You run, we’re gonna chase until we catch you, Butterfly.
As a heat therapist, it’s my job to help traumatized omegas through their darkest days. It’s something I understand only too well, because when I was seventeen, I presented as an omega and was kicked out of the only home I ever knew. According to the archaic rules of the Iron Flyers Motorcycle Club, unbonded omegas are more trouble than they’re worth. In a clubhouse full of alphas, we’re a temptation that can test their brotherhood, and not even my family will bend the rules to keep me. But I’ve never been a good rule-follower, and I refuse to give up my best friend and first love, Wings. The club might not want me anymore, but we carve out a secret world of our own, and I’m determined to be all he ever needs. Until one day he’s brought into my clinic by Pitt, the club’s enforcer. Wings is now a newly presented omega and suffering through a painful hormonal fever. Pitt wants to make amends for giving Wings a calming bite, so I grudgingly trust him with our secret, even though I know his first allegiance is to the Iron Flyers. But there are some bonds that are as strong as a brotherhood, and Pitt has no intention of letting us walk away. He's on a mission to reform the club alongside Ark, the newly-elected MC president. My first alpha crush, Ark refused to fight for me when I was young and alone, but now he wants to offer me the world. Trust is slow to rebuild, and just as I start to find my place again, things take a shocking turn. Bluff, the Flyers’ damaged and reclusive VP, comes out of hiding and claims me, right there in front of the whole club. But being claimed and belonging are two different things. Not everyone is happy about my return to the club, and when old grudges threaten to ignite the Iron Flyers, it seems that my bright new future might go up in flames.
This is a standalone why choose romance with two all-in omegas, a public claiming, protective MC alphas, and a well-earned HEA.
I write the books I like to read. Not too sweet, not too dark - and never fluffy. Everyone fights for their HEA, and if it feels a little real at times, I've done my job. honestly this was kind of a mixed bag for me. the concept was great, and there were definitely some cute & spicy moments, but the pacing was all over the place and I never got fully attached to the characters. not bad by any means, just didn’t hit as hard as I wanted it to. fun enough read, but probably not an author I’ll be grabbing again anytime soon.
I do appreciate the author's ability to create quite interesting characters and her OV world is always a tad different. Abbie does find herself in a rather unpleasant situation when she presents as an omega and is thrown out of her only home. The book starts with Abbie and Wings, young and smitten with each other, so when they are pulled apart, her world changes.
It was good to see the FMC actually helping other omegas, who have been going through trauma. Her revived romance with Wings was pleasant to follow and I have to say that in their case, biology did not play any part. They had a solid connection, so as much as I liked the other MMCs, what Abbie and Wings had simply stood out. I cannot say that I got to know more about some of the MMCs as Wings and even Ark did feel like the stronger bonds, especially given their history.
Apart from the romance, there are quite a few elements that I did find engaging - the omega trafficking ring, the rescue missions and a club that has to completely reshape itself. I think there is a lot taking place here and perhaps it would have worked better as a longer book. Overall, I did enjoy the story and was appreciative of the fact the characters did have depth. I got an ARC via Booksirens.
I love Roxy's writing and am always eager to dive into the next one. Wings is definitely one of my favorite MMC's in this one and he's definitely getting my precious trophy.
I actually enjoyed the characters a lot through out their story. I do wish that I got more MM in this one but I really loved the focus on the 2 Omega's and them being together through everything. Like always I devoured this one and really enjoyed watching all the connections develop with the characters. I love that Abbie doesn't just sit around and let them men defend her, she takes care of herself but also her men and loved ones. Watching the characters and learning their bits of info was endearing as well and I love that everyone came together so perfectly for their personalities.
I'm not to big on MC books but from the little bit I understand of them the author has pretty good information and does great at making you love the ones you should love and hate the ones you shouldn't. If you love a story that has guys who will do anything for their Omega, a girl who's willing to fight for herself but also those she loves, 2 omegas in love, surprise designations, and characters who have no regrets on removing the problems permanently I'd recommend picking this one up.
