Pounded by this was what I was after reading it.
While erotica does involve a little suspension of disbelief, I still found myself surprised at the quick shift of pacing from an unsure lead character to someone who suddenly takes charge and throws his cares to the wind.
Did he achieve the intended result? Well, read and find out.
