A graduate from McGill University in Education, Deborah worked as an elementary school teacher for 13 years before leaving the classroom to focus on family and writing. As a professional in the Canadian education system and witnessing first hand the troubling social issues faced by some children and teens, Lenors's Germs was a story that she felt, had to be written.
Deborah enjoys living in the woods with her husband of 28 years, along with her two cats - Gulliver, who is a highly spirited Maine Coon and Scout, her rescued princess. Her German Shepherd, Barney, is always keeping a watchful eye over the family.
Writing is Deborah's passion. Her second novel is in the works.
