Highly recommend!
I'm Going through a difficult time, it really helped to make me feel grounded. Some powerful messages and affirmations to give me hope. It has highlighted there are ways out of this dark place for me and now I want to learn more about their philosophies. Reading this short book has given me hope and more of a spiritual connection than I have never felt before.

I was hooked from beginning to end. Life teachings which I will definitely out into action. Dalai Lama has pathed the way to a happier life for me.
