I love it, BBW wanna have fun too!!
Alicia is a big girl who has had very bad experiences with the opposite sex and especially her last boyfriend who marked and then dumped her. She has sworn off men!
When she meets the 2 very sexy and good looking cousins Marco and Franco, she just can't accept that they find her attractive at all. She decides to have a good time for one night, after all when is she going to get this lucky again?
Little does she know that the cousins have left their scent on her and do not plan on ever living without the BBW that is Alicia.

A good book to read if you are looking for short stories. I would like to see more backgrounds, not just a little bit here and there. I have read better books and i would like to see more from this author

Did not like heroine.
This could have been a fun shifter story except for the heroine Alicia. She started off okay but then came across as self pitying and mean about half way through. I get she had been badly hurt but she behaved badly to Franco and Marco. Taking them to her bed then kicking them out. Cold. They were honest and hopeful with her and very forgiving.
This was my first book by this author, I will try another one to see if all her heroines are unlikable.

I WAS GIVEN THIS BOOK FOR AN HONEST REVIEW AND THIS IS MY HONEST OPINION .... OVER 18 READING
LOVE KATE KENT BBW STORIES...ADD IN TWO HUNKY SHIFTERS AND WHAT MORE COULD YOU DREAM OF,
Alicia Morgan (a recently changed wolf shifter) that has had only bad luck with men, so bad since the last one basically tricked her into the bite , that he had no plans to honor as a mate, when he bite her and left her alone. She has sworn off men and love, though it really is her deepest wish to find someone and have a home and family. Now suddenly her grandmothers best friend brings her grandson Franco into her shop and he ask her to have a drink after work, she says I'm busy. Later that night she goes to the Bite Me Bar for a drink and a bite before going home. See thinks she see Franco there surrounded by skinny girls, another reason for her to stay away from him, but he see her and comes right over and ask to buy her a drink. She thinks he has a short memory because he cant remember who she is, then he explains that he is Marco and she met Franco and here he is, at first she thinks they are twins. They explain that they are cousins, then the girls that were around Marco come over not taking the hint that the guys give that they aren't interested in them (thought Alicia isn't believing they are interested in her either) she leaves them to the kind of girls she thinks they will end up with anyway. The next day she takes her grandmother and her best friend Mrs. Greenwood (Franco's grandmother) to dinner, but instead of choose one of the places they usally want to go to they named a newer place, with a very long line. She suggested she go put their name down and they wait in the car, didn't work, they wanted to go too but as they got there Mrs. greenwood tells her we don't need to do that we have seats, see and she did, Franco and Marco were inside at a big table waiting for them. Yes, grandma were playing match maker. but over dinner she got them to tell what was going on at the home they lived in, the guys didn't like it anymore then she did, and they were going to look into it too. There is so much fun with the wonderful grandma playing match maker and the guys trying to prove they really care and want her for life, which she can't make herself believe. Can she ever trust good looking men again?Can two hunks convince her that they really want her, when she has always had trouble with holding just one? This trip to a HEA is great fun , watching it unfold. I love Kate Kent's stories about BBW, even though this one is not as kick-ass as most she is more heart broken.

