I’d have far less hate mail in my inbox. I’d also still have a job.
But I didn’t wear underwear. And I had a wardrobe malfunction on a livestream.
So now I’m the proud owner of the internet’s most famous… you know.
The good news? I’ve been invited to hide from my sudden infamy at a closed winery with other women who’ve suffered their own five minutes of shame.
The bad news? The winery has a live-in handyman.
A competent, compassionate, patient, sexy, single dad handyman.
Whom I met when I punched him in the face.
Accidentally, of course. But I still get why he’s happy keeping his distance from me.
But when we find out the winery that’s saving my life is in danger of foreclosure, he and I become accidental partners.
No big deal, working with a guy that I’m falling harder for each day.
I’m already the internet’s favorite punching bag. Why not add an unrequited crush to my life?
But what if it’s not unrequited after all?
From USA Today and Amazon #1 Bestselling Author Pippa Grant comes a funny, heartwarming, swoony romance perfect for readers who love protective book boyfriends, found sisterhoods, slow burns, epically awkward meet-cutes, and love conquering all.
Content note: This book contains toxic family and references to bullying, suicide, abuse, and the off-page cancer death of the hero’s first wife several years before the story begins.
Before she became a USA Today and #1 Amazon bestselling romantic comedy author, she was a young military spouse who got into writing as self-therapy. That happened around the time she discovered reading romance novels, and the two eventually merged into a career. Today, she has more than 30 knee-slapping Pippa Grant titles and nine published under the name Jamie Farrell.
When she’s not writing romantic comedies, she’s fumbling through being a mom, wife, and mountain woman, and sometimes tries to find hobbies. Her crowning achievement? Having impeccable timing for telling stories that will make people snort beverages out of their noses. Consider yourself warned.
I picked this up thinking I’d get a few laughs. Instead, I got laughs, feelings, a fictional child I would protect with my life, and a winery I desperately want to move into.
Pippa Grant’s You’ve Got Hate Mail completely worked for me. Published by Bang, Laugh, Love LLC, thank you to Pippa Grant for the gifted book and advance listening copy.
First of all, Cricket’s situation is absolutely mortifying. I don’t think I could recover if I accidentally became internet famous the way she did. I’d probably disappear into the woods and never return. So right from the start, I was rooting for her.
What I loved most about this book wasn’t actually the romance, and that’s saying something because Heath was wonderful. It was the people. The women at Makepeace Cellars. The sense of belonging. The idea that when life completely falls apart, sometimes strangers become the family you didn’t know you needed.
And Heath…
I knew I was in trouble almost immediately.
He’s the kind of hero who doesn’t need grand speeches or over-the-top gestures. He just quietly shows up. He’s patient. He’s dependable. He loves his daughter fiercely. That’s it. That’s the tweet.
Speaking of Lavender, that little girl stole every scene she was in. Every single one. I don’t even care. Give her a dragon, a cape, and her own book.
There were so many moments that made me smile. A few that made me laugh out loud. And a couple that caught me off guard emotionally. Underneath all the humor, this story touches on grief, bullying, family baggage, and what happens when the internet decides it knows who you are.
“Sometimes the family we find is exactly the family we need.”
I also did this as a tandem read and listen, and honestly the audiobook was fantastic. Kristyna Ruth Zaharek, Gregory Salinas, Samantha Brentmoor, and Stella Hunter sounded exactly like these characters felt in my head. More than once I found myself sitting in my driveway because I wasn’t ready to stop listening.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This book was funny, sweet, a little ridiculous, surprisingly heartfelt, and exactly what I needed. It felt like sitting outside on the patio with a glass of wine while hanging out with people who make you laugh until your stomach hurts.
And now I need the next book immediately because I’m not ready to leave this winery behind.
Have you ever finished a book and realized you’d happily move into that fictional world tomorrow if someone handed you the keys?