Why did it have to end?! I loved Omega Fever so much - it’s definitely in my top favorites of all of Roxy’s books that I’ve read. I couldn’t get enough of Abbie’s connection with Wings! I just felt so many warm fuzzies and my heart just felt cradled and supported the entire time - uninterrupted and utter devotion! Pitt is the epitome of protection and safety and Bluff is resilient and unashamedly wild. And don’t even get me started on Ark! OMG, he was just the absolute sweetest and his dominance?! Swoon! There was so much hurt/comfort that my emotions were all over the place, but I was more than healed by the end. Abbie and the guys had challenges to overcome from several directions, and had to grow mentally and emotionally for some significant relationship development, and I loved the journey! Honestly, couldn’t have been better, but I am itching for some bonus scenes! I’m not ready to say goodbye to these characters!
overall i enjoyed this story, but i wish it would have been longer or maybe even a duet. there was so much that could have been expanded on and flushed out. it had all the pieces of a really great story if there was just… more. the ending felt so abrupt/everything was resolved so quickly it wasn’t really satisfying like i wanted it to be.
✦ ✦ ✦ ✦ ✦ MMMFM, AAOOA, 1st person multi-POV motorcycle club, bi-awakening, late presenting omega, scent match, chase play, bonding/bite marks, knotting, heat scene for 1 of the omegas, HEA, epilogue, standalone
OMEGA FEVER is unlike any Omegaverse I’ve read before. Complex and multilayered—with wounded heroes, misunderstandings, stubborn alphas, drama, torment, longing, antagonizers, action, strong fmc, protective MMCs, hope, bi-awakening done right, romance w/o being mawkish, so many questions asked & their truths told. This book has all the elements I crave in a memorable omega love story.
Abby, Wings, Pitt, Bluff, and Arc make up an eclectic group of well-fleshed, very well liked characters that form their own pack. Abby and Wings, the two omegas, are central to this diverse pack. They have always known they belong together, are soulmates, and they are 100% inseparable. Until he presents as Omega, Wings, thinks he’s a latent (dormant) Alpha — once he presents as Omega . . . **I’m going to talk about Wings’ bi-awakening here because I feel it is important to point out the incredible care the author took in writing it. The introduction of his bi-awakening is subtle. When Wings shows curiosity? It starts with Abby doing little things, because she understands the changes his body is now going through. Once the Alphas, that have interest in him that way, see his need, they ask questions & check consent & stop prior to his limits — ensuring his . . . comfort is met. It reads and feels very organic and respectful.
This is a great book. I enjoyed it immensely. Read it in one sitting. *** Recommended ***

OMEGA FEVER is a standalone omegaverse with darker elements, so please read the trigger warnings.
Abbie is an omega in an MC that doesn't treat them well, at all!! She was kicked out of the club at seventeen and sent to a Boarding House that wasn't the nicest. She picked herself up by her bootstraps and forged a life of her own. It got better a few years ago when her childhood best friend and soulmate, Wings, reappeared in her life. After Wings, we meet Pitt, catch up with Ark, and meet Bluff. All of them are connected and make one pack.
Although Ark is now in charge of the MC, it isn't smooth sailing for Abbie. She has old hurts still to deal with, as well as new threats. I'm unsure as to the timeline, as she is off work for a couple of weeks, but a LOT happens during that time. Saying that, I still wanted more information about certain things that I didn't get, such as the last rescue mission, for example.
Overall, this was a good read that I enjoyed and definitely recommend, so long as you don't mind the occasional, almost experimental, crossed swords scenario.

Motorcycle club Omegaverse? Sign me up!!! Two omegas? Yes, please!!! Despite being a legacy, Abbie was removed from the MC when she designated as an omega. It was for her own protection, but she really has trouble seeing it that way. Wings, her only connection to the club these days, has been back in her life for a few years and is her true love and soulmate. When he shows up in her clinic after late-presenting as an omega, Abbie is thrust back into the MC life. Not everything is smooth sailing, and there are some potential dangers coming at them from a few different angles. Spicy and a bit dark. Abbie finds her scent match, who wants nothing to do with her at first. Lots of things going on, but Abbie finally comes to terms with her guys and what they did to protect her. Loved it!!!
I have loved every single book I have read by Roxy Collins and this book is no different. I was recently rewatching sons of anarchy so this definitely fit into it and got my engine running lol. 🤣 I liked the storyline and I’m always a sucker for two omegas (m and f). The alphas were protective and 🌶️. I loved the drama from the villains and the end climax was a bit of a shock. I wasn’t expecting it and it threw me. I do wish there was more spicy 🌶️ scenes during the heat and a scene or extended epilogue where the male omega or both omegas go into heat at the same time. I also wish that the FMCs role with traumatized omegas was explored more within her role in the MC.
