A graduate in Science in Communication from Havana University, she has been featured in prominent publications like Azahar, Nagari, Shades of Grey, EYES magazine, and WePhoto ebooks among others.
Her latest book pairs healing poetry with fine art photography, exploring themes of resilience and self-discovery. Mia has exhibited internationally, including shows in Miami and Tokyo, and is passionate teacher in Florida. She love reading, learning and collaborating with other artists, has developed many literary and visual projects including her magazine about street photography where Mia gathered photographers around the world to bring their images and experiences to this project “Did You Know Cities Tell Stories.”

My heart, soul and mind have been opened, changed, and healed.
With The Same Dream is the third book in Mia's Inner Journey Collection, and this book left my emotions raw, my soul fully opened, my heart aching. And at the end, I was left with a wonderful sense of hope, love, and self discovery.
This book deals with darker themes, past lives, love, sadness, the struggles of living! The struggles of understanding who you truly are.
As I read each poem, I learned so many things about myself. So many memories, good and bad, flooded my mind.
This wonderful author has a true gift. Her words cut through all the blocks, all the masks we use to hide ourselves behind. Her words cut right to my soul. Each poem seemed as if it was written for me--about me.
I will return to all three of Mia's books, again and again.
I highly recommend her books to everyone.
These books are a healing journey of self discovery, understanding your place in this world, and understanding it's beautiful to be different.
These books will lift you up! They will open your eyes and your soul so you will finally see yourself.

Her poetry has a way of making you feel like each poem is written just for you.
With the Same Dream is Mia’s third book, and just like the first two, it is absolutely beautiful. She has a gift for reaching into your heart and bringing forward emotions, memories, and thoughts you didn’t even realize were still there.
As I read, it felt like she was gently guiding me through parts of myself, some I understood and some I am still learning. Her words are honest, heartfelt, and incredibly powerful.
I have started reading one poem a day, and every time I do, I take something different from it. The poems stay with you. They make you think, feel, and sometimes even heal in ways you don’t expect.
This is not a book you simply read and put down. It is one you return to, and each time, it leaves you with something new. I know I will be coming back to this book again and again.

Mia who opens our eyes and souls to feelings we once put aside, taking them down from those dusty shelves, awakening us – reminding us that we live, breathe and feel. Her books are a stunning journey of introspection, fantasy, dreams, reality, love, loss and hope.

I just finished the journey this author put her readers on and I’m still just thinking how she is able to come up with beautiful poems that heal the soul the peace you feel after reading it’s like a cleanser of all bad and emotional points love her poems
