DNF
Author doesn't know the difference between self-confidence and optimism. Suspect this a case of a able-bodied white guy showing his ass. (Because if you don't have everything you want, it *must* be that you lack confidence, not that society is hamstringing you. Git.)

Also, when I looked up his bio to confirm he was a white guy, I discovered he's also written a bunch of woo trash, so I probably dodged a bullet with this being in Chapter 1.
