Never before has the cigar lounge and its world been portrayed with such powerful imagery and raw entertainment. Desiree Sylver writes like a woman who has been there, who understands the culture, and who brings its energy, tension, and power to life on every page.
This book grabbed my attention from page 1 and kept me hooked the whole time. The writing is some of the best I've come across, and as a bibliophile that is saying something.
This book was incredibly enlightening for me as the wife of a cigar connoisseur. It gave me insight into the culture, atmosphere, and overall experience that I'd never really understood.
Excellent read that I highly recommend. Can't wait for the next book.
