Rate this book
My new alien friend has claimed me for his own. Which is good, because he's feeding me and making sure I don't turn into a human-shaped popsicle...

...and bad, because I need to rescue my friends and he seems happy to carry me off to his love nest. So now I have to pick: survival or rescue? Problem is, this big, sexy, and possessive alien male has ideas of his own...

Ruby Dixon is an author of Science Fiction Romance. She likes fated mates, baby-filled epilogues, and cinnamon roll heroes. She also likes to write biographies of herself in the third person, because it feels more important that way.

Ruby also loves coffee and dirty books and will probably be a cat lady at some point. :)

This is a Review of The Complete Book:

Actual Rating 3.5

I had fun reading this. It was silly but thoroughly enjoyable.
It's very short so I swallowed it up in one go.

I'll keep reading this series, sometimes we need silly in or lives.

I laughed a lot more than with the previous one!
I'm not the only one that thinks this is a different version of Avatar
And Liz?------> You're already in my BFF bookcharacter list for a really looooong time!

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Here’s the same thing but a bit more of action if you mind, and I’m talking about real ACTION, not the gasping action, just clarifying, XD

Here’s LIZ
description

My book BFF so far.
The second in command in a manner of speaking in the group of human girls.
But Georgie’s off trying to convince the aliens to keep their scary faces away from us, so I guess I’m …Robin to her Batman? Something.

A girl that has no shame to let her thoughts to be heard by anyone who deems deserve to listen, hehe so, practically? She has no filter or sweet sugar words to speak the truth!
Antarctica on steroids.
Na’vi right now on Frosty Planet Avatar.

Exactly my thoughts plus all Sigourney Weaver Alien movie as well. XD
And it happens that she also shares the same idea with me, ‘cause she was one of the few that didn’t want to get an organism to live inside of her in order to survive in a frozen planet! But that choice, apparently was never hers

RAAHOSH
description

One of the best hunters of the village and one of the guys go all happy with human open season, whose organism recognizes in Liz his future mate…so when he realizes that she, as any other girl is no happy to silently accept whatever anyone sees fit to her, been in this case, that she will be HIS mate.. . he happens to be more… practical.
I’ll take her and hide her away, and I won’t return with her until she is full of my child and we are truly mated.

So, we go like this:

KIDNAPPED? check
“Nice alien. Good alien. Come free the nice human.”

Yeah, Liz! Talking to him like you’d do to a dog while he quietly understands English…is gonna serve you well to get free

KNOWING EACH OTHER?
My mate’s too quiet.
Liz, who talks endlessly even though she know I can’t understand her, Liz, who would talk to a stone if it had ears, Liz, who even talks in her sleep-is silent.

How come is suspicious to everyone when we, the talkative type of people go silent, mind you… we might be bored hehe .XD

FALLING INTO TEMPTATION?
After have been throwing every kind of possible mix signals in the world to poor Raahosh.
Really, poor guy, I believe he can no longer difference a yes from a no XD
“Is that all you want me to use?”
“God, no.” I reach down and cup his cock …”I want you to use this most of all.”

Yeah! After a period of denial for her, and courting for him they are all like
description

And don’t forget that these guys are all hype happy with human girl, ’cause of course something happened to their females and know there’s only 4 of them and all mated. they all eager to know how to court humans, and here’s Liz’s flirtation 101
< “What if a man wishes to court a human woman?”
…”Then you give her gifts.”
“What kind of gifts? Something I make with my hands?
…”Human men give the woman they want to mate a very special gift.”
“Oh?” He sits up taller.
I nod authoritatively. “A replica of his penis made out of leather or wood, or bone. So she can try him out and see if she likes what he brings to the table.”
You’re welcome, Kira.

Note to self:
Marking this as read for my readers challenge. I just did a re-read of Barbarians Mate, I already read it this year so it took it off my book count for this year when I re-read it.

So, I read The Alien's Mail-Order Bride by this author, and whereas I didn't much care for alien porn (it was my first experience), I was definitely curious about that spur. So, I decided to give the series that the novella was connected to, Ice Planet Barbarians a shot.

I still can't get my head around the alien part. I can't imagine them. I can't find them sexy because I can't see them. And when I picture something, it isn't attractive. Her writing is pretty good, and her world building is tolerable. The translation part needed some more plotting out, but the rest of the world was somewhat built. I could see the planet, just not the alien.

I said it before, I'll say it again. The fact that those spurs don't exist is also proof that intelligent design is bullshit.

Too much plot, not enough smut. Alien porn not my thing.

A SciFi Alien Serial Romance by Ruby Dixon is good. Not sure what to say but Sci Fi, blue alien erotica. Apparently, it is a thing and apparently, I like it. I am not sure how I stumbled upon Ruby and her books, but I love it and am rereading thewhole series and het other series.

Humans being abducted by aliens and badly mistreated only to find themselves crashed on an alien planet with other aliens. It makes for an interesting read where there are mates, language barriers, horned horney blue aliens and a severe lack of women. It is fun and witty and at times heartbreaking, but it is certainly something different and I now find myself strangely addicted.

Absolutely loved this storyline, all I wish is that more was spoken about Raahosh and how the scars and broken horn came to be, but maybe that becomes known later down the track in another book?? Can’t wait to continue with these books

As I did for the first part, I'm just gonna say that this is so camp but also could've used another pass at editing.

MY ALIEN BARBARIAN !!!

G! I love it! Captive is the second installment in the amazing new serial, Ice Planet Barbarians by Ruby Dixon and it totally rocked my world! This is my first time reading anything written by Dixon and it won't be my last. I am definitely a fan! If you love science fiction, alien adventure and scorching hot romance, then you will love, love, love this series. The story is exciting, original, compelling, thrilling, enticing, suspenseful, romantic, seductive, arousing and sensual. The dialogue is smart, sassy, well written and flows effortlessly. The characters are imaginative, captivating, engaging, sexy and at times, laugh out loud funny. When you put all this together, you get one heck of a great read! Sexy alien-check! Beautiful sassy earth woman-check! Evil malevolent aliens-check! Danger, abduction, suspense, drama, romance, alien sex, humor and a little snark-you betcha! Oh my! Buckle up! It looks like we're in for one hell of a bumpy ride! Oh my! I can hardly wait for Part Three. Fabulous entertainment and an awesome read!

Vektal is really kinda sweet and protective of Georgie. He tries to care for her. Feed her and keep her warm. He wants to mate with her so bad but he's kinda holding off for her. She knows he likes her a lot and she finds it kinda endearing. She cracks me up though. Its hard for them to communicate because of the language barrier. Its frustrating because she is trying to get him to take her back to the others to rescue them but its not coming across so well. I'm liking his character a lot. Georgie too and she's taking things pretty well considering. He does rescue her from Wookie like creatures and when he gets her back to the cave he is kinda angry and she cries and he comforts her and holds her. Sweet!

Georgie’s story continues as she explores the alien planet with her protector Vektal. I love that Ms. Dixon gives us his point of view. The insight into his culture, and life on a planet intrigued me. His exterior might be drastically different from our human antimony but his emotions were the same. As he and Georgie struggle to communicate, she does everything possible to get him back to her friends back at the crash site waiting to be rescued.
I’m loving this galactic romance full of sexual tension, new worlds, and customs.

So fun!! I'm loving this story of Georgie and Vektal; everything from the weird appearance of one to the other, to their language barriers. There's not one thing I dislike, except that maybe each segment can't be longer :P

Great Book

The short story is just getting more interesting as it goes on. I love the way they communicate with each other. It is funny and anxious to see if she can get him to help her recuse her friends? I am so looking forward to reading part three of the series.