I’ve got to be honest. Finished the book in one sitting. However - it began with me almost DNF within the first chapter. I went back and read some of this authors other books - which I loved. This one? I don’t know. I’m torn. Because maybe it’s me and I don’t love MC’s, maybe it was the writing, but something didn’t completely gel with me. I mean I enjoyed the story enough to finish it, but it took a lot to get me to a point of enjoyment. And that’s not usual for this author. I love most of Roxy’s writings! But this one felt a lot more forced than much of her other writings. I would still, for those who love Omegaverse romances, give it a try. 3.5 ⭐️
I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
I really enjoyed this book. There isn’t a single thing I could think of to change or add—it’s just that good. I’m obsessed with the characters. I only wish this was the first book in a series because I would LOVE to see a story between Tricks and Jake, I think it could totally be flushed out into their own perfect story. A story about Damien too would be awesome! Imagine even a short novella of him receiving a phone call about a certain event.
I love when the two omegas are obsessed with each other. Then all the alphas are like icing on the cake. Emotional with some grit and darkness. I liked the mixture of second chances and new beginnings. Their HEA felt especially sweet.
This does have MM relationships but the focus is more on Abbie (which is OK with everyone). It makes sense for the situation since Wings is a newly awakened omega and is slower to explore his attraction to these alphas.
Surely there could be a spin off for the Sinners MC???
MMMFM Wings - O Pitt - A Bluff - A Abbie - O Ark - A
Don’t get me wrong, this book was great! I just am not the biggest fan of biker gang books, whether they’re from my all time favorite author or not! It still was something I enjoyed, which normally, I wouldn’t if it’s a biker book! The writing was phenomenal as always!
Wow I love this author and she definitely has another book that’s a hit for me. These characters are incredible, with all the trauma I like to see them figure out how to grow beyond it. I couldn’t put this book down but also didn’t want it to end.
The love this pack has for Abbie is just perfect. I think Ark is one of my new favorite alphas, he was the doing everything he could to make his world for her safe, burning away everything that would get in her way. Bluff, Pitt and Wings love our girl and will do everything to emsure she is safe and cared for from herself and others.
Was lucky enough to get an ARC of this book and I adored it!!!! Roxy Collins is my favorite omegaverse author and this book is no exception! Dual Omegas. Bi Awaking. What’s not to love!?
I’m so fond of this pack. Full of survivors and fighters, they managed to get a firm grasp on my heart.
First off, I have to comment on what a pair of kickass omegas Wings and Abbie are. I was smitten with them from the offset even when Wings is still a latent alpha. Wings’ pure devotion and loyalty to Abbie is clear in all his actions, and I adored how selflessly he ensures that she is always the priority.
Abbie herself is an amazing FMC. Fierce, brave, and smart, she’s made her own way in the world after being kicked out of her home after her designation presents itself. The reasons behind it come out during the course of the book, but understandably Abbie is incredibly hurt after everything that happened and what followed to the lone omega.
Ark absolutely stole my heart as head alpha of the pack. Everything he’s done to protect Abbie from a distance proves his feelings over and over. Add to that how much he’s done to make the MC better, to ensure it’s more accepting and a safe space for everyone, while also striving to make amends to Abbie and I was a total goner for him. Yes, I do have a rather large crush on that man! We have to wait patiently for Ark and Abbie to make real steps forward in their relationship, but when they do, boy, do they make sparks!
To complete the pack, we have Pitt, with his protectiveness and careful consideration of his two omegas, and Bluff, our mysterious, ‘wild wolf’ alpha. How my heart hurt for poor Bluff for his past trauma! I felt as though we only cracked the shell of Bluff in this book; for me, he still held a real mysterious air by the end.
While the main focus is on Abbie, we do see some evolution in the individual relationships between Wings and the alphas too, including some brief MM moments between him and both Pitt and Bluff. As a big MM lover, I loved those teasers and would have definitely not complained about more of them, but even without those snippets, this pack has a real chemistry to them when they concentrate on Abbie.
And finally, I cannot tell you how bereft I felt after finding out Samson’s fate. Honestly, it did break my heart. After what happened at the start, I was devastated that we’d never see a reunion between Abbie and him, both for her and for me!

Some of my favourite quotes
“I just mean that I don’t want anyone but you. I’ll wait forever if I have to, Wings.”
“No matter what happens, I'll find my way back to you. You'll always be mine.”
