The Lost Chambers box set

I found the books to be the type of adventure action stories that I am fond of. The search for lost treasure, the evil billionaire and friends that stand by you.
To travel the world and decipher the ancient writing to find the chambers keeps the reader staying up late and planted at their favorite reading spot.

Loved it

My favorite yet from the author. I Loved the way he developed the story and the characters. I also like the way he used history to work with his story. I don't want to say more about that because I don't want to spoil the read for anyone.

THE SECRET OF THE STONES
Four thousand year old secrets, hidden in Georgia. A concealed chamber of gold. The history behind this was well woven into the story. Which led to Tommy who had been searching for clues to be kidnapped. A professor who started finding answer was killed. With ?Sean is a reporter, that added the feline touch. With the time to get Tommy back, finding the place, and who are the good guys versus the bad, leads us into the next story. Well written
THE CLERIC’S VAULT.
After the first book Sean and Em want time to relax, in Las Vegas. Gun shots come out of no where, the path they took to get out of the hotel, looked like an ambush with them in the dead center,. Some one came to their rescue, didn’t last long when more guns were shooting at them. The action and adventure takes them down to Ecuador. The bodies are many all for the clues that are on the stones. A thrilling ride as we go along
THE LAST CHAMBER
Tommy, Sean and Adrienne going into the Egyptian museum. A blast happens, someone is determined to kill them first, Air lifting Tommy out for medical help, Sean checks his pockets, where was the stone.
All this to find The Last.Chamber, the Tree of Life and the power that was within it. They find the professor, needing him for the last interpretation.
The action continues, in the train to the location, a ghost appears, he was suppose to be dead. A good three part series, that will keep readers to the Last .Chamber.

Can't stand the writing

My biggest pet peeve is inconsistent povs and this novel is nothing but that. It's a multiple pov story where every single chapter is told from a different pov no matter what the last chapter ended on which essentially makes the entire book a massive cliff hanger. I hate multi-povs in general, but usually I can power through it if we have a main character that gets a majority of screen time and that's not the case with this series. For all that the title says Sean Wyatt, he has less screen time than the villains. Don't waste your time if you don't like pov switching and unsolved cliff hangers.

I enjoyed this archeological thriller. The story is based on finding four chambers with the reward at the end being the Tree of Life. Of course, the bad guys don’t win and the Tree of Life is not what they expected. My only problem was Book 2. The story closely followed the TV show “Expedition Unknown” by Josh Gates which I just saw last week. The story was about a priest and archeological treasures and a cave in Peru. So I wondered if the author used the old myth for his story. But I enjoyed the books and will continue reading the series.

*** This is actually a review for the novella titled "The Last Canvas" ***
This is a decent short novella that appears to serve as an introduction to the character of Adriana Villa, and a lead-up to The Lost Chambers trilogy box set. While I feel that this should be read prior to reading the trilogy, it is unfortunately placed after the trilogy in the e-book sold on Amazon as books 1-3 of the Sean Wyatt series. 3.5 stars.

A thoroughly enjoyable series.

I love the action interspersed with the intellectual activity of figuring out the clues and the history, both factual and fictional that is mixed in with the rest. The character development is really good. The villains are evil and the good guys are terrific, but human. I'm looking forward to the next installment. For a new writer, these are very impressive!

Wow. What a roller coaster of a series. An fab.

This trilogy is a real eye opener. For a first go at writing Ernest shows he is up with the greats. It was a great mix of fable, truth and biblical twists. I can well see where he got his ideas from, and he wrote it so well. All the twists and turns of espionage mixed with daring do of treasure hunting. Couldn't out it down. Highly recommend to any lovers of action packed, mystery books etc. 😊

Great start of new author and his writings!!

Everything you could want in suspence, locations, excellent cast of people through all the stories so far! Thank you and whatever team you have.. Except the editing group. I read reviews of ones peeved by badly done places and words etc. And I feel the same way..it breaks the harmony of thought and sours the mind! Irritating ! Annette Graham

Sean Wyatt Beginnings

I had read a couple of the Sean Wyatt and enjoyed them so I thought I would go back and start reading the series from the first book. So I read the first three books which were all connected with the same search for the Tree of Life. I liked the puzzles that Sean had to figure out and the story line was intriguing. I liked the mixture of fact and fiction. I can't wait to see what Sean will get involved in next.

High adventure

Waits for all who read these fast paced books. A little knowledge, mystery and some romance fill these exciting pages. Who wouldn’t want to taste the fruit from the tree of life...or knowledge? From across the United States to Turkey, making discoveries and new friends. Answering questions, solving puzzles, staying one step ahead of the bad guys. What is Gods plan for mankind... enjoy.

Each book is more exciting

I’ve never read anything by Mr. Dempsey and I was caught up in this series very quickly, going straight to the next book with hesitation. I was intrigued with the first one and became more intrigued with the second. There was surprise and danger at every corner and more than once caught myself digging nails in my hand as Sean held on to each little indentation. I’m on to book 4.

I have yet to find a Sean Wyatt story I don't like; and these four don't disappoint. If you pay attention, you will see that all four are connected (obviously). As a history-nerd, I like all the historical facts that are intertwined within the plots, and also the theories that go behind the mysteries.

The first part of the first book is full of wild, unprovable, unbelievable theories stated as truisms. I was appalled by this and thought I would be wasting my time reading three books of this nonsense. I abandoned this book and this series.
Unless you are terribly naive and gullible, I suggest not wasting your time on this series.

Not to bad

I found the first book a little slow, by the second book the writing pace picked up and by the third book the author seemed to find his style. Outside of the out there plot it tempted my interest. I did find some of the historical facts interesting and plan to follow up researching them. I look forward to reading more of the series.

Great Read

Don’t know what to say other than that this was an excellent read. There were a few grammatical errors but nothing would stop me from reading this story. I really wished this story would become a movie as I would surely buy it. Can’t remember the last time I read a book that actually kept my attention as this did.

This set was a pretty good read. There were quite a few spelling and editing mistakes that sometimes had me stopping and rereading to try to figure out what was trying to be said. This was a bit irritating. The story was pretty good and I would have given low 5 stars if it wasn't for the proofreading errors.

Always looking for good wherever.

Although Earth has many theories about how it was inhabited,, it always goes back to the Bible... The Men and Women will try to find the highest degree of Wealth and Fame,, but there are a few good people who find the Treasures of Earth just to be able to say ,, God is real and still watches our Mankind today.

Great read

I loved the 3 book selection of Sean Wyatt lost Chamber Series. The interaction between the characters is fascinating although the French and English Professors did seem a little stereotyped. These books are a gripping read.

Great Partnership

I enjoyed the partnership between Sean and Tommy. The storyline was nicely balanced not too technical with some added humor by author. I was glad to see the ladies playing a critical part in the stories. I look forward to reading more of this author's books.

Intriguing blend of religion and action.

Each book in the three part series contained a good balance of religious teachings and action. Characters developed nicely while some characters disappeared lending a fresher story line.

Following in the footsteps of Dan Brown and others, Ernest Dempsey has created more fun and adventuresome characters that take the reader on some fabulous trips from the present far into the past. Indiana Jones...here comes Sean Wyatt and friends!

Fun read with lots of engaging scenarios. A little predictable and at times beyond belief in that the hero isn’t a smarter agent (everyone knows you check your surroundings first!). Very entertains - so much do I bought the next several sets.
