More Than Passing The Exam

I have taken the SAT, ACT, insurance licensing NASD exams Series 6 and 7 and three CSET examinations to teach high school mathematics. Now I am studying for a real estate license. One lesson has remained consistent throughout those experiences. I performed better when I stopped trying to prepare on my own and invested in a structured test preparation program.

That is why the eight week study plan in this book immediately made sense to me. The practice questions explanations and organized review reminded me of the preparation materials that helped me pass other important examinations.

What makes this guide different is its attention to professional identity. It does not treat passing the examination as the final destination. It explains why the credential matters and encourages readers to understand the professional community and responsibilities they are preparing to enter.

I appreciate that approach. Passing an examination gets you through the door. Understanding the profession helps prepare you for what happens after you walk through it.