“Where you are, I am, and that’s never going to change.”
“You’ve always been perfect for me, but now you’re the chocolate-dipped version.”
“If you don’t come to me, I’m coming to you, Abbie. Take your pick, but I’m not going to let you run from me forever.”
“Stop obsessing over our scars. It’s what’s inside the broken, twisted shell that counts, remember?”
“You’re the reason I get up in the morning, and the last thing I think about before I go to bed. You’re the only part of this club I can’t live without, Abbie, and I’ll do anything to prove it to you.”
“Accept the inevitable. If you run, we’re always gonna chase you. And we’re not gonna stop until we catch you, butterfly.”
“I’m sorry I took so long, but I’m here now, and I’m asking you to accept me as your mate.”
“We don’t have to do anything. I’m your packmate, no matter what. But if you want more, I’m here for you. Anything you need.”
“Club or no club, you’re the center of our world, and we don’t want you to ever forget it.”
I received an ARC of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review. I have been a fan of Roxy Collins' books for a long time, and this one reminded me exactly why. While this book feels a little different from some of her previous work due to the motorcycle club setting and darker tone, her signature writing style is still very much present—smooth, immersive, and incredibly easy to get lost in. This story had so many elements I love: hurt/comfort, big life changes, motorcycle club dynamics, childhood crush vibes, a bit of "touch her and regret it," mental health representation, and plenty of healing and emotional growth. While this falls into more of a gray romance space and is one of her darker books, it never tips into feeling overwhelmingly dark. I also appreciated that she includes trigger warnings and terminology at the beginning, which may be especially helpful if you're newer to motorcycle club or Omegaverse romance. One of the biggest strengths of this book is Abbie. She is such a strong and compelling female main character, and I loved watching her relationships with Bluff, Pitt, Wings, and Arc develop. Each relationship feels distinct and meaningful, with its own personality and emotional journey. There are ups and downs, but if you're worried about major conflict or devastating hurt between the main characters, this isn't that kind of story. What I loved most was that the emotional core of the book stays centered on connection, coming home, healing, and learning to accept who you are. Even with everything happening, the relationships remain the heart of the story. And speaking of everything happening, there is a lot going on here. The story resolves its plotlines well, but some developments move very quickly. There were several moments where I found myself wishing certain plot points had been given more room to breathe or been fleshed out further. Minor late-book spoiler ahead: The discussion of bond sickness, for example, had the potential to be a really significant emotional and relational moment, but it resolved so quickly that it barely felt like a blip. There were a few instances like that throughout the story—interesting developments that could have added even more depth to the character growth and relationships if they'd had more page time. That said, while parts felt a little rushed, they never felt jarring or uncomfortable. The pacing stayed engaging rather than chaotic, and I was still completely invested the entire time. And honestly? That says a lot, because I read this in two days and had a hard time putting it down. Overall, this was a compelling, emotional, and addictive read with fantastic characters, strong world-building, and all the emotional tension and healing I look for in romance. Even with my pacing critique, I still highly recommend it and thoroughly enjoyed the ride. 4.5⭐

➕ - I’ve been dying for a new OV MC book and I had to read this book, and it didn’t disappoint.😍👏🏼 - Wings is the perfect omega boy. I love him. I loved that he was created as her soulmate and they were the cutest pair. I love love love when two omega books have the omegas more centered to each other and the alphas protect/orbit them. Roxy did an excellent job with their dynamic. - I honestly keep forgetting to make notes while I read. This book is so good, it’s pulling me in and honestly probably my favorite written by Roxy. I’ve loved her other books but this one? Top notch. There’s so many favorite quotes I want to share but will try to hold myself back. The style and wording in this one is just chefs kiss.👩🏻🍳🤌🏼💋 - Pitt is such a big softie, I love him. He’s so devoted to his omegas and was smitten with them both immediately. 🥹 - Bluff was so hard to get a read on for awhile because he was such a recluse but as the story carries on and you learn more about what he’s gone through, the more you understand why he was so standoffish. I definitely wasn’t expecting him to become one of Wings alphas but I’m so glad he did. He definitely needs both omegas, and is so deserving of them.🥰 - Ark, my man my man my man. Ugh on one hand I was dying for them to just stop beating around the bush but the further along you get the more you see how much he truly loved Abbie. Everything he did and continues to do is for the sake of her. My heart broke a little that she took bonds before him and that he was hurting/jealous but the payoff was so worth it. - Abbie probably wasn’t my favorite FMC but she was still a really good one. I enjoyed her stubborn, take no sh*t attitude and how strong she became after everything she’s been through. ➖ - No negatives🥰
Spice🌶️ The spice is pretty spicy in this one, over ten scenes. The only two things I wish could have made an appearance was a full group scene and Wings heat. The reasons why this wasn’t put in negatives is because I still feel fulfilled with the scenes we’ve gotten and I think it makes more sense that Wings’ heat wasn’t on page. Maybe that’s just me, but I feel like with how the story started and the journey Abbie went through to get to her HEA, it just makes sense to me.
