What do you think?

After Ever After
For as long as she can remember, Princess Auriella has believed in Happily Ever After.
Until her husband dies in a tragic, pumpkin-related incident—and her perfect ending shatters.
Now bound by ancient magic and royal expectation, Auriella is forced to undertake the Maiden a sacred journey designed to lead her back to True Love.
But something is wrong.
Because love no longer feels like magic.
It feels like a trap.
As Auriella is pulled deeper into the unraveling world beyond her story, she begins to see the truth lurking beneath every fairy tale she was ever told. Princes are not always kind. Villains are not always cruel. And the path laid out for her may not lead to love at all—but to control.
Desperate for freedom, Auriella makes a choice that will fracture her story—and threaten the fate of Ever After itself.
Because the deeper she falls into this new world, the more she realises—
The greatest danger was never losing her Happily Ever After.
It was being forced into one.
In a kingdom built on perfect endings, rewriting your fate comes at a cost.
And this time…
Auriella refuses to be the kind of princess who follows the script.

An absolutely hilarious and poignant tale of love, loss, and everything in between. Auriella is a fantastic FMC with vibrant voice, ridiculously hilarious commentary, and just enough relatability that makes the entire read an immersive, good-time read.
This is perfect for gals that grew up loving Ella Enchanted and all the fairytales of yesteryear. F. Sharpe has given a pop of color to the fairy tale world and splashed glitter on the pages. Can't wait for the next one!

3.5⭐️ this book is a WHOLE vibe, and it can only be described as whimsical chaos. All the characters are unhinged in some way or another, and I didn’t think a house would compete with my love of Mort from ToG. A wonderful palate cleanse!

What a breath of fresh air!
When Princess Auriella's husband 💀 in a tragic pumpkin accident, she forced to complete the quest for maidenhood so that she can marry a new prince and restart her happily ever after.
This fairytale satire will not let you down. It had me laughing with every page. I am absolutely obsessed with it.
If you loved the movie Ella Enchanted growing up, you'll love After Ever After.
Closed door for my girls looking for a clean but still steamy read.

This is an insanely well written satire of every fairytale trope you could think of.

I finished this book and I already want to read it again. F Sharpe builds worlds with such vivid and intense detail that you want to spend a few languid moments dipping your toes in them and running your fingers through the ripples. A kaleidoscope of color and character is poured out of the pages like a fine, sweet Merlot or a crisp white Moscato. F. Sharpe’s use of descriptive imagery makes you want to just reach in and touch and taste everything , from the tropical rum to the pancakes with rivulets of melted butter. On top of the decadent world building, you get tossed around in a foray of plot twists that will leave you smoothing your tousled locks and heady with anticipation.

After Ever After was such a pleasant surprise. On the surface, it feels like a light, whimsical fairy-tale fantasy princesses, magic, and that Enchanted / Once Upon a Time kind of feeling, but there is so much more underneath it.
What I really loved was the way the story explores what happens when your life doesn’t turn out perfectly, even when you seem to have everything you’re supposed to want. The FMC starts to realize that being the princess doesn’t necessarily mean being happy, and that figuring out what you actually want can be much harder than simply following the path laid out for you.
It’s a story about expectations, identity, happiness, and learning that it’s okay if your version of “happily ever after” looks completely different from what you imagined.
I went in expecting something fun and fairy-tale-ish, and I ended up appreciating how much heart and emotional depth was tucked underneath the magic.

This book had everything: love, humor, whimsy, vibes! A deliciously good time and felt completely transported into this magical world!

From the first chapter I was laughing and quickly becoming emotionally invested in Auriella’s story. She has so much depth and growth by the end of the story that you are rooting for her to get her happily ever after. But it’s so hard to know what that would be with all the magic and enchantments that don’t play out as just a narrative aid, but are more like characters themselves creating their own narratives to keep you guessing. Such a wonderfully inventive story, and I can’t wait for the sequel!

This is the cutest, most whimsical book I've read in a long time. I giggled so many times because it was so magical and creative. If you love fairytales then you need to read this book!

I absolutely adored After Ever After! ✨
I’ll be honest, when I first started it, I didn’t think it would be my type of book. But wow, was I wrong! There’s truly nothing else like it, and I mean that as the highest compliment! 🥰
The twists on classic fairytales, the sarcasm, the little jokes, it was all I needed. I lost count of how many times I laughed out loud!
Side note: I am obsessed with Auriella’s House. I want it to be my best friend, pick out my outfits, and manage every life decision for me 😂
And now I’m (impatiently) waiting for book 2! Just kidding @fsharpewrites take your time, I know it’ll be worth it 🩵✨
If this isn’t on your TBR yet, fix that immediately. Trust me on this one!📚🎃🔥✨😘👠🧚🏼

What a totally different read from this author’s first book. A fantastic, in all that words meaning, delve into the magical world of ever after.´ I couldn’t put it down and people were wondering what I was laughing at on my commute to and from work. I wish I had the paper back copy instead of the kindle version, so my fellow travellers could see the book. Funny and a little raunchy but with some poignant thoughts towards life and how we view perfection and all that we might wish for. Loved it and looking forward to the sequel - Auriella promised…

A delightfully chaotic read
If chaos can ever be described as delightful, this is it to a T, this book kept me guessing, laughing, and thoroughly entertained. Every. Single. Chapter. The amount of sleep I lost due to not wanting to put this book down! As far as fairy tales goes, this is one I want to be apart of.

