Main character, Dillon, is an MIT genius whose research focuses on dark matter and time travel. He has found a way to send a message to himself, in the past, that proves that his theory is correct. His colleagues are concerned about the creation of an endless loop of events, a paradox cycle, that could bring out the destruction of the universe.
This short story is a heck of a lot of fun to read, and is interesting from start to finish. As the story progresses, the reader begins to make discoveries about the course of the events in the book that changes your perspective on things. This was a pleasant surprise. The writing itself is simple and plain, allowing the story to be the true focus. The characters are all likeable and well fleshed out.
I was looking forward to this story and it absolutely love up to expectations. I will be reading David Kersten's novel, The Freezer, very soon.
