This book is a BEAST. At over 4,000 pages, it is incredibly thorough and covers three major areas: OCN Exam Prep, Oncology Medications, and Oncology Nursing.

What impressed me most is how much structure the book gives you. It is not just a giant pile of information. It includes QR codes for note-taking templates, including mind-map style templates for people who like handwritten notes. It also has QR codes for study review guides for each of the three major topics, which are exactly the kind of punch-list review you would want to go through right before walking into the exam.

Another major strength is the 9-week structured study plan for each topic. That is a huge help if you are trying to organize your time and avoid feeling overwhelmed by the amount of material.

The book also goes beyond just presenting facts. It teaches you how to study the material, including how to color-code notes, use rhymes, and apply memory techniques to retain a massive amount of information.

And the practice questions are outstanding. There are hundreds and hundreds of sample questions, with detailed explanations not only for why the correct answer is correct, but also why the incorrect answers are wrong. That really helps you understand the reasoning instead of just memorizing answers.

Overall, this is an amazing exam prep book. I was genuinely impressed by the depth, organization, and practical study tools. If you are preparing for the OCN exam or want a very comprehensive oncology nursing resource, this book is absolutely worth it.
