One of the strongest ideas in the book is that clear principles enable faster, better decision-making. When teams understand the strategy, principles, and trade-offs behind their work, they can move with confidence instead of constantly waiting for permission.

Fantastic read! Delivered so, so many "aha"-moments to me and really helped me to understand why in a previous organization so many things did not succeed. I really liked the concept of the decision stack but found it was a too focused on tech development or start-ups. The concepts can be applied to any organization but Eriksson's experience leans towards tech product development it would have been nice to have more universal examples. The road runner and ACME example was great though.

I think this is a brilliant book to get you up to speed in practical decisions and with lots of really good examples. Oh and this might also work well for organizations. ;)
