and their distinct natures: Dane-regimented, dominant, & proper, Nico-smiling with dimples & oozing charisma, and Cole-quiet, direct, and focused. It all starts with getting stuck on a plane with Dane…then, a security floor with Cole…and, finally, a yacht with Nico. She really has bad luck or is it extremely good luck?! As the story unfolds, we get to know Lucy and each man better and some colorful supporting characters: Aunt Ruby, the charismatic woman that is watching over Lucy in NYC, Julian, another Ember employee who was a former “hatchling” of Aunt Ruby’s, and Pudding, Aunt Ruby’s Bernese. We also hear about Frankie, Lucy’s late friend, who acts as her inspiration to throw off her conservative Midwest upbringing and enjoy life. “But for right now, I want to chase the sun while it’s still shining on me.” Lucy has special connections with each man but how does that work out in the long run?! And, for how long can she experience NYC before her family calls her home? You’ll have to read it & see for yourself.
I really enjoyed "Bossy Silver Foxes" by Roxy Monroe. It was spicy, addictive, and surprisingly emotional underneath all the tension. The chemistry between Lucy and the three men was intense right from the start, but each relationship still felt distinct and believable. Dane’s dominant confidence, Nico’s playful charm, and Cole’s quieter intensity balanced each other perfectly, and I loved how Lucy gradually embraced what she truly wanted instead of trying to fit everyone else’s expectations.
The pacing kept me hooked, the banter was fun, and the romance delivered exactly the kind of possessive, high-heat “why choose” energy I was hoping for. If you like billionaire romance, age-gap tension, protective silver foxes, and a heroine finding her confidence, this one is absolutely worth the read.

This book is part of the Bosses with Benefits series. I love Roxy Monroe books! They are hot and steamy and I’m not even talking about the MMCs yet! I was thrilled to see this newest release. The story was hot, steamy and engaging. I was rooting for the FMC! She was so sweet and family oriented. She was the good girl and did what was expected of her. Moving away from her hometown expanded her horizons. Dane, Nico and Cole are sinfully hot older men. Their charisma just oozes off the pages. And their chemistry…can cause a chemical fire! Thank you, Roxy Monroe, for another hot and scintillating addition to this series. I mean who doesn't want these silver foxes?!!
Lucy goes in for an assistant job interview and ends up meeting with Dane, the CEO of the company and not the person she expected. She ends up leaving thinking she blew the interview until another assistant followed her and offered the job to her on the spot. She ends up being an assistant to Dane, Cole, and Nico and attracted to them as well. Things take an unexpected turn with Dane when they get stuck on an airplane, then with Cole when they get stuff at the office, and finally with Nick when he takes her to meet investors and they get the deal. Low angst, mostly family drama, with some laughs and bit of spice 😁🔥🔥
This had potential, it started a lot stronger than I expected. Sadly it lost the plot, the men became obsessed, loosing their edges, sex took over.
There's some easily resolved family drama - it takes something to accept money off people while judging them harshly!
Coincidents rule! Three times she gets locked in with a boss.
I was skimming by the time they were going on dates. It's like there was a word count to hit or the author didn't know how to wrap it up.
Overall there's deeper characterisation than this genre normally has, the men had distinct personalities and each brought a different dynamic. It just goes on too long and too fairytale neat.
This is first of the series I have read but definitely will be reading the rest....once I started I couldn't put it down.....it's has Lucy who interviews for three executives Dane, Nico and Cole (3 best friends) who run business that makes luxury pleasure toys ...they each get to her her thru events and slow start to fall in love with her.....these three rich men make Lucy feel that she is so special that she can stand up and fight for unconventional type of love and passion for art ......this is happily ever after
I absolutely enjoyed this book. I have read several by Roxy and have never been disappointed. Her writing takes you for a ride just with tension and spice alone. Lucy moves to NYC to stay with her aunt and apply for jobs and got a interview at Ember. After getting the job as all an assistant for Dane, Cole and Nico feelings start to slowly unravel. Because Lucy is living a unconventional lifestyle, her parents cast her to the side and refuses to let her siblings socialize with her. I love how no matter what her family puts her through, these men take care of her in all ways.
This story is filled with drama both steamy and emotional. Lucy lands a job and finds herself attracted to her bosses. The pull between them is intense and electrifying and her family background creates doubts for her as well. When they finally bond it is glorious, but when her family finds out about her relationships it creates its own problems that she and her three men has to work through.

This book is quite a bit different from the majority of RH stories. The FMC is hired for a job and things progress slowly. It’s funny, it’s sad and I loved it. More plot than steam as quite a bit is not fully described. Her parents are unbelievable and I most definitely didn’t like them. Loved the guys especially Cole. Well written with wonderful characters and a fresh type of storytelling. I will reading more by the author.
In this story Lucy interviews to be an executive assistant for Dane, Nico, and Cole. Dane hires her on the spot, and gives her a credit card to buy clothes to fit the part. Lucy does a great job for Dane and meets Cole and Nico once they come into the office from trips. She has an immediate connection with each of the men and they have one for her as well. This is an age gap, reverse harem and a great read!
Thank you Roxy Monroe for the advanced copy - the review is mine.
This book started off great and then somewhere in the middle it started to get slow and little boring. I personally didn't need the 3 separate dates. and then it picked up at the end,. The characters were all great and the conflict with her parents added something to the story.

I’ve read a few book by Roxy Monroe but this is the first one I’ve reviewed. I just gotta say this one really hit it out of the park for me. I loved how Lucy got to explore with each of the guys and truly get to know them. I felt this book has it all: loads of chemistry, genuine feelings, a FMC who fairly sheltered, and a why choose setup where they show Lucy a good time repeatedly!!
Ohhh my goodness! I loved the story and how it kept me reading the whole time. I stayed up all night to make sure I read to the end :)! The characters were caring, protective and believable. Thank you!!
***Spoiler (I think)*** I did enjoy the fact that there wasn’t a surprise pregnancy! Thank you!

very cute story! I loved that it didn’t have your typical 3rd act breakup! Each of the men had their own thing. Dane had an obsession with spending money on her and buying her things, Cole just wanted to see her happy, and Nico is just your fun loving guy with all the personality. They always stood up for Lucy and just loved her for who she was!
I didn't expect to like this as much as I did. I've read others that had a foursome And it was never As poignant or well done as this 1 was This is my 1st book by her and i will be reading more of them. Lol in
Oh my gosh! What a great read! So much love, so many dynamics. The personalities, the heartbreak, the healing, the searching. So good. There is a little drama between 1 of the mmc's and the fmc, but it's resolved and then settles around family and societies expectations. Wonderful!
Bossy Silver Foxes by Roxy Monroe is part of Bosses With Benefits. I loved this story & the characters. There are quite a few sensitive subjects handled beautifully in this book.,
Ok these books in this series just get better each one I read . There are real elements of emotion and spice that aren’t just fantasised smut. Such an easy read with these characters and I find myself wanting more and more from Roxy.
A pretty typical story for these tropes. The conservative family history was a slight variation from the usual condemning people that ww see in other books. Overall I enjoyed it.
