Heidi can be found at the keyboard at all hours of the day and night and quite often scribbling longhand in her car during her lunch break. She lives in stunning south Norfolk with her wonderful son and daughter and a mischievous cat called Storm.

Review of advance copy
When I went to write this review, a message popped up to say that it wasn't published yet! My brother bought me a copy of this for my birthday in May (in the UK).
It took a little while for this book to get going and some of the outcomes I was able to guess, but it was a lovely read with likeable characters. Set in eastern England, it centres of characters Tilly, Constance and James, and the fate of Willowell Woods. Constance wants to sell the woods, James wants her to keep them as he has special memories that feature the woods and Tilly has come into some money and wishes to buy the woods. With Tilly and James falling for each other, things get complicated!

Completely predictable and an all round slushy read. These books are great after you’ve been reading some heavy, gritty stuff.

Another wonderful book from Heidi. A new setting to enjoy too! I am hoping we revisit it soon.

This is a gorgeous and heart-warming romance/women's fiction book, which I really loved reading.
The story is about Tilly who goes to Willowell, where she spent time as a child, in order to sprinkle her Dad's ashes. While there she has an idea to buy the Willowell woods from Constance, an older lady. She also meets a lovely man called James. I loved the relationship between them all.
The setting of this book was wonderful and I really enjoyed the characters and the story. I highly recommend this book as it is such a lovely, easy to read book which brings happiness, peace, joy and summertime vibes. I have loved all of Heidi's books that I have read and I also highly recommend them too!

Tilly heads to a place she remembers of her childhood, Willowell, Suffolk to scatter her dads ashes, she spends an extended period of time as she decides how she wants the next stage of her life to go.
Moving from a holiday let, to a more permanent place at Fernside, by the river, Tilly realises this is where she used to dream about living as a child. The owner Constance, is in the latter stages of her life and owns the wonderful woods surrounding the house. But it is time to sell them, and Tilly suddenly has a dream to keep her in the place she has started to fall in love with as a child.
Of course nothing is as it should be and a developer also has his eyes on the wood and James, Constance's nephew who does not want anyone else owning or doing anything to the woods. As the spark between James and Tilly is clear, it seems there will be more fireworks until everything can be resolved.
A summer novel, which is a breath of fresh air, where you can ground yourself with nature and a wonderful story.
Uplifting and Heart warming is what you always get with a Heidi Swain novel, this one is no different and well worth a read.