Favorite Quotes: I can be Abbie’s kind of omega.
“There’s a kind of freedom in just floating off into the ether. No mess. Just stardust and memories.”
My lone wolf has kept her claws sharp.
“I’m just a flesh and blood guy, butterfly. Is it any wonder I kept dreaming about sinking my teeth into your pretty neck?”
Tropes: Omegaverse MMMFM Motorcycle Club Betrayal Two Omegas (M&F) Bi-Awakening Hurt/Comfort Public Claiming Bond Sickness Childhood Friends to Lovers “Who did this to you?” Primal Play
Betrayed by those in the MC she trusted when she designated as an omega, our FMC has built a life for herself outside of that world. She reconnects with her soulmate a few years after she was tossed out of the club, their love for each other had remained just as strong. When she inevitably gets pulled back into the club life, she remains distrusting that anything has changed in the hands of the new president of the club, her first alpha crush.
I absolutely fell in love with these characters! They are all such distinct characters, with each their own tragic pasts that I wish we could’ve delved into more. The FMC is so strong having survived what she went through and the vengeance she took for herself. This strength unfortunately made her put up walls between herself and others, trust was not something she gave out easily. We got to know our MMCs backstories, and they each were absolutely perfect for our FMC even if they didn’t accept it at first. The growth of each MC took time, and some took longer than others to end up in a good place.
There was some great slowish burn between the FMC and most of her MMCs. With there being heats and hormones involved things went from nothing to everything in moments at times. We got many deliciously spicy and steamy scenes throughout, but also so many sweet and spicy moments too. This was a romance first and the devotion of the MCs to each other was stunning.
We had multiple plot lines going at the same time, as it is with life. The one involving the club and the changes happening within was the most significant, but there was another having to do with a stalker the FMC acquired. Things with the club got a broad wrap up as the thorns in their sides were addressed and the intended tasks were accomplished. The stalker issue was also wrapped up quickly, but it really fell to the wayside for a significant portion of the book. Nonetheless, I’m quite happy with the events that transpired even if they were all rather convenient in coincidence and with no explanation as to how and why.
The pacing was fantastic, as there was always something happening and progressing at least one aspect of this book. I think the characters were really fantastic and their dynamics, fierce and fighting for each other, absolutely made the book!
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this universe and all the MCs in this pack. As always, this author delivered another amazing book! I know this is a standalone, but I do hope we get to go back to this universe!
I absolutely flew through this book. Abbie, the omega FMC, was fantastic. I loved her passion, strength, kindness, martial art skills and her little pieces of humour that made me laugh. Her job was fascinating, I was so interested in her role as a heat trauma therapist. I was always on her side, either being concerned, enraged, devastated, or cheering her on.
On to the MMCs, all of which are ex-military and in a MC. By far my favourite MMC in this book is Wings, Abbie’s childhood friend (they were both raised in a MC), and is a newly presented omega (formerly a latent alpha). Wings was so sweet and devoted to Abbie, his creative talent and edginess made him even hotter. His and Abbie’s relationship was flawless. I had such a soft spot for them together - they never failed to make me swoon. I’m always down for an omega x omega relationship but this one hit perfectly.
Pitt is the club’s enforcer and a tough alpha who is so protective and devoted to both Abbie and Wings.
Ark is the club president, an alpha who has been obsessed and possessive of Abbie for forever. Everything Ark has done in the last few years has been for Abbie to make up for his past mistakes.
Finally, Bluff is the dangerous, mysterious, and traumatised unofficial vice president alpha.
I really loved some of the female side characters like Lyda, Tricks, and Callie, they were great. Whereas I absolutely hated the antagonists, they made me go into a rage whenever they were on page and I was wishing for their comeuppance.
