Don't know the background of this author, whether or not he has any advanced degrees, but he's totally wrong on a lot of the human body chapter. Other 'facts' he claims aren't true are actually true, but he doesn't bother to do any research, just regurgitates stuff he's found on Faux News or some other such 'trustworthy' outlets.

Don't bother.

Was a repeat of all other books in series

It did not mention on the store page this was all his other books. I guess it was not a total waste of time since I got to go over facts i forgot.