I received a free copy of this audiobook and am voluntarily leaving a review. Oh this delightful tale of Cricket who accidentally posted of a live stream video of her slipping in the shower and showing a rather intimate part of her named after a dam-building animal 😜 which went viral. Losing her job and being trolled on the internet and chastised by her perfect family. Finding herself at a refuge of women who have been internet infamous run by the endearing Mabel and owned by the elderly crazy endearing Pip who loves to walk around with few clothes. After a mishap again in the shower Cricket give Heath, the resident handyman a black eye who had been there to fix the plumbing, Mabel forgetting to tell him Cricket was there. Due to feeling terribly vulnerable makes Cricket clumsy and there are so many chaotic scenes. Often involving Heath’s daughter Lavender with who Cricket makes up many dragon-slaying stories and a flurry food stealing cat (who gets a bonus epilogue) Heath has his own demons, guilt over his dead wife and a battle over custody with his in-laws. A previous EMT he gave it up to live on the compound of women who help with childcare in exchange for keeping the buildings running doing odd jobs and working outside too. In the background some us making AI videos of her original mishap. Mabel tries to find out who is making money out of them. Heath doesn’t date but he finds himself drawn to Cricket who thinks she’s too much but he finds her endearing and they venture out to the local eatery twice. The second time she’s recognised and it throws her into a tizz but Heath goes into protective mode. Her romance with Heath grows and Mabel reveals the place is broke and they have to finds ways to help. A celebrity wedding is one way and as they get the buildings ready Cricket has an idea to help. At Lavender’s birthday party Heath’s mother-in-law turn up to cause chaos but Cricket has had enough and tell the woman what’s what and realises how much she loves him. This is such a fun 🎧 and the narrators are perfect. I can’t decide if Pip or Lavender are my favourite characters but they’re all great and it’s a must read. The banter is hilarious especially Pip’s mishearing everything
I absolutely loved this hilarious, and heartfelt romance! This slow burn rom-com is filled with witty banter, awkward and hilarious situations, and a sweet and moving storyline with lots of heart. Cricket was a popular influencer until an accident during a live stream goes terribly wrong. Now she is in hiding at the Makepeace Cellars Vineyard to escape the backlash. This vineyard is a place for others just like her to rest, regroup, and take back their lives. Her hilarious meet cute with Heath, the vineyard's hot single dad handyman, and his adorable six year old daughter, Lavender, was only the first of many awkward, hilarious and very sweet interactions. Heath is staying at the vineyard to help others after seeing what his influencer wife went through before her passing. Now his heart is closed up, and he only cares for his daughter. When Lavender gets kicked out of summer camp, Cricket steps in to help care for her while Heath is busy. He watches them together and soon starts to fall for the woman who easily connects with his spirited and imaginative daughter. He and Cricket start to have fun together, helping each other find their strength and learn to trust and live again. But just as their hearts start to get involved, complications surface putting their new fragile relationship to the test. This story was just perfect for me, and I was totally consumed by it from start to finish! I loved all of the awkward, hilarious, sweet, heartfelt and moving moments that had me laughing out loud, swooning, and falling for the beautiful family that Cricket, Heath and Lavender were building together. I also loved all the quirky residents at the vineyard, and Heath's fluffy kitty, who added so much fun and heart to this story. The narration by Kristina Ruth Zaharek and Gregory Salinas, along with Samantha Brentmoor and Stella Hunter is beyond amazing! I loved the way they all developed and expressed each character and their struggles so intimately, making each character come alive, making me care for them, and cheer for their HEA. They all did a fabulous job bringing this delightful story to life and making it an absolute joy to listen to!
Grumpy x sunshine Found family Single Dad Forced Proximity Small town Dual POV - 1st person
Duet Multi cast narration - Kristyna Ruth Zaharek & Gregory Salinas with supporting cast Samantha Brentmoor & Stella Hunter
This line up of narrators did a fantastic job bringing this fun and entertaining book to life.
If you have never read Pippa Grant before then you will be delightfully entertained! I am a big fan of her writing style. Pippa gives us heartwarming and fun stories full of sweet heartwarming characters and loads of humorous moments. Ever worry about something posting to this internet and going viral for all the wrong reasons? Well this book has characters that have past trauma of going viral and how they handle all the bad press and trolls.
Heath and his daughter live on a "farm" helping maintain the property and they are "hiding" from the world after loosing his famous wife and going viral for all the wrong reasons. He has lived on this land with the others for 3 years now and not once have any of the women intrigued him quite like Cricket does. She has come to stay for a while after going viral for a video she did not intend for the world to see all that they saw. She is traumatized and trying to get her strength back when a friend invites her to stay with them. Heath and Cricket have a back & forth banter, they become friendly but both try to fight the attraction, until they don't ...
