A suspense-filled and intriguing romance book where Lilly is hiding for her life and ends up caring for a man, Rodrigo, who shows up at her doorstep. Little does she know that he is hiding for his life as well. Rodrigo arrives at her door, injured and refuses to talk. The relationship that develops is one of trust and understanding, only after Lily blows up at him.
Will the danger that follows them be because of Lily's past or Rodrigo's? Can he save her and himself at the same time? They each open up about why they are on the run and the danger that could be following them. Here is where feelings develop and things get hot and steamy. It was as if the world wanted Rodrigo to find Lily and be her protector.

What a great book! Suspense and romance at its best.
Seeing seclusion in a cabin in the woods, Lily gets a badly beaten man on her doorstep. But doesn't know if the danger is Rodrigo himself or its after him.
So well done. Amazing writing in an easy read way, and the slow build in the book makes it really enjoyable and involving.
Danger, drama, suspense and intense moments. Slow build and a pretty great read.
