After the loss of his wife, Artie is doing his best at just living. His diner is surviving, but the competition across the street is giving him a run for his money. His booths stay empty, while Bob takes all his clients. He heads home every night, the same routine, until this one night.
Artie is relaxing at home when all of a sudden he feels a rumble coming from outside. When he goes to inspect it, he sees a strange looking egg. The egg starts to crack when all of a sudden, something grabs Artie by the wrist and breaks skin. Artie does his best to keep it clean but pale pink ooze keeps coming out. This ooze is special and it'll help Artie out in more ways than one.
This was short and disgusting. I loved it! When someone says they have a "special ingredient", I'll remember this story and skip that meal! Carrie Ann, you nasty woman! Guidroz does gross very well and this was a treat. This is the first short story in a collection of shorts Guidroz will be releasing and I can't wait. If you love short gross out, check this one out!
The ending totally came out of nowhere LOL. Wasn't expecting that at all based on how the previous part of the story went. Interested to see where the next story prompt takes us...
”Business has been booming, and people are filling every booth. All of them had a taste of the strawberry milk, the milk Artie painfully drained from his body an hour before each morning shift. Once they had a taste, they all changed.”
This was a bite sized extreme horror novella of only 41 pages that will make you look at strawberry milk or strawberry milkshakes very differently once you read this😂🍓 bodily fluids are very prominent in this story and it wasn’t that bad..yeah it was gross and a few times it had my face like 😖 but it was doable….then I got to the last few pages 😳😂 boy did that ending take a turn that I wasn’t expecting😂😂 after I finished I was like speechless for a few minutes 😂😂

Another gag-worthy tale from C. M. Gudiroz. First came the Baja Blasts, then spaghetti with meatballs, followed by chocolate candy hearts, and now strawberry milk. This book took an unexpected turn, and I’m already eager for the next one. If you’ve got a strong stomach and a taste for erotic horror and splatter-punk, her books are definitely worth checking out.
I haven’t gagged that hard since Zola… when I saw milk in the title I had an entirely different idea about what I was jumping into. The gag is strong with this one. Definitely read on an empty stomach. I’m scarred for life now! On that note…. CM told us that this is the first in a line of short stories and I’m here for it. Terrified and thrilled to know there’s more on its way 😂👏🏻🤢 well done girl 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
As with anything that CM writes, I know I am going to read it and I know I will be grossed out in the best way possible. This is the 1st in a series she is getting ready to start and with this being book one, I am so read for 2 - them all. If you are looking for a faced paced, quick read that will leave you going WTF, then grab this one now.
Strawberry Milk by C.M. Guidroz is exactly what you’d come to expect from this author, this is short and totally disgusting!
Artie has a struggling diner but when he finds a new disgusting ingredient for his strawberry milkshake his business soon takes off, but whatever you do, don’t go into the kitchen!!
Slow burner really got me at the end! Love this is going to be a series of books, very inventive challenge she’s got planned for us. Excited for “Vomit hole” but not excited for what it implies it’s going to be about lol. Great book, definitely add some of C.M.Guidroz to your TBRS’ also this book is currently on kindle unlimited.
This was a strange book yet I couldn't stop reading lol the author did a great job with the imagery. The ending was....well.....wasn't expecting that. I mean....ARTIE?! LOL definitely a decent quick read.
I loved this short story! It was the perfect amount of gross, but not overly done to where it makes you sick to read. Definitely won't be drinking strawberry milk for awhile lol.
This is a quick and chaotic read 😂 I flew through it, but omg I was cringing basically the whole time. Once it starts getting gross, it really goes all in…and I definitely had “why am I reading this??” moments.
But aIso I couldn’t stop lol. It’s weird, kinda fun in a messed up way.
Excited to see what she does with the rest of the series 👀