This book was an absolute joy to immersive read. The characters are likeable and relatable. The storyline is heartwarming. I love every single character except Crickets family. They are jerks but you don't get a ton of them here. Overall this was a fun listen/read!
(4.25 stars) Thank you so much to Pippa Grant for the chance to read (and listen to!) an advance copy of You’ve Got Hate Mail, due to be published on June 16. As always with Pippa’s books, there are a lot of laughs, a lot of spice, and some serious topics covered along the way.
What do you do when you’ve (accidentally) showed a very private part of your body to the whole world, via a live-streamed wardrobe malfunction that went viral online very quickly? If you’re Cricket and you’re very lucky, you get a chance to live at a closed winery where women who’ve gone viral can heal as they hide from the world.
And then there’s Heath, the only male on the place, who’s living there with his adorable six-year-old daughter, Lavender, also healing from a viral thing involving his now-dead wife. He’s a former EMT and is acting as the place’s handyman and handy medical guy too.
Cricket and Heath have a very funny meet-not-so-cute when she slugs him as he comes into her bathroom while she’s trying to shower and the water suddenly gets turned off. (He didn’t know she was there!) I loved how these two got to know and appreciate each other.
The other residents of the Makepeace Cellars are wonderful. They become found family for Cricket, whose real family has never appreciated her differences from her much older sisters. Pip, the 85-year-old woman who owns what’s left of the winery is a hoot! And there’s a very funny cat, Fluffy, who always lightens things up too.
Told in dual points of view, from Cricket and from Heath, the story unfolds beautifully. as we get inside both of their heads. The audiobook narration is amazing, with true duet narration by Kristyna Ruth Zaharek, Gregory Salinas, Samantha Brentmoor, and Stella Hunter.
You've Got Hate Mail Accidentally Infamous #1 By Pippa Grant Narrated by Kristina Ruth Zaharek, Gregory Salinas, Samantha Brentmoor, Stella Hunter
Audio Production by One Night Stand Studios
It’s the weekend and I needed something funny and romantic. Pippa Grant starts her new series out with a bang! Being an influencer is a It more work than it looks, and a livestream can lead to just about any thing. When Cricket’s goes awry and she falls in the shower, the video goes viral and her life reels into chaos. Going to the winery to hide with others who have been through the same thing seems to be the answer. Someplace where people won’t judge and she can get her life back together. Heath and his daughter Lavender live on the premises and the grumpy maintenance man is just that. Cricket finds her place and slowly these two find each other for the time being. And the story begins. A family formed by friendship, a winery that is loved by those that live there, a little girl that had me laughing the entire book, a slow burn passion and oh, Pippa the woman who likes her wine. I loved every minute of this book. Grant fills the story with relevant issues dealing with families, a little angst, a lot of humor and a whole lot of love. Fabulous listen.
Kristina Ruth Zaharek, Gregory Salinas, Samantha Brentmoor and Stella Hunter bring this gem alive. The many personalities that live together come to life with the perfect voices, each fitting the personalities. Grant must have had the voices in her head as she was writing this one with each emotion coming through with all the feels and all the laughs. It’s an amazing collaboration and a great way to spend my Saturday.
** Audio Review ** When you find your people! You’ve Got Hate Mail by Pippa Grant was a hilarious and heartfelt romantic comedy that put the biggest grin on my face. I couldn’t get enough of Cricket, and Heath’s accidental black eye met cute turned enemies to lovers that evolved into so much more. The whole found family feel of this book is everything.
Kristina Ruth Zaherek and Gregory Salinas, along with Samantha Brentmoor and Stella Hunter, perform this audiobook in duet narration. This was the first one I’d listened to by Kristina. Her expressive, upbeat performance captured all of Cricket’s doubts, passions, and newfound desires as she overcame her past and discovered where she was meant to be. Gregory’s deep, soothing voice perfectly enveloped Heath’s guarded, charismatic, and protective soul, which made me melt! Samantha and Stella were spot on, voicing several side characters at the Makepeace Cellars, creating an entertaining, immersive listening experience.
Overall, I loved this book. If you are a fan of a small town romance with a heroine gone viral needing sanctuary, a hot single dad handyman, Makepeace Cellars vineyard, naked shower meet cute, an adorable six year girl who loves to slay imaginary dragons, overcoming your past, intimate conversations, found family, truths about the past, family drama, spicy times, new job opportunities, standing up for what you believe in, love declarations, and a HEA that was simply meant to be, then you will love Cricket and Heath’s story. I always look forward to more from Pippa Grant.
