Not bad at all
I'm rather cheap and don't normally pay more than 99 cents for any book but I read good reviews about this author. I normally play 50 cent box on numbers. I got the next day after reading this...$40 yippee! I think lotto commission do play around when a hit is due purposely. I'd like an opinion on that statement and how long should I wait if I think lotto commission is messing around with gamblers money.
