Martin Eriksson’s *The Decision Stack* is a practical, actionable guide for anyone who wants to make better decisions at speed.
One of the strongest ideas in the book is that clear principles enable faster, better decision-making. When teams understand the strategy, principles, and trade-offs behind their work, they can move with confidence instead of constantly waiting for permission.
Martin brings this to life with strong case studies and hard-won lessons from his experiences at Monster, EQT (one of Europe’s largest venture capital firms) and building and scaling Mind the Product. The result is a book that is both thoughtful and immediately useful.
