This was a fast read!

This book started off fast. I hope the next one will be out soon. I have a lot of questions about Mr. Carter his wife and Damion. Hopefully the next one will give more background on the characters. Like why Monica's father want Mr. Carter to marry her in such of hurry. A lot of in answered questions. But a good read.

This book was an ok read. I kind felt bad for Monica she just really want to be loved. I don't where to start when it come to Michael he was just an asshole. I wish Tamika and Alex would just tell each other how they felt. Tamika was just plain crazy for doing thing that she did. I can't wait for part 2 because it was so many question unanswered.

Really good story. It started off a little slow but I ended up loving it. There was so much going on I can't stand Alex. Monica needs help and I feel sorry for Tamika. I will be reading part 2 cause my mouth is still open. Job well done

This was a decent fast paced read. Monica had no problem helping to match people but failed at her own relationship. I couldn't understand why she wanted to stay with Michael knowing there was nothing there. She should've just filed for divorce instead of getting Alex involved. Michael was a shocker and I felt he had no right to be mad knowing everything he did to hurt his marriage. He wasn't happy with Monica but his reaction wasn't called for. I liked Tamika in the beginning and wanted her to just put Alex in the know of how she felt. Alex was a doing the most and I couldn't believe he would accept Monica's proposal and lie to Tamika. Alex got a little too comfortable in his agreement. Tamika ass is crazy! I was all for her expressing her feelings, but she went overboard. Watching people and then finally having a confrontation with Monica was too much. That chick became delusional quickly and her ass wasn't even in a relationship to even be acting like that. She deserved everything thrown her way. Really Damion? Dude just couldn't wait any longer. Tamika got a little more than she bargained for! Hopefully part 2 will shed some light on how everything came about. Will Michael still proceed with his lover, how will things work for Monica, why was Monica's father so pressed about Michael marrying his daughter, is Tamika ready to deal with the consequences of her actions, and will Alex continue to be a friend knowing Tamika had no right to do what she did?!

Wow

A short read but good. Monica a big matchmaker consultant, has no sex life in her love less marriage to Michael. Michael wants a divorce so he can be with his lover. Monica hired Alexander, whose her assistant tamika best friend. Alexander and tamika relationship is best friends but they like each other just afraid to say it. Monica starts a affair with Alexander and the drama begins. Michael filed for a divorced, told his parents who don't like Monica to begin with, and her father who set up the marriage. Tamika finds out everyone secrets especially catching Michael with her neighbor damion, then following Monica and Alexander after work hours. Tamika feelings are hurt she attacks Monica and winds up in jail. Secrets now exposed the drama has just begun.

Interesting

This was a very comical, but for the most part cool read. This book was overloaded with drama and crazy situations, so much so, that I felt like some of it wasn't needed. In this book you meet Alex and Tamika, best friends, with a connection to each other, as well as other situations. Monica, who is Tamikas and Alex's boss, who is in a pretty jacked up marriage with Mr. Carter. Both of them have outlets with other people, that soon come full circle and have everybody involved. I feel like the book could have been longer, and more detailed characters would have made it better. Certain characters did things that were kind of out of nowhere to me, and if I would have known more about them, it would have explained their antics. All in all, it was a cool read.

This was a quick but very good read. It left me with a lot of unanswered questions. It has left me wanting more. I can't wait to see how this crazy drama turns out. It reads just like a good soap opera. I need to know how Monica's father is involved in all of this. I hope that there is a part 2 and that it will tie up all of the loose ends.

Very quick read! The characters were dysfunctional and crazy. You wouldn't suspect some of the things that they were doing in this book. More detail would've made this book better. Just ok read for me.

Refreshing

I liked the length of this book. Sometimes it is nice to not get bogged down in a big book. Monica has it all until she hires Alexander. Monica is successful except for in her marriage. Tamika starts out as timid but ends with a bang. I recommend this book.

Good read

This book was a good read. It had a few twists & turns that I didn't see coming. I wish it was a tad bit longer but I can't wait to see what happens in the next part.