WOWZA! I love it! Furever is the first book in the amazing new series, Sexy In Fur by Kate Kent. This is a completely stand alone novella with NO cliffhanger. And what a tasty little tidbit it is! The story is exciting, thrilling, enticing, romantic, arousing and sensual. The dialog is smart, well written and flows well. The characters are captivating, engaging, sweet and sexy. Kent has combined these elements to craft one heck of a great read! Curvy 32 year old Alicia Morgan is finished with men. After a string of heartaches and finally a heartbreaking relationship that ended with an ugly breakup and her being bitten, turned, claimed and abandoned by wolf shifter Steve Carlson, all round jerk aund current director of the Werewolf Haven Shifter Retirement Community, she has finally given up on her dream man and her happily ever after ending. Franco was just tagging along with his grandmother in her quest to sell some antiques. After entering Alicia’s store he was certainly ready to put on the charms not leaving the store before asking her out. Having been hurt before, Alicia was all about hardening her heart and keeping any contact purely physical – no emotions, no attachments. Her self-esteem is at an all-time low. Being hurt by a man will do that kind of thing to you. And when a really handsome wereman declares you are the one after just meeting you, well you can’t blame Alicia for being a little skeptical. To make it even more interesting, Marco, cousin to Franco wants in on the action too and Alicia now finds herself dealing with two men vying for a threesome relationship.
She did her best to avoid Steve, her last boyfriend and the one who turned her into a werewolf. But when the elderly care center he ran began mistreating her nana and the other residents, Alicia had to face him once more. True to her gut instincts the meeting didn’t go well and Alicia felt relieved more than ever she didn’t end up with that jerk. Steve ends up trying to change her mind once more at the bar but is abruptly stopped by Franco and Marco. How could she not be falling for these two handsome men?
I loved this story line the author wrote, it is very relatable and an easy read for me. The secondary characters and their plights make this a nice flowing read. The grandmother’s match making dinner was a hoot! I know we are talking weremen here but realistic in all other senses and I enjoyed that a lot.
The sex scenes were more than exciting between Alicia and her new weremen. And the humor throughout again just made this story all the more charismatic. Angie’s description of Steve being a ‘dreamboat at first but ended up a one-way cruise of his own’ had me laughing out loud. Don’t we all know someone like that? And it’s truly a bonus when you pick up a book and realize the setting is a place very close to your own home, literally.

This is my first book I've read of Ms. Kent's. I liked it. The author writes very well, smooth and easy. There could have been a little bit more action in it. Ok I admit I wanted the guys to kick the crap out of slimy Steve. LOL He deserved it.
As for the main characters -- Franco and Marko sound as hot as hell and are so sweet. When she gets scared and rejects them it's so sad. They were like hurt little puppies. Ya just wanted to scoop them up and cuddle their hurt away. It's books like this one that makes a girl wish there was such a thing as shifters out looking for curvy girls to mate forever with. Ahh but alas they exist only in books and dreams.
I liked the female lead character - Alicia. She was sweet and real. But overly trusting of the wrong people. It was easy to see how she keep falling for the wrong guys. She just wants to be loved for who she is. Because of that need she saw only what her heart wanted to see in Steve and totally missed the reality of Steve. Which of course leads her to be scared about believing in or trusting the feelings of and for Marko and Franco.
I really liked this book and I look forward to reading more from this author.

I was given an copy of this book in exchange for an honest review .Kate Kent has knocked another one out of the park with this sizzling hot read .I couldn't put it down . Alicia has had bad luck in finding her Mr. right but things are about to change and she's going to get more than she ever could have hoped for .Franco and Marco two very hot cousins have come to town to open a new business .Franco comes in to Alicia's shop with his grandmother and finds a real treasure in the store owner .Marco is in the Bite Me Bar later that evening when he spies a gorgeous woman he learns that this is the woman his cousin has been telling him about and he wants to know all about her.There's something shady going on over at the old folks home where the guys and Alicia's grandmothers both live and is run by Alicia's ex. Alicia finds herself falling for both Marco and Franco hw could she not .There are some very hot scenes in this book that had me fanning my face lol. This was a really good read and I look forward to reading more of Kate Kent's books.

I really enjoyed reading this book wasn't your typical love story we have Alicia who was hurt before her last relationship leaving her feeling insecure and heartbroken not being able to trust intentions of a guy. Then we have not one but two hot alpha males Franco and Marco who looking for their life mate and they think they find it in her but since she was hurt before she's not willing to give them the chance to prove to her that their intentions are true. Franco and Marco don't give up their pursuit on her breaking down her barriers to show her that their intentions are true plus the chemistry between them is super hot. Overall it was a good read I would totally recommend this book to anyone who love alpha males.

This is the first book in a new series by Kate Kent.
I enjoyed this book, it had a good story line and some of the secondary characters were fantastic! This book is about a bbw that has been burned by a man in the past and is reluctant to take another chance with her heart. Mix in two hot wolves, two fantastically intruding grandmothers and a bad wolf you love to hate and you're set for a fun read.
The only draw backs I found were a few minor grammar errors and some of the wording and phrasing made parts of the book a bit disjointed for me.
I enjoyed this book and would recommend it! Looking forward to the next book.

