This was a great book!! I got this through my library, and I think that this is so wonderful that I would buy this for myself. This book has different sections for different kinds of planks. (I didn't realize how many different kinds of planks there were) Each exercise has a picture of how to do it. There is a box that tells you the difficulty level, and if there is a modification. There are some pointers on how to do the exercise and some mistakes that people make, it also tells you what muscles the exercise strengthens and what the payoff will be. This is well worth the look see.

Absolutely loved this book so much that I immediately purchased it. Complete with levels of performance, photos of correct performance, potential issues, this book was danged near perfect. I also loved that there were numerous methods to plank including bringing in medicine balls, stability balls, etc. Very much worth the price and I can't wait to start incorporating it into my workouts.

I actually went through this book a few times before returning it to the library. It has excellent pictures and instructions. Since I do yoga, much of this was familiar but with a twist. I think I am going to have to buy this one.

Very nice book, interesting exercises. Would be nice if it could be digital, I travel a lot and would be easier to follow it was pdf format.

But all in all, nice book informative and easy to use.