Cricket Garland’s life takes an unexpected turn when she goes live streaming from her shower for a lifestyle segment, inadvertently exposing “everything” live. This viral incident thrusts her into the center of a storm, forcing her to seek refuge at an old vineyard near Napa. The vineyard has become a haven for women who have gained internet fame, and Cricket is invited to stay there.
On her first day, Cricket encounters Heath Moriarty, the lone male resident and handyman of the vineyard. Heath’s life took a dramatic turn when his influencer wife, diagnosed with cancer shortly after the birth of their daughter, Lav, succumbed to the illness. Now, Cricket and Heath must collaborate to save the vineyard from financial ruin, and their initial annoyance with each other gradually transforms into something more profound.
I thoroughly enjoyed the premise of this story and appreciated the author’s ability to address a contemporary issue with humor and wit. The author’s skillful introduction of characters who will appear in future stories adds depth to the narrative without detracting from Cricket and Heath’s love story.
Like most of the author’s books, this one is filled with humor, engaging characters, and a few adorable animals. It’s an ideal choice for anyone seeking a light-hearted and enjoyable summer read. I received an advance copy of this book from the author for my honest review.
This story has all the signature Pippa fun and chaos, but underneath the humor is such a genuinely sweet and heartfelt story. Cricket escapes to a closed winery designed for women hiding from going viral for all the wrong reasons, and I ended up loving every single person there. Each character brought their own unique energy, humor, and acceptance that Cricket desperately needed.
Heath, the handyman and the only man at the winery, starts off incredibly guarded, but watching him slowly open up to Cricket during her toughest moments was so rewarding. Over time, they help each other heal, and Cricket slips so naturally into the little family he’s built with his daughter.
The emotional moments hit hard, but they were balanced perfectly with the humor and chaos throughout the story. The narration elevated everything for me even more. Kristyna Zaharek, Gregory Salinas, Samantha Brentmoor, and Stella Hunter absolutely nailed these characters and brought all of their eccentric personalities to life. You could truly feel the found family dynamic and the love and closeness shared between the entire group.
This was such a sweet, funny, and comforting listen, and I definitely recommend giving it a go!
Any time I need a pick-me-up, I know I can count on Pippa. I didn't even need a mood booster today, but boost my mood You've Got Hate Mail did. I fell so hard for Heath and Cricket--Lavender and the rest of the characters too honestly. So much of this story hit me right in the feels, the internet is a wild and untamed place....
I feel like this one wasn't as spicy as Pippa normally is, but the slow burn tension was so good and it really made the instalove feel less insta and really just falling hard and fast. They were careful because of both their baggage and because of Lav and it was a really well written aspect.
I loved the third act and how Cricket Got Her Groove Back, absolute perfection. And we even get to hear from Fluffy in the bonus epilogue. It was all in all just so so good.
Made even better by the DUET style multi cast narration featuring Stella Hunter, Samantha Brentmoor, Gregory Salinas and Kristyna Ruth Zaherek. I loved every moment of this listen, my ear holes couldn't get enough. Thank you so much to Pippa for the advanced copies, I loved this immersive read.
I was in love with Pippa’s books before but now im obsessed! She’s the queen of my heart with this book because seriously she took on Internet trolls and won in the best way possible!
I love that this book takes on something so common and so ugly in our world! Social media is huge but it’s gotten so gross how we feel the need to be mean to strangers and how internet trolls take someone’s pain and turn it into profit! This refuge is a dream and I hope there are places where people can go and find a Mable, Ginny and a Pip of their own!
The secondary characters are amazing but the strength and resilience of Cricket and Heath had my heart soaring! I love that Pippa’s books are all about the steamy times but that she builds her characters to be relatable and you can’t fell but get lost in her words!
This world is seriously amazing and I want more of it! I want to know more about Mable and want Ginny to find her forever! These characters are truly my hero’s and this story is phenomenal!
Pippa Grant has done it again! You've Got Hate Mail is another wonderfully fun, sweet, and heartfelt read that centers on making peace with yourself and embracing the love of a found family.
