The little vignettes at the end of each volume is just the icing on the the cake for this series. Saying so much with so little.

Hans der Uhrenmacher
Im vierten Band muss ich gestehen, bin ich ein bisschen verwirrt. Die Geschichte geht weiter und Saya noch immer auf Ihrer Mission. Ich habe dabei das Ziel verloren und kann mir die Geschehnisse nicht mehr zusammenreimen wohin das führt. Der Artstyle brachte mich durch den Manga, welcher nach wie vor unschlagbar ist.
Im vierten Band muss ich gestehen, bin ich ein bisschen verwirrt. Die Geschichte geht weiter und Saya noch immer auf Ihrer Mission. Ich liebe diese Reihe einfach sehr! 🥹 Auch wenn der Manga eher ruhig ist und es nur wenige Actionszenen gibt, mag ich das episodische Storytelling total. Jeder Band widmet sich neuen Schicksalen und dieses Mal erfahren wir mehr über einen Uhrmacher. ⏱️
Der Artstyle ist dabei immer noch absolut wunderschön. 🤩
Die Geschichte in diesem Band hat mir zwar gefallen, aber leider konnte sie mich nicht ganz so fesseln wie die ersten drei Bände. Vor allem Band 3 war SO unglaublich traurig, dass sogar ich ein paar Tränen vergossen habe. 😭
Ich mochte diesen Band trotzdem und freue mich schon sehr auf den nächsten Band! Ich hoffe nur, dass die eigentliche Story dort langsam ein bisschen mehr Fahrt aufnimmt. Ein paar mehr Infos wären jetzt definitiv schön. 👀 Vor allem was es mit den neuen Entdeckungen auf sich hat.

Aber mal sehen, was der nächste Band bringt! Ich bin auf jeden Fall gespannt. 🖤

I absolutely love this series! 🥹 Even though the manga is pretty slow-paced and there aren’t many action scenes, I really enjoy the episodic storytelling. Each volume focuses on a different person’s story, and this time we get to learn more about a watchmaker. ⏱️
The art style is still absolutely gorgeous. 🤩
I did enjoy the story in this volume, but unfortunately, it didn’t pull me in quite as much as the first three volumes. Especially volume 3 was SO incredibly sad that even I shed a few tears. 😭
I still really enjoyed this volume though, and I’m already looking forward to the next one! I just hope the main story starts picking up the pace a little. I definitely wouldn’t mind getting a few more answers now. 👀 Especially when it comes to all these new discoveries.
Like… what’s going on? Why? How? What does it all mean? 😅
But we’ll see what the next volume brings! I’m definitely curious. 🖤

The art work is amazing
The stories are poignant and interesting. Mostly it has stories about androids and robots that have outlived their purpose and two human children. These stories are punctuated by dangerous alien battles.

C’est toujours un plaisir de revenir dans l’univers de Mission in the apocalypse. A chaque je me laisse porter par nos trois protagoniste. Ici nous avons des révélations, et des questions qui persistent pour certaines et pour d’autres qui arrivent. Nous sommes concentré sur eux et plus sur ce qui les entoures. Dans ce tome j’ai quitté la contemplation pour laisser place à une nostalgie, l’histoire prend une tournure vertigineuse aussi, on sent que le worldbulding n’est pas prêt à nous laisser un peu de répits. Quand au graphisme, je sais je me répète, mais ils sont sublimes, nous laisses des lignes de dialogue sans son. C’est incroyable.

Très bonne lecture, j'avais très hâte de lire ce tome. J'aime beaucoup l'histoire, le développement des personnages (j'ai plusieurs fois versé une petite larme j'avoue), mais surtout l'ambiance de ce manga et les environnements - si détaillés et vertigineux.

Another great volume! The story of the watchmaker was so damn good!
Then we finally make a bit of progress in the mystery of Saya herself. The next volume I think will unlock a lot of information I am betting.

—pensaban lo mismo sobre los otros androides, pero... Al hablar con ellos no se siente tan diferente a hablar con humanos. Si los androides tienen las mismas emociones y sentimientos que los humanos, entonces me pregunto si realmente existe una diferencia entre ellos y nosotros"
Una y otra vez está novela me muestra las cosas bellas que los humanos podemos dejar atrás. La forma en que desaparecieron no fue por una crisis climática, alguna explosión como una ojiva nuclear, o algo así catastrófico a lo que estamos acostumbrados que el se humano tiene la capacidad.
Fue culpa de algo externo, y así... Podemos decir que el legado de la humanidad se acabó siendo algo bello y entrañable: todos los androides con los que se encuentran Saya, Isami y Usa tienen sentimientos muy encomiables hacia sus usuarios humanos.
Las personas crearon algo hermoso y así, dejaron algo imborrable atrás: "seres" que los recuerdan con cariño y amor.
Que mal que tantos bunkers y otros refugios estuvieran vacíos sin nada que proteger. Que androides serviles no tengan a quien cuidar...
Pero bueno, seguimos buscando el misterio tras la aparición de los aliens y si ya lo que quedaba de la humanidad se extinguió y solo se transformó en esta nueva forma de vida adaptada de Isami y Usa
"existir para enriquecer la vida de las personas, para estar a su lado y ayudarlos a encontrar la felicidad" esa es la base de mi existencia como Androide después de todo.