Good short story. Alica had some bad experiences in the love department. She determined to keep it business only, and family. Then when her ex started pressing back, even though he had hurt her, met two great guys--and they both wanted her.
The relationships begin quickly, it is a short, and the were's know when they meet their fated mate right away. But she was not going to let herself get hurt again. Marco and Franco had a were-share pact. And Alica was the one they wanted to share. Can they overcome her fears.
Plenty of steam, a really nasty guy, and some sexy good guys. Enjoy. I did.

Can Alicia trust them and let hersrlf fall in love with them? Sex scenes are hot and steamy (as always :-) ) but i find the dirty sex talk a little bit off putting.
I just wish this was a full length novel where the relationship between Alicia and her men develops gradually, it feels a bit rushed.
But if you are looking for a nice and sexy short story this one is for you.

Alicia Morgan was bitten by her ex-boyfriend Steve and turned into a werewolf then dumped ,she does not trust men right now and she is also coming realizing something is wrong at the nursing home her beloved Nana lives at. Morgan meets cousins Franco and Marco at different times their Grandmother lives at the home and they do not like what is happening there. The men realize they are her mates can they get Morgan to accept them or will Steve cause trouble? What is happening at the home can the three of them find out and keep their Grandmothers safe?

Werewolf Alicia Morgan was bitten and dumped by the worst kind of man. She is now bitter and far too afraid to give anyone the change to hurt her again. She then meets two cousins that try to change her mind and to commit again to love (especially in a two for one deal). She is also struggling to work out what is going wrong at the home her beloved grandmother lives in as it seems to have deteriorated recently.
I loved this story. It was very well written and I could really empathise with Alicia and the doubts she was battling with.

I received this as an ARC for an honest review. Honestly, oh god it was yummy. Alicia has been turned into a werewolf and hurt by losers. She is not looking for love or forever when she meets two very hot Weremen. Franco and Marco knows she is it for them and will do anything to keeper. I recommend this story to all shifter lovers. Had to read it in one setting, it was that good. Happy reading.

Alicia fell hard for the wrong man, one who ended up marking and turning her and then dumped her. Wow.. That was awesome. The plots and twists, the not wanting to ever fall in love again, the love and anger. All of it was awesome. Plus lets face it, sexy shifters will get a girl everytime and having two of them wanting you is even better. The mystery aspect brought some more into it then just an erotica/romance. These characters have left me wanting more. I cannot wait to read more by this author and am glad that I was given this to read.

This was my first read from Kate, so I was going in blind. WOW what an introduction into Kate's work!! Once I started I was stuck within the Alicia's life, from match making grandma's, to a slimey ex boyfriend, then 2 hot possible new boyfriends... throw in recently being turned & werewolf & not trusting in love anymore.... you have one wild read ahead of you. I can't wait to read the next book in this series.

I really liked this book. it was a different kind of shifter romance. not the same old old boy meets girls etc....I really likes the menage...who doesn't like 2 hot wolves, then you have a curvy...like me. what I really like us the fact that this one book g or a beyond your typical "mate"'''' It expands on TRUE mates. great book. great writhing. Love this author.

Okay, so I have been reading Kate's books since the beginning and I must say this I my favourite by far. Alicia is wary of love and men so surely sexy Marco and Franco are gonna be just like her ex. What could they possibly see in her. Her nana is awesome. I loved the character development and story line. and of course it's hot and spicy.

WARNING: Either make sure you have an extra set of clothing handy or you are totally alone before you start reading this book as it goes beyond being hot!
And it compliments the story, instead of the story being written around it, which I love!

Complain much?
First, I couldn't deal with Alicia's ever present and constant complaining. There was no build up of the characters or the relationship. Chapter one the characters meet chapter two all three are having sex. I skimmed the rest of the book and was bored beyond compare. There's no build of plots, no build ups period. The writing was rush.

I loved the story between Alicia/Franco/Marco and how it all came together.
It had the plot of why she wasn't as trusting towards men.
How Franco and Marco would make sure she was loved.
Discovered the true meaning of being loved not only by one, but by two hot shifters :)

Full story, a good read
This was a good read with believable characters and situations......you know, like if werewolves were really real. It was sexy and the pace was good. Definitely buy this book, there is no cliffhanger!

If you love short hot quick books. This one is great. I love that a girl who got hurt finds her men. And the guy that hurt her before gets pay backs thanks to her guys. A good short story.
