A practical look at how to put a basket/window box together, including the pros and cons of different types of basket, box, filler, compost, etc. Recommends plants for shade, sun, different seasons, includes information on care of the baskets. Also has information on growing herbs and vegetables in baskets and boxes.

In addition to some "recipes" for baskets this provides comprehensive information on designing your own.

The only criticism I would have is that, being an older book, the photographs and styles are quite dated, but you could easily use the principles and information given to make something more up-to-date looking for yourself.
