I think the odd titles, like cinnamon cake which is actually cinnamon rolls, is an attempt to make it look like the recipe is for something different when many of the recipes are found elsewhere. No info on care of cast iron so not a good book for a beginner and not enough different recipes for an experienced cook. Worth a look for free but don't pay for this one.

One of my favorite cooking tools is my cast iron skillet and this collection gives me lots to try. The bread recipe is one I am putting at the top of my try list.
So I've read quite a few Cast Iron Skillet recipe/cookbooks, and a lot of the ones for skillets don't tell you what size skillet that one should use for the recipes. Though what I've discovered is that 8 or 9 inches seem to be standard. Other then that good food.
