A little too short
Most of her books starts when the couple had already met and even had sex for the first time, sometimes I don’t care about that because the books is romantic enough but in other cases I just need something else, like more time chasing and longing

Whew! Dom knew who he wanted and he was laser focused on making Cory his. It was hilarious him claiming it was for the company when it was so obvious he was obsessed with her. Love how strong Cory was despite all that was on her plate and how Dom helped her without question. Loved this couple!

Dominic (Dom) is a businessman with both a dilemma and an obsession. The dilemma is his board of directors won’t back his newest deal. They think he is too impulsive, taking unnecessary risks with the company’s finances for the thrill of it. He needs to present a more stable and settled image to get the board’s approval. Dom decides his newest obsession, a stunning and elusive woman who caught his eye at an exclusive night club, could help him solve his dilemma. He is thinking a marriage of convenience would work to send the right message to the board, but it isn’t long before he is thinking of claiming Cory (Corrine) for a lifetime. Her dire financial straits are the leverage he needs to get her to agree to his plan, but he intends to show her just how good they can be together so that she will sign on to a lifetime with him.

Dom is an arrogant and rather ruthless businessman, who is used to getting what he wants in both his professional and personal lives. He wants this multi billion dollar deal to go through and he wants Cory more than he has ever wanted any other woman. After investigating her thoroughly, he discovers her truly selfless and giving nature. She is beautiful inside and out, and he wants to be the man to ease her burdens and support her. Hang on get comfortable you won’t put it down until the last page has been turned. Dom a sexy as all get out businessman in a pickle of a situation with his board of directors, he needs their backing for a new deal but they refuse to give it thinking his deal is impulsive, unnecessary, risky are the words they are throwing at him and he knows he needs to present a stable image for the board’s approval. Dom meets the most beautiful women while out at the night club thinking she could help solve his work dilemma maybe a marriage of convenience to send the right message to the board, but things quickly change. Cory is a nurse in debt but that has never stopped her from giving to those who have even less than her, she gives herself willingness to others, and yet she keeps everything all bottled up away from everyone. The moment she meets Dom the magnetic pull is instant from the moment they met and the arrangement between them started out just as that an arrangement but what happens when an agreement turns into something so much more so quickly, when he wants to be the man she comes home to, the man she tells everything to, the man who offers her relief to all her debts, and can they find some form of happiness along the way especially the way it begin?

His board of directors often views him as impulsive and wishes he would demonstrate more stability before they support his new project.

The moment Dom sees Cory for the first time, he falls hard and fast. He knows she is meant to be his, but he also realizes that winning her over won't be easy. Cory is truly sweet, hardworking, and independent. She is used to doing everything by herself and doesn’t easily let her guard down or ask for help.

To win her over, Dom plans to propose a marriage of convenience, making it a mutually beneficial deal, but he has intentions of making it a lasting commitment. He is determined never to let her go. No matter how much Cory tries to deny her feelings for Dom, he continues to show her every day that she can rely on him, strengthening their bond.

Dom and Cory make a wonderful couple, setting the stage for this great new series, perfect for a cozy afternoon read. You can easily finish it in one sitting!

This was a cute and sweet romance about Dom, who falls for Cory at first sight and immediately starts looking for a way to make her part of his life.

At first, Dom lets Cory believe that their arrangement is purely transactional—he needs a wife, and she needs the financial security he can provide. On the surface, it seems like a practical agreement that benefits them both.

What Cory doesn't realize, however, is that Dom's intentions go far beyond convenience. From the moment he met her, he knew he wanted a future with her. While everyone else sees a business arrangement, Dom is quietly plotting a forever kind of love story.

I especially enjoyed the contrast between how rational the arrangement appears and how completely gone Dom is for Cory. Beneath his calm exterior is a man who is just a little bit unhinged when it comes to the woman he loves, and that made him both entertaining and endearing to read about.

Overall, this was a warm, charming romance with plenty of sweet moments and a hero whose determination to keep the heroine in his life made the story all the more enjoyable.

Great series starter, I'm excited to see what's to come because I already know it's going to be amazing.

