Unicorns are real, and they are not the beasts of legend. They want Serena, and she must confront her desires if she is going to find out why. Serena and her best friend Maureen are the only two girls working the summer crew at a horse ranch with the terminally hot cowboy, Brett. It’s a recipe for rivalry as the virginal Serena pines for the handsome rodeo rider and the forward and sexually experienced Maureen grabbing all his attention. Between accidentally watching Brett ride Maureen bareback in the hay loft and the slightly perverted attentions of the ranch owner, Serena thinks she can’t get any more sexually confused and frustrated. But it’s that bonfire of sexual energy that attracts something when Serena is alone in the woods. Something ancient and mystical. Legends all say unicorns will only approach virgins, but what they don’t say is what the unicorns want those virgins for! Warning 18+ Content Please be advised for MATURE readers only.
Oh, I feel so dirty right now! What a wonderfully filthy read.

"The creature's saliva was a narcotic and I'd just become a junkie."
I wasn't sure what to expect when I picked this up. I love monster erotica and this is my first unicorn. I gotta admit that I really enjoyed it. Its smokin hot, not a single dull moment in this story and the flow and plot of the story is pretty good. I'm totally digging the horse ranch scene. The sex is really good throughout but I'm not sure how I feel about fisting. It's not bad and there is a point to it, but I just haven't read a lot of books with that in there yet, so I'm still getting used to the idea of it.
Overall it was hot, fun and delicious. For someone who may be thinking about buying this, please be aware that this is not a shifter romance. There is no shift at all. The unicorn is described as almost goat like with a forked tongue. There are hints that his whinny sounds almost human, but that's it. I don't even care and I loved it. I can't wait to read the next one. Cecilia Chase has a new fan!
This book was an awful accident, granted of my own making. I should explain: I didn't click the right book. I expected a smut book. Just not this kind of kink...
What I expected: A unicorn is a single person usually a girl who is specifically interested in an existing couple for the purposes of sex. (Usually but not always) hence the term unicorn as in mystical & unlikely to find. I expected the book to be on this topic.
Anyway that's what i thought this was I think It was the 30% mark when I thought oh no... Scene: A 20 something painfully shy hired ranch hand who happens to be voyeur was fisting herself thinking of a horse's dick while watching her acquaintance (whom betrayed her confidence) getting anal by her crush. I was so confused thinking what went wrong how'd I stumble into Voyeuristic beastialogy? When I noticed I click the wrong book. The fact the book i meant to buy also happens to feature a painfully shy girl just added to my confusion & I blame that for my not noticing earlier than 30% i had the wrong book. #stupiditiknowitwell
The click happy finger & the small screen on my iPhone also share blame in this debacle ... Yes I know BS excuses.
Not rating this one (although i'm suffering from disturbing mental images) being I got passed all the protagonist poor me whiny bits & read a sex scene... I think it should count towards my yearly goal...I mean I suffered so it counts. The purpose of this review is to entertain you with what clearly was an unfortunate experience & to explain why no rating.
DNF 30%-1st book i don't rate

I thought this book was going to be hilarious and I'd get a bunch of good laughs out of it, however it was shockingly a pretty good short story. There was a moment or two that I was tickled pink. The heroine didn't seem like she was the brightest tool in the shed.
Anyway, the heroine found that after trying several times, she could never have an orgasm with a man, she could only give herself one. She was desperate to start a relationship with a man she thought she really liked in hopes of getting her sexual needs met, but the guy wanted a curvy chick with nice big breast.
When a girl the heroine didn't like but also didn't want to see lose her job, was on the verge of being caught by their boss with alcohol on the property, the heroine tried to save the girl her position by offering the Boss something she was sure would bring him pleasure.
There was a couple of scenes that took place before the heroine ended up out doors in a pool of water with no clothes on and finding herself being watched by an animal. She ended up -------- the ---------'s ---------, and that's all it took for ---------- and ----------- to find its *Read The Book*!
Ha! This was a quick fun & unique read. I can't wait to read my friends reviews of this tale. Definitely Fantastical and somehow a little Hott, which is funny and just plain CRAZY! I've never dreamed of doing a unicorn. Someone should write a story about a lost girl, taken by a gorilla. Now that could be kind of sexy. Dang. Naw.... it just made me think of Planet Of The Apes.
So a friend and I decided to read this as a joke and we were curious. Definitely not for me. I expected a shapeshifter buuuuuut no....awkward. Sooo that was weird.
I read this as a joke because I was laughing with friends about those abstract erotic stories featuring inanimate objects (doors and the like). Then this book appeared alongside them on Kindle Unlimited.
I had never read a Story with unicorns (besides The Last Unicorn), mostly werepanthers or werewolves, so I wanted to give it a try. While the inanimate object thing is weird and funny, and those were stories I often enjoy, this was just straight up vile. I wish I could wipe my mind or time travel back about an hour or so.
This is not a "Monster Romance"; it is a horse with a stick on its head. It is a horse. I really thought this was going to be a shapeshifter story. It is simply disgusting, and I hope I don't have to explain why and how this crosses many lines.
Unicorns are not fantastical enough to count as Monsters. Nobody can convince me otherwise. It is just an animal like that, that is why there is a shapeshifting aspect to most romance/erotic stories where it is wolves, panthers, etc., because it is not supposed to be Zoo. This book just completely embraced the disgusting nature.
This also shouldn't be normalised or a matter "we all like different things". I looked at some other reviews on Amazon for this book, and the readers are aware of what this is, even referring to it as 'animal-on-human,' and still gave it five stars.
This is one hot scene after another, leading up to the main event with the unicorn. I mean, there's PLENTY of well-described smutty scenes to choose from, mixed with a colorful cast of characters, including a well-developed, horny AF main character. All of this with a complete plot/story. This is probably the one I cum back to the most. It has it all, and it's ALL GOOD.
Wow. That wasn't CRAZY weird, but still weird. Ok, where to start? Well, I will say this, the author stayed true to a more tradition unicorn, with cloven feet and smaller horn and goat like beard. Um.... Mint smelling unicorn cum... haha. If this is what you like to read, that's fine, and it's nice quick read.