This felt like one of Roxy Collins’ darker books. I really enjoyed the action, which added a lot of tension and emotion. I needed to know what happened next throughout Abbie, Wings, Pitt, Bluff and Ark’s story and was so pleased that I correctly predicted quite a few plot points!
This book contains triggering content including: reference to past abuse (including neglect and torture), mention of parental abuse (of MMC as an adult), mention of death (including parents and sibling), traumatic brain injury sustained in combat and the associated suicidal ideation, omega trafficking, violence, kidnapping, and medical abuse.
🦋 RH Omegaverse (main focus is on FMC but does have some MM) 🥋 Strong FMC 😍 Male omega falls first 💞 Two omega soulmates 🏍️ Protective and possessive MMCs 🎖️ MC and ex-military MMCs 👀 Who did this to you? 🤫 Surprise scent match
Wow, Omega Fever is an absolute powerhouse of a why-choose romance! I came for the protective MC alphas and the promise of two soulmate omegas, and this book delivered an incredibly engaging and emotional story. I truly loved everything about it – the strong characters, the gripping plot, and the way the author brought the Iron Flyers MC to life.
Our FMC's backstory, kicked out for being an omega but returning to fight for her future, makes her such a compelling heroine. Her resilience and determination are inspiring. The MMCs—Pitt, Ark, and Bluff—are each fantastic in their own right and bring unique energy to the pack. Pitt's protective nature, Ark's redemptive arc, and Bluff's quiet intensity made for a delicious blend. Seeing the club change and evolve for this new dynamic, especially with Wings, the male omega, being brought into the fold, was a really fresh and welcome take on the trope. The public claiming and the fight against old grudges were incredibly satisfying plot points.
I especially enjoyed the exploration of different types of bonds and how love can make a brotherhood bend. The chemistry among all the characters was palpable, and the journey to a well-earned HEA felt truly deserved.
My single, tiny hesitation that kept this from being a full five-star read for me was regarding one specific alpha within the pack. While he was depicted as being bonded to both omegas and expressing deep feelings for the FMC, I felt that his interactions and focus leaned more heavily towards Wings, the male omega, at times. For my personal taste in why-choose, I prefer when all alphas in a shared relationship show a more balanced and cohesive desire for each partner, even if the romantic connections vary. It felt a little like there was a preference being shown, despite claims otherwise, and that's something that always stands out to me.
However, this was a very small aspect that barely dampened my overall adoration for Omega Fever. The book is brilliant, the characters are unforgettable, and the plot kept me engrossed until the very last page. If you're looking for a spicy, emotional, and satisfying MC why-choose with a truly unique pack dynamic, you absolutely must read this. I loved it!
I got an Arc of this book. Abbie is an omega who grew up in a motorcycle club and was kicked out when she presented because no unbonded omegas were allowed to stay in the club. This led to some really traumatic experiences that she’s still healing from and motivated her to go into healthcare working with other traumatized omegas. She reconnects with Wings, her best friend and soul mate, who is a latent alpha that presents as an omega. This bonds them even closer together, they are truly inseparable, wrapping around other octopus style in their sleep, and are absolutely obsessed with one another. Pitt is one of Wings’ best friends the club, he is a Sergeant at arms, and becomes this really stable, safe figure. He helps Abbie regain trust in alphas. He doesn't do anything she doesn't want him to, he’s just a constant presence for when she wants to reach out. Ark is the new president of the MC after his father dies and he is working on reform. He wants this MC to be more family oriented, to protect omegas especially unbonded ones, and make them feel safe and included. He and Abbie have a very contentious relationship. She had a big crush on him when they were young but he was one of the people who removed her from the club. Their trust has to be won back very very slowly, this is the slowest burn in the book. Lastly there’s Bluff who is also someone with a lot of trauma and doesn't trust easily but he and Abbie are drawn to each other. He is hesitant to trust anyone but once he’s decides to, he’s in 100%. The bond between Abbie, Wings, and Pitt takes care of the fear and distrust, allowing the additional alphas to be folded in. The five of them are the epitome of ride or die and the spicy scenes are so good. I love Abbie helping Wings discover his new omega side, the primal play, how Bluff is down for anything and everything, and the edging of Pitt was really fun. This world felt very grounded, there is a whole cast of people we get to meet and root for. I'm kind of sad that this is a stand-alone because I’d love more stories from this world.
3.2 Stars Tropes, spice, steam, specs, etc., listed at the bottom
This book was fine. I wasn’t overly impressed, but I didn’t hate it either.
