I loved the book.Dare I say it was better than re reading Eclipse by Stephene Meyer. The book tells starts off where where New moon ended. The plot was so accurate and the converstions so exact, and timed perfectly.I understand writing Edwards point of view is hard because not only does the author have to fill in the missing pieces but to be aware of all the inter dialogues in everyone's heads.I loved reading the book.I truly did.I now remember why I liked the twilight series so much.
The charectes Edward ,Bella and Jacob they stay with me forever and this fanfiction so errily similar to Stephenie Meyer's work and I loved it.The story or plot did end a bit early that in this version.

I've read all of P.A Lassiter's take on Edward's point of view. Yes, I've read them. And re-read them. And re-read them again. And re-re-re read them. I've been obsessed for months. If I've finished my series of the week and I'm bored, I pull out my phone to get re-hooked in his style of writing.

I really love all of Lassiter's takes on Edward's POV of the book series. And I almost enjoyed this one as much as the others. But there was one scene which I found absolutely disturbing and out-of-character and that fact made me really sad. Other than that, just as glorious as the rest of the series.

I think this was very good, with plenty of “new” material, and only very few, short and marginal sections where it mildly felt like wading through treacle with Edward’s repetitive and endlessly circular inner monologue. So a bit cloying a times, but overall very enjoyable.
I also got to think a few times that Bella was a master manipulator (mainly before, during and after the battle), and too much like a whining, two-timing little bitch. Most likely she was always like that, but alas, I hadn’t noticed this so strongly before. All in all, I git the feeling that this fan fiction author’s writing is no way any worse than Meyer’s herself and I hope she will move to write her own stories with her own characters soon.
I’m starting the last book in the series she wrote from Edward’s POV next.

So, I needed to take a little break since I'm getting close to finishing B. R. Kingsolver's (Rosie O'Grady's Bar and Grill series)-which is amazing and you should read. But, also, in honor of the impending Midnight Sun release. This is good. Love the stories being told from Edward's perspective. Honestly, I enjoy her writing style more than Meyer's.Yet she still remains true to the characters. I like the way she ended it better than the way Meyer's ended Eclipsed. (last scene always felt disjointed to me like it belonged in the next book)

I’ve read the previous book to this one, New Moon : Edward and my praises and complaints still stand for this one. I love the added dialogue between Edward and Carlisle especially. I think the author understands their relationship perfectly and it was nice to see all of Eclipse from Edward’s point of view. But I still think there should have been additional memories, experiences, conversations that weren’t in the original Eclipse by SMeyer. This book and the one previous to it (and I’m guessing the next one as well) have the very same dialogue and everything from the original book but nothing else is added to make this fanfic unique to itself. Aside from that, it’s always interesting to see things from Edward’s point of view so this was still worth reading to me. I wouldn’t read it again though.

I am currently rereading the original series since Midnight Sun released today! I actually meant to finish the reread before the release of Midnight Sun but i was sidetrack by another series and reread... it happens!
Anyways While on goodreads i stumbled upon the Midnight Sun 2008 Draft and P.A Lassiter's Edward point of views and decided to give it a try! Cheers to P.A Lassiter! The switch from Stephenie's writing to P.A Lassiter's writing was so smooth and flawless!! The continuation of the story from his point of view is fantastic! I really loved that so much care was put into making sure conversations and actions were kept to the originally intended yet we have received so much new material that seamlessly fits with the story! i really enjoyed it! Continuing on right away to Breaking Dawn:Edward! High hopes for it! I will loop back and read midnight sun after i have finished the reread.

I really enjoyed reading this fanfic parallel to the Eclipse novel. This edition tells the story from Edwards POV, while Eclipse tells the story from Bella's POV. I think reading this along with the other helped carry the story along for fluidly.

I loved reading this POV. The author did a great job of sticking to the original characters and it felt like something Stephanie could have written.

This book was LITERALLY AMAZING!!!!!! It was like so much better than New Moon, but that's probably just because the original book was less depressing!! I loved seeing Edward's perspective and how the author was creative in showing the meaning behind some of Edward's mysterious lines in the original book. I felt so bad for him when I saw Bella's closeness to Jacob. Honestly, I wanted to slap Bella at some parts for not letting go of Jacob! (But other than that, I truly do like Bella!!!) All in all, I think that this is the best Edward POV of Eclipse that I have ever read!

I tried to finish this book. I gave it a solid two months and reached 85%. If you want a lesson on Rio de Janeiro then you'll love it. The local people, their history, the way of life, their homes, the slums, the orphaned children issue even the way the sewer system works! Ugh. Not for me.