Love a man that knows what he wants and goes for it! Dom and Cory had amazing chemistry, but both were stuck in situations that they needed help with. The chemistry was already there, so the contract just made sense in their eyes. I wasn't too sure about the timing of it though, it seemed like they were starting something real then slowed in right now and almost made it cheap with the contract. I think if they had started with the contract and then grew to love each other it might have flowed better? But I really liked these two together, and I loved how obsessed Dom was with her. And the mirror scene was perfection, but dare I say I kind of wished for more? There were a lot of editing errors that pulled me out of the story a bit, but again the chemistry was so good that it drew me right back in. No cheating or OM/OW drama, dual POV, HEA and an epilogue in the future. I can't wait to read Romy and Vik's story next, I feel like it's going to be an emotional one.

You already know Tory Baker is a great go-to when you’re craving a quick, spicy romance, and Tell Me You’re Mine did not disappoint! 😍

There is just something about a marriage of convenience that gets me every time. Watching a relationship that starts as an arrangement turn into genuine love is one of my favorite romance tropes. 💕

Our billionaire hero? Whew… possessive, protective, and completely gone for his wife from the start. 🥵 Those “you’re mine” vibes were absolutely delivering, and I was here for every single one of them.

I also loved how fast-paced this story was. No unnecessary drama—just chemistry, steam, sweet moments, and an alpha hero who knows exactly what he wants. Sometimes that’s exactly the kind of romance I’m in the mood for!

If you’re looking for a fun, steamy novella with a swoony billionaire, a marriage of convenience, and all the protective, possessive hero vibes, definitely pick this one up!

Tell Me You're Mine is book 1 in the Seattle's Most Eligible Series. We met Dom in Rafe's book so I had an inkling of what his book would be about. Dom needs to look more stable to his board, so a marriage of convenience is what he is after. What he doesn't anticipate is to be knocked on his butt by Cory.

Dom lets Cory believe that their arrangement is purely transactional. However, Dom's devotion already goes waaay past that. The eternal bachelor wants a real future with her. I loved that Dom was this beast in the boardroom, but was also soft for Cory. He saw how hard she worked and the tiredness in her eyes. His only goal was to take care of her the way she has been taking care of everyone else.

I loved the scene in the closet!!! This was a great start to the series and I am dying to see where the next book takes us.

Dom is a successful businessman who has turned the fortunes of his father’s business around but even that isn’t enough to convince the board to agree to a business deal he wants to close. They need assurances that his decisions are responsible, and he believes the best way to show them is a marriage of convenience.

From the moment that Cory saw Dom the sparks fly however she is dealing with a lot from her career as a nurse, her family responsibilities and her student loans. When she agreed to marry Dom it seemed like the answer to both their problems however she is about to find out that Dom has plans to make it very real.

The chemistry between them is intense and their relationship moves at warp speed as once Dom gives in to his feelings for her he is determined to have her in his life permanently.

Dom and Cory started out under contract but turned into so much more by the end of the fast paced novella. Dom is a billionaire and is looking for someone to be in a marriage of convenience with him because his board of trustees need to see him settled down. One chance sight at a club two weeks prior to the suggestion of getting a wife he knew who he wanted immediately. Cory has the weight of the world on her shoulders with all the things she tries to take care of herself. She keeps everything bottled up away from friends and family. Getting into a signed arrangement with Dom wasn’t what she was looking for but everything she needed. She just had to put her pride and her heart on the line in the end. Absolute love story.

A beautifully written, unputdownable slow-burn!

Tell Me You’re Mine is an incredible start to the Seattle’s Most Eligible series! 

The book is exceptionally well-written, with immersive pacing that makes it the perfect, cozy afternoon read—I easily flew through it in one sitting. Dom is a ruthless, confident businessman in the boardroom, but the moment he meets Cory, he falls hard and fast. He completely melts for her. I loved the dynamic of a powerful billionaire who is secretly soft only for his woman. Cory is such a refreshing heroine—sweet, independent, and hardworking, though heavily guarded.What starts as a transactional marriage of convenience quickly evolves into a beautiful, timeless love story full of intense fire and chemistry. Dom’s determination to take care of Cory and prove she can rely on him creates a wonderful emotional tension. Their bond feels incredibly real and true. 

I am looking forward to the rest of this series!.

This is book one in the author’s Seattle’s Most Eligible series and features Dom, a hot billionaire venture capitalist and part owner, with his best friends, of a finanial company. In need of a wife to satisfy their board of directors, he proposes a marriage of convenience to the struggling friend of his best friend’s wife.