In this book, we are transported to Makepeace Cellars vineyard, where Cricket—a once-popular online influencer—has gone to hide from the world and heal after accidentally going viral for all the wrong reasons. There, she meets a community of other women who have survived similar online hate. She also crosses paths with Heath, the widowed handyman, and his adorable daughter, Lavender. Heath’s late wife was in a similar situation as the other women, which ties him deeply to the vineyard's mission.
After a hilariously embarrassing meet-cute, Heath and Cricket start spending more time together and inevitably fall hard. As with most "Pippaverse" stories, you can expect fabulous world-building, amazing characters, all the emotional feels, and, of course, some delightfully wacky pets. I loved every minute of it and cannot wait to see what’s in store for the rest of the ladies at Makepeace!
When Cricket Garland had to get away after an embarrassing live stream incident, she found herself in a small safe haven compound of sorts to hide out for a bit. She never imagined taking a shower would lead to Deja view with a handyman & his daughter opening said bathroom to her birthday suit! That’s how Heath Moriarty and Cricket met….and he met her fist. You see, he was coming to fix the toilet and wasn’t told someone was staying there…awkward. Now under the same confines, can they move on from their awkward moment and maybe even start to live again for themselves? Who knew going viral in the wrong way could lead Cricket to a sanctuary of similar woman and a new family. What a sweet and silly romance about just finding yourself. Aunt pip’s hearing is LOL hilarious and helps break up the more serious/emotional backdrop of the story. A feel good romance with heart. Told in first person and dual POV.
If you love Pippa Grant, you’ll love her newest series.
Accidentally Infamous, is set on a private winery that’s used as a safe haven for people, mainly women, to regroup after going viral in a negative way on the internet. What an awesome concept.
As usual there’s a cast of unique characters, each with their own story to tell & of course the shanas are shenanigans!! Especially with Aunt Pip, the 80 year old nudist. Need a say more…
This story centers around Heath, the property’s handyman & widower of a lifestyle influencer & their daughter & Cricket, a journalist who went viral for a little shower snafu involving her “beaver”. After a little forced proximity, sparks began to fly, but both of them have baggage, toxic family members & self doubt. Can they keep their little family commune safe & combine their complicated lives together for a HEA?
Bonus points for a troublesome cat & a feral chicken!!
First, a huge thank you to Calli Meet for putting this book in my hands and to Pippa Grant for writing it. I absolutely loved this one! You’ve Got Hate Mail is Book 1 in the Accidentally Infamous series, and what a way to kick off a universe. The concept is so unique: a secret winery that serves as a refuge for women who’ve gone viral for all the wrong reasons. Every single character who ends up there has their own wild, unique story of internet infamy, and I was endlessly entertained piecing together how each of them landed in this quirky little community. What really hooked me, though, was the found family element. These women, strangers thrown together by circumstance, build something real and beautiful together. The sisterhood felt genuine and warm, and it made the winery feel less like a hiding place and more like a home. If you love found family, quirky ensemble casts, and romcoms with real emotional depth, this one needs to be your next read immediately.
I feel like a broken record every time I review a Pippa Grant book but they are honestly such a good time! And at this point they are 100% a comfort read for me.
Heath and Cricket’s story was endearing, a little bit sexy, a whole lot zany, and a hysterically fun read. From the punch to Fluffy stealing the ring, and everything in between, it was a wild ride. It’s a story about surviving the worst and coming out the other end stronger. It’s about family, your chosen family, not necessarily you’re given one. And it’s about the support everyone needs and deserves to help them recover and thrive. I loved the whole concept of Makepeace being a place for people to recoup and recover whatever has turned their life upside down without judgement or expectations.
I also adored Lavender’s imagination and how everyone nurtured and encouraged it, so so so much. This is what every child should have.
Thank you to Pippa Grant for the ALC of You've Got Hate Mail.
Firstly, the narrators... had me giggling and swooning !
Pippa is the queen of RomComs and this does not disappoint. We have a hilarious meet cute (nudity involved lol). We have the wackiest side character who had me in stitches from all over her misunderstood hearing lol. We have the cutest daughter and swoon-worthy dad. Lastly, we have a competent, intelligent and sweet FMC who is recovering after a traumatic viral event.
What more do you want ?!
Okay, a fat cat that has glitter on it and causes lots of shenanigans?
If that doesn't grip you, what about a random rogue chicken shadow?
