Informative!

Good to know how the muscles work when it comes to exercise. Easy to understand, and a lot of helpful information. Bonus: workout plans. Awesome for beginners!

This is a good a good introduction to exercise physiology. If you have no idea about exercising and want some basic general info- this is it. Nothing to extreme that wouldn’t be comprehensible.
