The artwork is stunning and haunting. This is a continuation of The Painting, a cursed item story that has brought its haunts to the rest of the town. Visually creepy, yet beautiful, with tender character moments. Highly rec if you are looking for a quick horror graphic novel that will leave you with a lingering uneasiness.

This is a continuation of The Painting by Sneed. A cursed painting causing chaos. In A Body, A Curse, evil is spreading throughout town. People are acting strange and they look even stranger. This dark evil is strong and is trying to take over. Will it?

Visually, this was beautiful! I loved the blood! The attention to detail was there. Great characters. Great story lines. Beautifully drawn images. Sneed is excellent at what he does! Rumi was wild this time around and I really liked her. I highly suggest reading both The Painting and A Body, A Curse. A great graphic novel!

”Gage, sometimes the dark can play tricks on our eyes.”

This is a horror graphic novel the reading pace goes by super fast, something you can finish in a day! The artwork was really cool and when it got gory it was haunting to look at 👀 there were times I was a little confused as to what was happening then I come to find out after I finished that this is the 2nd book to a series (idk how many are in the series) but it’s a continuation to the first book which would make ALOT of sense😂 so guess who downloaded the first one right after? 🙋🏻‍♀️ but even as a standalone (which it’s not meant to be lol) the storyline was pretty interesting so I’m eager to know more after the first one.

Immediately picking up where The Painting left off, A Body A Curse keeps the momentum going diving further into the horrors that were awoken...
The visuals of the comic are clean and amazingly detailed.

The story and character development compliments the artwork, bringing this story truly to life. Being an indie comic, it's refreshing to see the level of care and attention to detail that went into A Body A Curse. Overall a great read and another amazing comic by the author who gave me a copy for review!
