Finding the right balance in the midst of chaos is often tough. Truth is we all have similar fears. Often we hide ourselves in working more or sulking further into being a hermit mindset.
Fortunately it doesn’t always have to be this way. Making the choice to be happy isn’t something you do once. With a little consistency and lots of determination the journey becomes easier.
Explore is about mastering fear and using it to live life fully while also developing our skills to help others.
I know the author personally, so consider this a biased review.
To my knowledge, this is David's first book. I was not quite sure what to expect going into it, but really enjoyed the amount of wisdom and positive energy that it provides. Anytime you feel like the world is kicking you in the teeth, just crack this open to any page and start reading.
This is not an incredibly long read, I actually read it while sitting in the car waiting for my kid to get out of practice.
I am looking forward to seeing more books from David in the future.
You can tell David’s direction in his book was to encourage the reader to focus less on external stimuli (negativity, fame, fortune) and spend more time focusing on the good within you to make the world a better place.
It’s a great read for any creative tired of the rat race and wants to only focus on the good they can create in this world.