💔 The problem is that this author seems to think sex, romance, and love are all the same thing. So instead of relationship development, there is sex. Instead of romance, love, or emotional intimacy, there is sex.
👎 The character development wasn’t very good either. The plot was subpar. Everything about this story felt mediocre. Not good, not bad—just lukewarm.
❌ Also… this didn’t feel like an MC romance at all. It felt more like a goody-two-shoes club that's running a military-style omega rescue operation.
This book sounded so good and it started off really well, but then things just went downhill as the book progressed. There’s no consistency with the various plot lines like what’s going on with the bad club members, the person targeting Abbie, the various MMC development. Some things get dropped and then come into play randomly. Abbie was such a frustrating and immature character that I don’t think I’m finishing this book at 61%. She doesn’t think about the others in this pack she’s making, keeping them all at arms length, but will let her scent match alpha claim her after 3 meetings (and publicly during a club members birthday party. Without ever having spoken to any of her pack about her scent match. And then she can’t even feel any guilt or remorse she just wants to be with this guy. What happened to Pitt or wings like she just kind of shrugged them off here). Everything was about the lust and fate rather than an emotional connection and love. I really felt for Ark, who has gone through a ton of sh!t with his father and the pack, all for Abbie mind you, just for her to act poorly towards him and continue to behave immaturely. I feel frustrated by the lack of connection and actual pack building and love between everyone. Plot wise there’s just a lot of holes and forgetting about previously introduced ideas or dragging stuff. As an MC book, it felt meh, not super heavy in the world and also not the most well done. There’s not much focus on the males having any connection with each other or any kind of relationship (even a friendship) and I’m over halfway through the book. I’m disappointed this has been a major miss for me because it sounded right up my alley and started off well enough. And other secondary characters have intrigued me. But the main plot and suspense, Abbie and her behavior, and the lack of real connection and strong pack bonds are too off-putting

Oh my goodness oh what a book this has been let me just tell you it was a roller coaster and as she's one of my favorite authors I jumped it every chance I can get to be able to to read this and then give a review.
Where do I start well first there's Abby she is a Survivor from a lot of abuse and as a young girl losing her home and though she thought were her best friends and if not more, and she battles back to become a therapist for others who have and I haven't heard situation.
The guys in this let me just it has like the best of all the world you have the cute little guy Wings who is Abby soulmate, you've got the big Burly biker guy which is pit and he only came to help out cuz he was Wings you know co-writer and then it just kind of sort of evolved where it was Abby and him and then him and Abby and Abby and wings and wings and Abby and you know what it was a lot and I'm here for it. You got the re-entry of the first crush , Aek ..who she felt devastated her when he didn't fight for her to stay at her home and then you have his elusive but also charming and her other man that comes into her life who happens to be best friends with Ark and it's really close with everybody with the exception of pit and the name he goes by his bluff because apparently he's the best poker player that they ever had.
Now let me just say The steam.. 10 out of 10 The story 12 out of 10
everything put together you know what it's just going to blow your mind either way because this author really knows how to bring the characters to life you get sauce you get background you get so involved that when it's over you're just like I'm just let out of breath.
Abbie and her guys don't have an easy time of it. Thanks to awful policies of the MC several of the main characters were born into, there's some big trauma and obstacles to overcome before the pack can come together. (Most of the worst traumas is more alluded too off the page/after the fact).
We get some good open door 🌶️spicy🔥 scenes, even pretty early on in the story thanks to Abbie and Wings's connection. The plot also moves along at mostly a good pace and there's plenty of problems and intrigue to keep you invested til the end!
If you've read other works by this author, it's a little different than her House of Omega or Billionaires series, though the storytelling feels similar to that second series to me.
Giving 4 ⭐s instead of 5 because of 2 main reasons:
1) I really would have loved a few more chapters from the guys' perspectives. It didn't feel like nearly enough to let us get to know them on that deeper level, and I felt like there were some missed opportunities there.
2) Abbie's job, while definitely feels appropriate for her, feels like she's a little young. As someone who's looked into what it would take to be a counselor/therapist/social worker, I just couldn't suspend belief enough that she would be working that job at her age, even with accelerated programs. Based on how she reacts as she processes a lot of her own trauma in the story, it was just hard for me to suspend belief on that.
All in all, it was a fun read! Not my favorite work from this author, but still worth a read.
