Prison Moon – Barbarian King delivers exactly what fans of sci-fi romance and survival stories look for: high stakes, emotional tension, and a romance forged under impossible circumstances. The concept of a brutal prison planet where survival depends on strength immediately grabbed my attention, and Emma's determination to stay alive despite overwhelming odds made her easy to root for.
I especially enjoyed the dynamic between Emma and Aris. Rather than an instant relationship, the story promises a gradual build of trust between two characters shaped by very different worlds. Aris's role as a hardened survivor who still finds himself driven to protect Emma adds an emotional layer to the action, and the "fated mates" element feels like a natural fit within the harsh setting.
The arena storyline raises the stakes even further. Knowing Aris has to fight his way through deadly challenges to rescue Emma gives the romance real urgency, making it feel as though every victory comes at a cost. The blend of alien world-building, relentless danger, and passionate romance creates a story that sounds both exciting and emotionally satisfying.
If you enjoy barbarian romances, alien heroes, fated mates, and action-packed adventures with strong romantic tension, Prison Moon – Barbarian King looks like a compelling read that combines heart-pounding survival with a love story worth fighting for.

First off if you have not read the first books in this series, please do so.
These are some of my all time favorites from Lilly, don’t get my wrong any book of hers is a hit.
In this third book on PRISON MOON we follow the story of Aris and Emma where we left off in book two. This read pulls you into their story or love and flat out fight to life on prison moon in a way I was not prepared for. It is so exciting and gripping. My heart dropped right along with theirs when Emma is grabbed again and forced into the arena to see who would win the battle for her as the last man standing. I will not spoil anything for you but there’s so plot twist there that come to live later on as you read. What is also great about this writer she does not leave you hanging on the others from book one and two so huge AMEN to that. Please grab this book and the other two if you have not already you will not be disappointed. You see how love even in the worst of places can grow and bound them in ways you would have never thought. This book does wrap up a great deal of questions and things brought over in this series and in many ways wraps up the old life on prison moon as it had been. Yet, we have a window for a book four, my fingers are crossed.

Book 3 of the Prison Moon series. The much-anticipated finale of the Prison Moon series.
Emma, stolen from Earth and shoved off a spaceship onto Prison Moon One, she, and all the other females are intended to be entertainment for hard core criminals and Galaxy viewing Subscribers. The females are hunted and a few may become mates to aliens who have been doomed to live out their lives on Prison Moon One. After successfully hiding from alien perverts, Emma is rescued by Aris, brother of a local warlord. Aris saves Emma from evil aliens, intent on using her as they wish. Aris has his owns plan.
I believe earth men could learn the seduction techniques used by the, decent, aliens on Prison Moon One.