“Call me when you need me.”
“Need you how?”
“However you decide.”
Cumulus. That’s it. That’s the review. That Tempest Lord was my ride-or-die throughout this entire book. His banter with Auriella was easily one of my favorite parts. Their dynamic is playful, chaotic, flirty, and just the right amount of ridiculous, and every time he stormed in, I knew I was going to have fun. I loved how fiercely devoted he was to her while still letting her be completely herself.
And then there’s Wyatt, who is technically the MMC, and I still don’t know how I feel about that. He kept me guessing the entire time, and I genuinely could not decide whether I wanted to trust him, yell at him, or just buckle up and enjoy the ride.
What I really loved about this story was the way it plays with the expectations of a fairy tale. You have your princess, prince, king, knight, villain, curses, True Love’s Kiss, and all the familiar pieces, but @fsharpewrites takes those pieces and gleefully rearranges them. It asks who gets to be the hero, who gets labeled the villain, and whether those roles are ever as simple as a fairy tale makes them seem.
There’s also so much heart beneath all the whimsy. This story touches on love, forgiveness, memory, identity, and choosing your own happily-ever-after without losing the humor that makes it such a fun read. I laughed, questioned everyone’s motives, and definitely had a few moments of, what the actual hell is happening?!
I loved getting to read this from my friend @fsharpewrites, and I am officially demanding more Cumulus in my life.
“A princess might require a prince. But a woman will always require a villain.”
And THAT is how you end a fairy tale.

‘After Ever After’ is a fairytale satire with heart at its core.
The story is full of love, loss, chaos, and whimsy—everything one could want in a fairytale—where quite literally EVERY aspect of the world is magical (architecture and attire included).
Noteworthy characters include:
* a sassy FMC you will want to be best friends with
* a cast of delicious men with flexible morals—SWOON
* and a very emotionally confused sentient house
The worldbuilding never forgets a single sense and is written in enchanting prose that is unlike anything I have personally read before.
While you will never be left wanting for a clever line that will leave you chuckling, the soul of the story will pull tight on your heartstrings as it navigates the raw pain of grief and belonging.
With plot twists sprinkled throughout like a diabolical trail of candy, I kept turning the pages til WAY past my bedtime and full on pouting when they ran out because I didn’t want the adventure to end.
I am officially a fan of ‘The Epilogue Chronicles’ and will be waiting for the next release like a princess waits for true love's kiss—patiently. (...for now 😈)

Talk about a SMART book. The satire on all the fairytale tropes had me hooked. The creativity was unbounded. I was also laughing quite a bit. This gave me very BARBIE vibes. My dilemma? I wanted more. So much more, like character development. By the end, I was just a little confused on the FMC's character growth as well as how characters flip flop between their loves and devotions. I think the ability to love one then move on to the next in a heartbeat is part of the fairytale tropes, but it just felt a little inconsistent with the way some of the characters developed (or in my opinion, had character breaks) throughout the story. All that said, I cannot wait for book 2!! I am not convinced by the FMC's interests in a particular villain, and I want to see what she has up her sleeve...

Laugh-out-loud funny and beyond creative. This is your next favorite read; it was certainly mine. The characters are thorough and well-developed (with so much growth!!), the puns are phenomenal, and the men?! SWOON. The world is whimsical and lovely, and just when you think you have it all figured out, you suddenly just... don't. In the best way.
After Ever After will have you giggling, crying, wishing you could taste a Storm (you'll get that later), and questioning everything.
As a mom of two, I don't have time to read. For this, I made the time. And I promise you, it was worth every second.

So enchanting!
So much imagination and creativity went into this. I felt like I was inside of an Ella enchanted movie and loved every second of it. The play on maidens, stepmothers, knights and princes was so cute and cheeky. There were several times where I was laughing out loud!
I also loved the love interests and found myself yearning for ALL of them. F Sharpe is truly a talented writer and I can't wait to see what she comes up with next.

This was a fun, laugh out loud, wild ride of a book!
A fairytale satire with nods to all those age-old favourites sprinkled throughout. A sentient house, cute but sassy sidekicks, a wicked stepmother trying to reform…all bundled up in short sharp chapters that you just want to keep reading.
I absolutely loved this book and will definitely be reading the rest of the Epilogue Chronicles when they release.

This book is so refreshing!! Laugh out loud funny, full of the best puns, whimsical, and just so so creative. I loved every second of it!
You think you know what’s going to happen but then NOPE! It goes a completely different direction in the best way!!
It’ll leave you wanting to know what a storm tastes like.
I’m dying for the next book after that ending!

This is hands down the book of the year. I cannot wait for the sequel. It is so different and so much fun. I absolutely balled my eyes out in one section. This author is incredibly talented, it is rare to read something that is so original. I cannot wait for the sequel and whatever she does next!

This was a fantastically fun read. I flew through the whole thing in one sitting.
I loved the chaos, the mixture of fairy tale themes, all the various tropes and reluctance to be a trope throughout. Seriously, such a great read.
Can’t wait for the next one!

A magical must read. Loved the world building and writing style. If you loved once upon a broken heart, then this one is for you. This book is about what happens after happily everafter and portrays precisely how grief can affect the magic of life.
Loved it.
Loved it.