Cricket is an accident waiting to happen. She's accidentally become infamous, due to flashing body parts down under. She's hiding out, and trying to heal at a retreat center for others like her. She encounters Heath, the grumpy handyman as well as his precocious daughter, by punching him in the eye! The women, at the retreat are spunky. The owner of the vineyard is hilarious. There are rambunctious animals. There's a lot of self realization. There's a lot of love and joy. Thank you to Pippa Grant for the advanced copy
I enjoyed this book. The story line is definitely different, I haven’t heard anything like this before. I did feel like there were too many characters to keep up with. Sometimes I struggle to stay focused while listening and with so many characters I found myself struggling. The daughter’s imagination was incomparable, and I loved Aunt Pip. The narration was great, I was glad there was multiple cast, that did help keep things straight with so many characters. I always recommend Pippa if you wanna have a good time.
A great new world from our favorite Pippa Grant! Book 1 starts with Cricket, who was an influencer and became an overnight laughing stock when a mishap took place on her live. She is then invited to Makepeace Vineyard where the women running it take in women who find out that sometimes fame isn't all that kind. Enter the resident handyman Heath and sparks begin to fly for both. For Cricket it's because he's so dreamy and kind, for Heath it's more about how she is with his daughter Lav. This book was so good and I can't wait for this series to flourish!
4.6/5 STARS! Man, I have enjoyed every Pippa book I have ever read! They are all a blast on audiobook and I love her creative doodles & style on her paperback books. Honestly, all her stuff is a total vibe! This manages to be unique, quirky, creative, relatable, & SO SO funny. Total romcom energy with a good found family trope too. I just loved it from start to end! A perfect pick me up read for when you need something fun & sweet too.
Pippa Grant is truly the best at outlandish laugh out loud moments! Her imagination is top notch and so entertaining for us readers. This book will make you laugh, fan yourself at the steamy parts, and your heart squeeze in the tender moments. On top of all that, there’s a hilarious 6 year old that gets the best dialogue!! I loved this first book of the new series and can’t wait to read the rest of the Accidentally Infamous books this year.
I loved every aspect of this book! The premise of a safe place for women who have gone viral on the internet to heal and recover and the support they offer to one another was so well executed! I felt like this story was the perfect balance of humor, heart, and spice. The character development of each character was perfectly done and I can’t wait to read the rest of the series. I listened to the audiobook performed by a full cast of extremely talented narrators and it definitely added to the overall experience.
Easily one of my favorite summertime romance reads and would wholeheartedly recommend!
Thank you to Pippa Grant for providing an advanced copy!
Pippa Grant is one of my favorite authors, but You've Got Hate Mail is a whole other level of anything she's written. It's both rom com gold and frighteningly relevant to today's viral and AI culture. If only there was a winery of full of wonderful women with a resident hot broody single dad handyman to give us shelter when social media attacks us.
The laughs were plenty but the emotions were deep. I was glued to the edge of my seat, so invested in Cricket and Heath and waiting for the many possible shoes to drop with them and all the side characters. You finish with a full heart and many lessons learned about the dangers of technology and how it both could enrich and ruin your life.
The audio is a masterpiece with a full cast, Gregory Salinas nailing Heath's tortured single dad arc, and Kristyna Zaharek showed Cricket's strong but broken spirit beautifully. My favorite Pippa Grant book and one of my favorite books this year!
Top notch, no big fancy words to describe, I just really enjoyed reading this book. Opening scene has to be one of Pippa’s best. Cricket finding her new family and place that just gets her leads to a lot of heart felt moments but also in true author style some snort worthy moments. Dragon slaying princesses , and a new sense of belonging make this an easy read.
Some books pop you right in the face with their greatness. This one literally does in the meet cute! From the hot slow burn from two characters bouncing off rock bottom, to the sisterhood that makes me want to grab my friends in a bear hug, this romance has exactly what you need to smile in today's hate mail world.
This story had me laughing so hard! Especially the wine drunk scene! Aunt Pip is what everyone should hope to be as they grow up! I love the idea of a commune of women supporting women through hard times. And Heath is such an amazing guy and father!
Entertaining read from Pippa Grant! Pippa Grant is amazing at writing unique characters, found families and culturally relevant stories that pull at your heart strings.
Pippa has a super knack for creating diverse casts of characters that keep you invested in the story beyond the romance. While I love the romance too, I think this is Pippa's secret sauce :)