There were some places where I thought it might be missing a few key pieces and would have liked to have a more complete picture but I did enjoy it nonetheless. The spice was spicin’ as with all of Ms. Baker’s writings as was the dirty talkin’ MMC and the out of this world romance. 4.25 stars

This is book number 1 of the Seattle's Most Eligible series and focuses on Dom and Cory. Dom is a successful venture capitalist who has spent years painstakingly rebuilding Sterling Capital. When the board of the company starts to cause some problems, he is given the idea to get married to seem more settled and established. The only person he can imagine getting married to is Cory. Cory is struggling to make ends meet while also paying an outrageous amount to ensure her mom has the best medical care. What starts off as a simple marriage of convenience quickly turns into something much deeper. This was a a great story and a great addition to the series.

He's a billionaire venture capitalist and part owner of Sterling Capital, and she is a nurse trying to pay off debt and care for her mother. When the board starts causing problems for Dom, he realizes he needs a wife, and he knows the perfect woman for the fake wife job, Corinne. This is a well written, marriage of convenience, romance with a great story, well developed characters, and a great ending. Tell Me You're Mine is book one and a great start to the Seattle's Most Eligible series. I look forward to reading the rest of the books. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

Dom & Cory

The only difference between Tory Baker’s billionaires and her blue collar men is money. They are all good, strong, caring and dominant men. And when they see the woman they want, they go after her and sweep her right off her feet no matter what. I just loved Dom and Cory’s story. This trope usually has a lot of drama, but Dom and Cory were so perfect for each other and so good together that everything really progressed so naturally. And their chemistry was just off the charts. No matter the way it started, it definitely turned out the way it’s supposed to! 💜🔥

The characters were very appealing and complex and complicated and absolutely perfect together. Plot was intriguing and intense and well paced. World building was excellent and expertly drawn. Thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend.

What an absolutely on fire start to a new series for Tory Baker! Tell Me Your Mine is wicked hot and Dom makes it all very, very sexy with all that alpha male I know what I want and I always get it energy he’s got going on. I love that he’s honest, I love that he took the time to not only research what would make the deal the best for Cory but also took the time to quiz her bestie and find out all her favorite things, and really I’m all over the fact that the agreement was marriage of convenience but from the second Cory walked through his penthouse door it was already more. A great quick read that has me antsy for the next Seattle’s Most Eligible book.

Dom has taken his father’s failed business and made it an incredible success. Despite that, his investors feel like he needs to “settle down”. Enter Cory - they know each other through mutual friends and he is attracted to her. Once he does some research on her, he knows he has an in to proposing a marriage of convenience business deal. But will the joke be on him when what begins as fake becomes real?

This is the first in a new series - looking forward to the next one! I have read many books by this author and she writes terrific romances.

Dom needs a wife but realistically it's just an excuse to pursue Cory. One look at her in that little black dress and he wants her. Now he just has to work out how to achieve that.

The chemistry between these two is smoking hot and Dom's behavior towards Cory is domineering and sweet.

I thoroughly enjoyed this short, steamy story where the characters had charm and depth. Looking forward to reading the next in the series.

A cute yet spicy insta-love romance featuring a marriage of convenience between a billionaire in need of a wife and an overworked nurse who needs the cash to care for her mum.

This was a quick and fun read, though for anyone that regularly reads these tropes, definitely nothing surprising or unique about it. I enjoyed the lack of miscommunication that often comes with these stories, with the MCs talking about their feelings and throwing out the contract without any drama, and I really liked that Cory retained her job, friends, independence etc rather than being a billionaire's wife becoming her entire personality. Dom was a lot possessive and a little sweet, and knew what he wanted from the getgo.

This series is gonna be epic !!! These alpha men are amazing. Dom and Corinne’s story took it to the next level. What started out as a marriage of convenience turned into an amazing relationship.

Dom knew what he wanted immediately and that was Cory. When he wants something he does whatever it takes to get it. I loved him immediately!! Even though Corinne felt the same amazing attraction, she didn’t expect such a crazy and awesome love story.

Dom has been attracted to Cory who is in their friend group but when he needs to stabilize his reputation with his board of directors she is the one he thinks of to have a fake marriage. He wants to be with her and this gives him an opportunity. They start the fake relationship that quickly become real. Before they even get to marriage they realize they want this to be real. Cory is a strong woman and a good match for Dom.

The attraction between these two was evident right from the start, when an opportunity presented itself Dom took it and went after what he wanted and who he wanted. Their chemistry was strong and very soon things changed for them, I liked the respect they showed, the trust that was between them and the way they were together. I am looking forward to seeing more of them in this series and seeing what happens next.
