كتاب جيد في بابه، يعرض فيه الكاتب الفرق بين الديمقراطية كنظام حكم والشورى كمبدأ حكم ... كما يؤكد على التمايز بين الشورى ومبدأ الأكثرية .. كتاب جاء بأسلوب أدبي في أغلب فقراته في حين كان الموضوع يحتاج طرحا تأصيليا أقوى وأدق
